Agriculture is a strategic land for economic development. This is supported by the fact that Indonesia had around 8 million hectares of paddy fields in 2017, which has not been added to the area of land, and land that is temporarily not being cultivated. With this area, of course, it can be calculated the amount of agricultural products obtained. But in reality, the level of poverty in Indonesia is still dominated by rural communities which incidentally are farmers. This also happened to the people in Desa Ngembal, Kecamatan Tutur, Kabupaten Pasuruan, where the economic development of the village had not been significant for the last ten years. The socialization carried out aims to provide knowledge to the people of Desa Ngembal in developing village potential that is still minimal in utilization. The socialization explained about how to turn agricultural products into business products that have a selling power so that they can support the welfare of the community. In this socialization it was also conveyed about the procedures for managing business finances, including marketing business products and digital-based marketing strategies that could reach more consumers so as to expand market share.

This Community Service Pogram aims to increase the insight of students of SMK Negeri 12 Malang regarding the working life, entrepeneur and continue to study. The method used in this activity is the provision of material to students. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of students of SMK Negeri 12 Malang about the working life, entrepeneur and continue study, this can be seen from the results of the questionnaire given to the participants of the activity. 83% of students understand more about the working life, entrepeneur and continue to study, 92% of students understand the positive and negative points if they choose to enter the workforce, entrepeneur or continue to study and 74% of students better understand how to choose a field of work or college major that matches their interests and abilities.

Technology-mediated learning equips students with the skills to compete in the 21st century. Therefore, teachers as holders of an important role must have the ability to facilitate and create this learning environment. Higher education institutions have a role in providing various knowledge and abilities to students as prospective teachers to feel ready and able to integrate technology into learning effectively. This research aims to explore students' internal factors, especially TPACK and self-efficacy, which influence the integration of technology into learning. The research method uses an explanatory quantitative approach. The research sample was 132 accounting education students at the State University of Malang who took part in teaching assistance activities using proportional stratified random sampling. Data collection is distributed via G-Form and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that technological pedagogical content knowledge and student self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on the integration of technology into learning so that better TPACK and self-efficacy in students will make students more often integrate technology into learning in the future classroom. Therefore, this research is expected to provide material and insight for students regarding internal factors (TPACK and self-efficacy) related to the integration of technology into learning.

This research aims to determine whether implementing the independent learning program through the teaching assistance program can influence the soft and hard skills of accounting education students. Teaching assistance is the Independent Campus Learning program launched by the government. Teaching assistance aims to improve the competency of college graduate students in terms of soft and hard skills. Based on the initial observations of accounting education students at the Universitas Negeri Malang, various problems were found related to students' soft and hard skills in teaching assistance. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires to measure teaching assistance on students' soft and hard skills. The research sample comprised 153 students in the accounting skills program at SMKN 12 Malang. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis to test the effect of teaching assistance on students' soft and hard skills. The research results show that teaching assistance can positively impact students' hard and soft skills. The conclusion of this research shows that teaching assistance is a program that can help students hone soft and hard skills to prepare themselves to become teachers in the real world. The experience students gain through teaching assistance can equip them to be ready for the world of work and to face real situations and conditions in the classroom.

Background: Siswa kelas XI jurusan akuntansi SMKN 12 Kota Malang masih minim pemahaman dan keahlian dalam mengoperasikan software accurate. Kekurangan ini dikarenakan siswa masih sering menggunakan cara manual dalam pengerjaan siklus akuntansi, sehingga siswa kurang terlatih dalam menggunakan software accurate. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini, tim pengabdian Masyarakat bertujuan memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada siswa kelas XI jurusan akuntansi SMKN 12 Kota Malang mengenai software accurate. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama satu hari dan diikuti oleh 58 siswa kelas XI SMKN 12 Kota Malang. Siswa diberikat pre-test dan post-test sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian dibagi menjadi dua sesi, yaitu sesi ceramah dan sesi pelatihan dengan praktek studi kasus menggunakan software accurate. Hasil: Hasil analisis pre-test post-test menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan siswa berbeda signifikan dan meningkat 26,8% dan siswa mampu menghasilkan laporan keuangan neraca skontro dengan software accurate. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil memberikan edukasi dan meningkatkan awareness siswa terkait pentingnya skill akuntansi digital baik dalam pembelajaran di sekolah maupun di dunia kerja.

Tujuan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi pengajaran dan internalisasi prinsip-prinsip perbankan syariah di kalangan siswa-siswi MAN 1 Kota Malang. Hal ini akan dicapai melalui proses sosialisasi, serta pemberian penilaian pre-test dan post-test. Kuesioner pre-test dan post-test memiliki 17 item pernyataan yang berhasil lolos uji validitas dan reliabilitas setelah dua item pertanyaan dihilangkan, yaitu item nomor 2 dan 16. Sesi dimulai dengan pengisian kuesioner pre-test oleh para peserta. Selanjutnya, para peserta menerima arahan dan bimbingan terkait perbankan syariah, serta sesi tanya jawab. Terakhir, kuesioner post-test diberikan kepada para peserta. Uji peringkat bertanda Wilcoxon digunakan untuk menilai data skor pre-test dan post-test karena adanya pelanggaran asumsi normalitas pada data skor post-test. Berdasarkan temuan analisis, tingkat signifikansi dua sisi (two tailed) sebesar 0,000, yang lebih kecil dari ambang batas 0,05, mengindikasikan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi yang diteliti memberikan dampak yang signifikan secara statistik dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pandangan mahasiswa terkait perbankan syariah.

Tinjauan literatur sistematis ini mengkaji bagaimana gender dan gender role memengaruhi keputusan pendanaan perusahaan. Melalui analisis terhadap 32 studi empiris, tinjauan ini mengungkapkan bahwa representasi gender dalam literatur masih didominasi oleh pendekatan biner (jenis kelamin) atau institusional (proporsi wanita di dewan direksi), meskipun pendekatan berbasis gender role (maskulinitas/feminitas) mulai berkembang dan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih kontekstual. Hasil telaah juga menunjukkan bahwa gender berperan dalam membentuk preferensi risiko, akses terhadap pendanaan, dan kerentanan terhadap bias institusional. Pengusaha wanita cenderung memilih pendanaan internal dan utang jangka pendek, sementara pengusaha pria lebih terbuka terhadap pendanaan eksternal yang berisiko. Hasil analisis terkait peran gender role menunjukkan bahwa investor masih memiliki bias terhadap pengusaha yang memiliki karakteristik feminin meskipun kompetensi mereka setara dengan pengusaha dengan karakter maskulin. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan inklusif untuk meningkatkan diversitas gender dalam kepemimpinan perusahaan serta kesadaran akan bias gender dalam keputusan pendanaan perusahaan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada integrasi perspektif behavioral finance dan diversitas gender dalam memahami dinamika keputusan pendanaan perusahaan.

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of gender and profession interest on teacher career selection based on Holland's theory. This research uses a quantitative approach by applying the ex post facto method which includes the use of statistical analysis. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Based on the calculation, a sample of 93 students of the Accounting Education Study Program at State University of Malang was obtained from the total population of the 2020 and 2019 batches by applying a sampling technique, namely proportional random sampling. This research was measured using a questionnaire with multiple linear regression models and SPSS software version 25. The results of the F test calculation show that the gender variable and profession interest together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on teacher career selection. The results of the t test calculation show that the gender variable and profession interest individually (partially) have a positive and significant effect on teacher career selection.

Automation technology has become a part of human life in this modern era. The wise development of automation technology needs to include consideration of human values, ethical values and mitigation of dehumanization risks. This study aims to identify the impact of automation technology on human values, ethical values and the risk of dehumanization using a systematic literature review method. Relevant journal articles published within the last 5 years were collected from Scopus, Web of Science and Google Scholar databases to be reviewed and analyzed. The results of the sistematic review show that automation technology has an impact on the erosion of empathy, freedom, transparency, dignity and justice. Automation technology also raises ethical issues such as violation of privacy and personal data, discrimination, safety risks and public trust. Finally, automation technology has the potential to cause dehumanization such as reduced interaction and replacement of human roles, depersonalization of services and objectification of humans.

Green innovation and digital transformation are one of the crucial components in dealing with industrial development and environmental issues for SMEs. Each has an important and interrelated role in helping the performance of SMEs. This study aims to identify how the collaboration of green innovation and digital transformation in improving the performance of SMEs with a systematic literature review technique. This research uses a systematic search strategy to collect journal articles from the Scopus and Web of Science databases for the last 5 years. The results of the systematic review revealed that green innovation and digital transformation collaborate in improving the quality of information and resources that lead to effective SME operational processes with efficient costs so to create market competitiveness and improve SME performance both financial and non-financial. The results of this study can be taken into consideration for SMEs to implement green innovation and digital transformation in their operations.
