The sample in thisstudy were 94 people consisting of 47 people who have high blood pressure and 47 serveas a case of people who have normal blood pressure served as the control. The data wereanalyzed using statistical test Chi Square and Odds Ratio (OR) with a confidence level (CI)95%, with the aid of SPSS softwareThe results were obtained there is a very significant p = 0.006 (p <0.05) and the value ofOR = 3.3 between drinking alcohol with hypertension. There was a significant relationship p= 0.006 (p <0.05) and the value of OR = 4.3 between smoking and the incidence ofhypertension. There was a significant relationship p = 0.001 (p <0.05) and the value of OR= 9.2 between a diet high in sodium with hypertension. There was a significant relationshipp = <0.001 ((p <0.05) and the value of OR = 6.3 between nutritional status and theincidence of hypertension in the productive age in the working area health centersLansotTomohon.

The mean age of the subjects in this study was 9.5 months lows age of 3 months and22-month highs. The mean birth weight (BBL) subjects in this study was 3 kg of low birthweight 2 kg and 3.8 kg, while the highest average length of 47.72 cm birth weight is thelowest 45 cm and 51 cm high. The mean value of z score nutritional status (BB / U) childrenbefore intervention was -0.39 SD (normal category) z score lowest score was -2.91(malnutrition) and the highest was 1.92 (normal) while the average value of z score childrenafter the intervention is -0.27 -2.81 SD SD is the lowest and the highest was 1.91, while theSD indicator of nutritional status of TB / U before and after there was no change in categoryfor measurement before and after the intervention of grace time is only 7 days when seen ofthe frequency distribution it is seen that of 50 children 5 people (10%) of them have thestatus of malnutrition but jka seen from the indicators of TB / U the 50 children 3 people (6%)were classified as very short and 3orang (6%) relatively short , The results of the analysis oftwo different groups of pairs using Paired sample T Test shows that there are differences inboth weight and nutritional status of the subjects in this study (p <0.01). The results of theanalysis of post hock (Wilcoxon) shows that of the 50 subjects 47 people among them anincrease in body weight between 0.3-0.8 kg and the value of z score indicates nutritionalstatus nutritional status differences before and after intervention of 0.2 SD rising close to themedian ,Conclusion penelitiaan This is a menu tuto modified with a protein from the tuna can be usedas an alternative to breast milk because it can meet the nutritional needs of children, according to figures the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) and can increase the child'sweight and can further improve the nutritional status child.

Data analysisstarted with normality sample test and unvaried interpretation and bivariate analysis. There are 96,1% children’s that had good report values, frequency consumed snack foodwith categories often 72.7%, and normal nutrition status 71,4%. There is relationshipbetween the frequency of snack food consumption with nutrition status p=0.012, a=0.05.There is no statistical relationship between nutrition status and learning achievementp=1.00, a=0.05. This study aims to determine whether there is a change in nutritional status inunderweight children under-five who get additional feeding (PMT). This type of researchuses quasi experimental research with one group pre-post test design. A total of 36children under five nutrition less studied as research subjects. The data collected includesinitial weight, weight gain after supplementary feeding. The result of statistic test by using Paired Samples Test The initial body weight and weightgain of 1 got significant value 0,000 (p <0,05), which can be concluded that H1 acceptedthat there is a change of nutritional status in children less nutrition less, Then for the weightBody giving 2 and body weight giving 3 got significant value 0,000 (p <0,05), which can beconcluded that H1 accepted that there is change of nutritional status in children under fivenutrition less. Conclusion there is a change in nutritional status in under-fives children lessnutrition as long as given additional food (PMT).

Data Collection intake pattern is done by using the questionnaire Food Frequency Questioner (FFQ). Physical Aktivatas done by using questionnaires international pisycal activity quesionery (IPAQ) , and nutritional status is done using anthropometric measurement height measured using microtois and body weight is measured using body weight. Research Results diet includes the types of food, frequency eat using test chi-square test shows there are significant relationships between the amount of energy intake (p=0,000), the amount of protein intake (p=0,000), the amount of fat intake (p=0,000), the amount of carbohydrate intake (p=0,000), and from the results of the test the fisher exact test shows that there is no relationship between physical activity and nutritional status values (p=0.511).

Abstract

ABSTRACT Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem in the period of growth and development since the beginning of life or in the First 1000 Days of Life. This situation is presented with a height z-score by age (TB / U) less than -2 standard deviations (SD) based on growth standards according to WHO (WHO, 2010). Based on the latest Riskesdas data in 2013, the prevalence of stunting in Kotamobagu City was 38.1%. This study aims to determine the relationship of diarrhea and nutrient intake (Protein, Vitamin A, Zinc, Calcium, Iron) to the incidence of stunting in children under five. This type of observational analytic study with cross sectional design. The number of samples as many as 41 toddlers taken with nonprobability techniques with purposive sampling method. The results showed that 70.7% of children with stunting nutritional status and 29.3% of children with normal nutritional status. 70.7% of children have had diarrhea and 29.3% of children have never had diarrhea. The results showed no relationship between intake of Protein, Vitamin A, Iron on the incidence of stunting in children under five in the Gogagoman Community Health Center. As for Diarrhea, Zinc intake, and Calcium have a significant relationship to the incidence of Stunting in children under five in the Gogagoman Community Health Center. Conclusion, there is a relationship between diarrhea, zinc intake, and calcium intake on the incidence of stunting.
