Abstract

Pasar modal pada suatu negara dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai peristiwa atau fenomena yang mengandung informasi relevan bagi pelaku pasar modal, baik peristiwa ekonomi maupunnon–ekonomi. Pada umumnya para investor akan membutuhkan informasi baik dari kondisiinternal perusahaan maupun dari kondisi eksternal perusahaan dan jika pasar modal tersebutpasar modal efisien maka informasi yang relevan akan bereaksi secara cepat terhadap pasar danditunjukan dengan perubahan harga saham melebihi kondisi yang normal dan menimbulkanabnormal return. (Robert Ang, 2010). Di Indonesia baru saja terjadi peristiwa politik yang menjadi perhatian masyarakat danberpengaruh pada kondisi politik Indonesia yaitu Pemilihan umum Gubernur DKI Jakarta 2017dilaksanakan pada 15 Februari 2017 dan 19 April 2017 untuk menentukan Gubernur dan WakilGubernur DKI Jakarta periode 2017–2022. Ini merupakan pemilihan kepala daerah ketiga bagiJakarta yang dilakukan secara langsung menggunakan sistem pencoblosan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis secara empiris ada tidaknyaperbedaan actual return, expected return dan abnormal return sebelum dan sesudah Pilkada DKIJakarta putaran pertama, putaran kedua, serta putaran pertama dan kedua. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis event study. Langkah pertama yangdilakukan adalah menentukan periode penelitian. Periode estimasi yang digunakan Pilkada DKIPutaran I tanggal 15 Februari 2017 dan Putaran II tanggal 19 April 2017. Jenis data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadipopulasi adalah semua perusahaan yang masuk dalam indeks LQ-45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia(BEI). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling.Teknis analisis yangdigunakan Paired Samples t Test. Hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai actual return, expected return dan abnormal return saatperistiwa Pilkada DKI Jakarta 2017 pada putaran pertama mengalami pergerakan penurunan,pada putaran kedua serta putaran pertama dan kedua mengalami pergerakan kenaikan. PengaruhPilkada DKI Jakarta 2017 terhadap bisnis Indonesia : (a) Melambatnya investasi. (b) IndeksHarga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) merosot tajam. (c) Rupiah melemah. (d) Nilai kegiatanekonomi yang cenderung tidak berubah.Kata Kunci : Return Saham, Pilkada DKI Jakarta 2017, Saham LQ45

Abstract

To carry out its operations, companies need large funds for investment or production. The need for large funds is not only filled with own capital, but foreign capital (debt). The debt owed by the company must be managed so that it ultimately does not cause losses The debt ratio in financial statements shows how much assets are financed by debt. This ratio emphasizes the important role of debt financing in companies by showing the percentage of company assets supported by debt. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover and liquidity on the liquidity of manufacturing companies in the consumption sector for the period of 2013 - 2017. The population of this research is manufacturing companies engaged in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013 - 2017. The number of samples used in this study were 14 companies. The sample selection method used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is the Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study are that there is a significant negative effect between Cash Turnover on Liquidity and there is also a significant positive direction influence between Accounts Receivable Turnover and Liquidity. Likewise there is a significant positive direction between Liquidity to Profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, attitudes, and lifestyle on financial behavior in Management students of the Faculty of Economics, class of employees at the University of Semarang, class of 2019/2020. The population in this study were active students majoring in employee class management in the odd semester class of 2019/2020. The sample in this study was purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is a data sampling technique based on certain considerations. The sample in this study collected 123 respondents. This research uses quantitative data type and the data source used is primary data. The data analysis technique using regression analysis test was carried out with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that only financial attitudes had a significant positive effect on financial behavior, while other variables such as financial literacy and lifestyle had no a significant effect on financial behavior. Its mean that financial attitudes will improve the quality of financial behavior in students.

Abstract

Independent housewives need financial support who are members of a group of inclusive economic and financial development programs under the name Asmarandhana under the guidance of Rorokenes. Its administrative activities are located at Jalan Bukit Putri No.17 Bukit Sari Semarang. Some of these mothers have children with special needs, so they have difficulty if they have to work outside the home leaving their children. Most of the mothers run businesses on a small scale with various types of businesses, which are used to fulfill their daily needs. Most of the members of the Asmarandhana group in their business practices have not implemented good financial management. In financial management there is no separation between business finances and family finances so that income does not reflect business profits and cannot describe the condition of business profits and losses. The purpose of service activities is to provide better knowledge, understanding and skills for Asmarandhana group members in managing business finances in improving family welfare   and   forming   target   community   members   into   productive   and   beneficial communities for the surrounding community. The form of this service activity is to provide business  financial  management  training,  namely how  to  manage transactions,  how  to prepare financial reports including income statements, capital changes reports, balance sheets and cash flow reports. The service activity was held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at the Soto Pandanaran Hall on the 2nd (second) floor. This activity is carried out for 1 (one) day from 10.00 to 13.00 (1 x 3 hours). Service activities are carried out through the stages of Focus Group Discussion (FGD), lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The service participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the training activities. The service  participants  felt  very  helped  by  the  training  activities  in  managing  business finances.  The training participants  thought that  recording  transactions and  preparing reports were simpler, shorter and more practical and easier to understand.Keywords: Independent Housewives, Rorokenes, Finance

Abstract

Di Kelurahan Sendangmulyo Kecamatan Tembalang terdapat sentra industri pengolahan produk dari jahe atau rempah-rempah lainnya. Adapun pemasarannya dilakukan langsung ke sasaran atau konsumen. Produk berbahan dasar jahe atau rempah-rempah belum banyak dikenal oleh kalangan masyarakat luas. Hal ini disebabkan pelaku usaha melakukan pemasarannya masih by order saja.Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UKM Kampung Jahe Merah adalah metode pemasaran masih konvensional dan omset masih rendah. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan pemasaran online. Adapun target yang diharapkan mampu memanfaatkan media pemasaran online.Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan bahwa Mitra sudah memiliki Instagram dengan nama ksm_sekartaji yang dikelola oleh admin. Instagram digunakan sebagai media promosi dalam memasarkan produk-produknya. Kreatifitas admin diutamakan untuk mengembangkan kreasinya dalam mengunggah foto atau video produk olahan jahe, dibuat menarik agar meningkatkan daya beli.
