Abstract

Tujuan: Kemampuan pasien dalam melakukan perawatan diri akan memaksimalkan proses pengobatan selama tahapan pengobatan TB Paru. Keluarga mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam merawat anggota keluarganya yang menderita TB Paru. Peran dukungan keluarga akan mempengaruhi keputusan pasien untuk menyelesaikan pengobatan atau tidak. Keluarga pasien TB Paru harus memiliki pengetahuan yang baik sehingga dapat memberikan dukungan yang baik. Salah satu cara meningkatkan pengetahuan yaitu melalui pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan aplikasi SOBAT TB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui aplikasi SOBAT TB terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga selama perawatan mandiri pasien TB Paru. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental menggunakan rancangan one group pre-posttest design. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 31 orang responden yang merupakan anggota keluarga dari pasien TB Paru di Puskesmas Taman Bacaan, Kecamatan Seberang Ulu II, Kota Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penggunaan aplikasi SOBAT TB dilakukan selama 7 hari berturut-turut. Hasil: Berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon Matched Pairs menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendidikan kesehatan melalui Aplikasi SOBAT TB terhadap tingkat pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga yang ditunjukkan dengan p value 0,000 untuk tingkat pengetahuan keluarga dan p value 0,002 untuk dukungan keluarga (p value < 0,05). Simpulan: Aplikasi SOBAT TB dapat menjadi media pendidikan kesehatan mengenai penyakit TB dan perawatan mandirinya. Abstract

In 2021 Diabetes Mellitus (DM) type 2 contributes to more than 90% of the total diabetes cases globally, which means more than 482.94 million individuals suffer from this disease. This figure is believed to be higher because there are still many residents who have not been detected. In Indonesia, early detection of type 2 DM is integrated with the Posbindu program, but it is still not running optimally because there is no instrument that can identify high-risk community groups. Objective: This study aims to design an early detection assessment questionnaire for type 2 DM that can be used by health cadres. Method: This study used research and development method. According of the 10 steps of the research and development method, researchers only used 9 steps due to environmental conditions, limited time and research costs. The product that will be produced in this research is an early detection assessment instrument in the form of a questionnaire consisting of questions related to signs and symptoms as well as risk factors for type 2 DM. The population consists of people in the working area of the Puskesmas Simpang Timbangan. The data analysis technique used during product testing is validity testing using Pearson product moment and reliability testing using Cronbach's alpha with validity value r count > r table (0.3008) and reliability value 0.746 (> 0.60). Results: From the development of the questionnaire, 15 closed questions were obtained that were valid and reliable for use. Conclusions: This early detection assessment questionnaire can be used by health cadres in early detection of risk factors for DM Type 2 in the community.

Abstract

Breast milk is the best nutrition for babies aged 0-6 months. Breast milk is beneficial for the growth and development of children. Lack of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers and minimal support from the environment have resulted in the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding not reaching the target. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of breastfeeding support groups on the attitudes and behavior of breastfeeding mothers .This study used a pre-experimental design of one group pretest and posttest. The sample was selected using non-probability sampling of the purposive sampling type. The number of samples was 34 breastfeeding mothers in the working area of the Sako Palembang Health Center. Data collection used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity with an r table value of 0,361 and Cronbach Alpha reliability> 0.60. Data analysis used the Mc Nemar test for attitudes and behavior. The results showed that there were differences in the attitudes and behavior of mothers before and after the intervention, p value 0.000 (p < 0.05). Breastfeeding support groups can be used as one solution in educating breastfeeding mothers.
