Abstract

The Cases of disputes over child custody (hadhanah) due to divorce are common in society. For underage children, Article 105 (1) KHI provide hadhanah to their mothers. However, court may determine otherwise through a mediation. The research’s problem: what are the provisions regarding hadhanah as result of divorce according to the Marriage Law, and is the Decision of PA Sukadana No: 1057/Pdt.G/2019/PA. Sdn, is in accordance with marriage laws. The research conducted in normative and descriptive analytical legal research, using secondary data obtain through literature studies. The data is analyzed qualitatively and conclusions are drawn using deductive understanding. The conclusion is that the Marriage Law does not definitively regulate the hadhanah. Hadhanah is regulated in Article 105 paragraph (1) KHI, namely "A custody of a child who is not yet mumayiz or not yet 12 years old is the right of the mother". The Contents of the Amar Decision of PA Sukadana which stipulates hadhanah to the father (Defendant) and after the child is 12 years old hadhanah is determined based on the wishes of the child, are not in accordance with the provisions of KHI, but can be justified based on Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2016.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kontribusi program pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan oleh tim KKN 119 UINSU dalam memperkuat pemahaman moderasi agama di Desa Suka Makmur. Moderasi agama, sebagai konsep penting dalam menjaga harmoni sosial di Indonesia yang plural, seringkali dipraktikkan secara intuitif oleh masyarakat namun kurang dipahami secara teoritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak dari berbagai kegiatan pemberdayaan, termasuk dialog keagamaan dan penyuluhan toleransi, terhadap peningkatan pemahaman dan penerapan moderasi agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program-program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran warga tentang pentingnya moderasi agama, memperkuat hubungan antarwarga, dan menciptakan lingkungan sosial yang lebih harmonis. Program ini juga membantu masyarakat untuk lebih siap menghadapi tantangan informasi ekstrem dari media sosial.

Abstract

Arjuna Farm Sheep and Goat Farm produces goat milk products. Goat milk can be processed into various products, one of them is cheese. This community service activity through training in making cheese products from goat milk aims to provide assistance to farmers with a focus on processing fresh goat milk into quality cheese at Arjuna Farm. Cheese has a longer shelf life than milk. By turning milk into cheese, farms can extend the shelf life of their products. The problems identified include low knowledge and skills of farmers and limited access to appropriate materials and equipment. To overcome these problems, this activity offers several solutions, including training and workshops to improve farmers' knowledge and skills for making cheese from goat milk, direct assistance in the cheese processing process, and provision of simple materials and equipment. So that Arjuna Farm not only sells goat milk, but can also produce cheese and can reach a wider market segment. The methods used in this community service are training and practice, guidance, and monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

Klasifikasi gaya belajar siswa penting untuk merancang strategi pembelajaran efektif. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi performa tiga algoritma machine learning C4.5 Decision Tree, Support Vector Machine (SVM), dan Naive Bayes dalam memetakan preferensi belajar siswa SMK berdasarkan data lingkungan pembelajaran. Data diperoleh dari 300 siswa SMK YUM Pesantren Teknologi Riau melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari indikator gaya belajar VAK (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) dan karakteristik lingkungan belajar. Evaluasi menggunakan skema 10-Fold Cross-Validation dengan metrik akurasi, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil menunjukkan C4.5 mencapai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 68,67% dengan F1-score 65,98%, diikuti SVM dengan akurasi 60,67% (F1-score 48,13%), dan Naive Bayes dengan akurasi 47,00% (F1-score 34,51%). C4.5 unggul dalam interpretabilitas model, SVM menunjukkan stabilitas validasi namun kurang optimal untuk kelas minoritas, sedangkan Naive Bayes tercepat dalam pelatihan namun memiliki akurasi terendah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model klasifikasi berbasis lingkungan belajar dapat menjadi pendekatan praktis untuk sistem pembelajaran adaptif di SMK.
