Abstract

The study aims to determine whether there is the influence of job satisfaction and organization commitment towards turnover intention of employess on Pahala Express Jatiasih Bekasi. The study was conducted for 3 (three) months since Januari 2015 until April 2015. The research method is survey method with the correlational approach.. The sample is 119 people, 5% of the population. The sampling technique with proportional random technique.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affecting the work commitment of teachers.The research use descriptive quantitative method. The problem are the teachers who work without commitment, just to teach according to what was ordered by the principal. By having a high work commitment that is evident in the behavior of painstaking work, passionate, integrity of the work, responsibility, and maintain morale as educators. The results are: commitment to working both seen from the achievement an average score of 71.61, completion of the task is the highest factor in teachers' work commitment with an average score of 79.67, and development of self-efficacy is the lowest factor in teachers' work commitment with an average score of 73.00.Suggestions are: schools should give rewards to the teachers who complete the task on time and to sanction teachers who did not complete the task on time, provide education and training to the teachers continuously and sustainably as efforts to develop self-efficacy ofteachers, the teacher involvement in school activities further improved, so that the visible concern for the fate of school teachers and Teacher work program should be set up and executed in accordance with a predetermined plan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan PT. Kabelindo Murni, Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi terjangkau penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan produksi PT. Kabelindo Murni, Tbk sebanyak 139 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang karyawan. Persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Ŷ = -145.950 + 0.633 X1 + 1.987 X2. Uji hipotesis yaitu uji F dalam tabel ANOVA menghasilkan Fhitung (29.801) > Ftabel (3,11), hal ini berarti X1 (Motivasi Kerja) dan X2 (Disiplin Kerja) secara bersama – sama memiliki pengaruh dengan Y (Produktivitas Kerja). Uji t menghasilkan thitung dari X1 (Motivasi Kerja) sebesar 4,903 dan thitung dari X2 (Disiplin Kerja) sebesar 4.166 dan ttabel sebesar 1,66 karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Kemudian uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil 38,1% yang berarti bahwa variabel Y (Produktivitas Kerja) ditentukan oleh X1 (Motivasi Kerja) dan X2(Disiplin Kerja) secara simultan yaitu 38,1%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan produktivitas kerja dan disiplin kerja dengan produktivitas kerja pada karyawan. Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, disiplin, produktivitas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara beban kerja dengan kinerja pada karyawan Balai Permasyarakatan Kelas I Jakarta Selatan di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan terhitung mulai bulan April sampai Juni 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi terjangkau penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan Balai Permasyarakatan Kelas I Jakarta Selatan yang berjumlah 60 karyawan. Banyaknya sampel yang diambil dari populasi adalah 51 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data variabel Y (kinerja pada karyawan) merupakan data skunder yang didapat dari instansi berupa catatan penilaian kinerja dan data variabel X (beban kerja) merupakan data skunder yang didapat dari instansi berupa analisis beban kerja karyawan. Sebelum digunakan dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan adalah dengan mencari persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Ŷ = 84,55 + 0,009 X. Hasil uji normalitas galat taksiran Y terhadap X menggunakan uji Lilliefors dan diperoleh L0 = 0,081 dibandingkan dengan Ltabel pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 adalah 0,124. Karena L0<Lt, maka variabel X dan Y berdistribusi normal. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji keberartian regresi menghasilkan Fhitung (12,87) > Ftabel (4,00) yang berarti uji keberartian regresi tersebut signifikansi. Uji kelinieran regresi menghasilkan Fhitung (0,56) < Ftabel (2,55) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa persamaan regresi tersebut linier. Uji koefisien korelasi Product Moment menghasilkan Rxy sebesar 0,456. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji keberartian koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan uji-t, menghasilkan t hitung (3,59) > t tabel (1,67). Hasil penelitian tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara beban kerja dengan kinerja pada karyawan. Dengan uji koefisien determinasi atau penentu diperoleh hasil 20,81 kinerja karyawan (Y) ditentukan oleh beban kerja (X). Kata Kunci: beban kerja, kinerja, korelasi, survei

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the correlations between job involvement with turnover intention to employee PT. Garda Trimitra Utama, Jakarta.The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Ŷ = 75,304 – 0,238X. For regression significance test and the result is, Fcount (5,94) > Ftable (4,03). Showing that, it has significance regression. While regression linearity test, Fcount (1,54) < Ftable = (1.96), showing that regression is linear. The result of product moment of correlations coefficient test, is rxy = -0,231 continued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, tcount(-1,73) < -ttable (-1,67). It means that there are significance and negative correlations between job involment with turnover intention.Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 5,34%, it means that turnover intention to employee variable determined by 5,34% job involvement variable. The conclusion of the research have shown that there is a negative correlations between job involvement with turnover intention to employee.Keywords: correlation, job involvement, trunover intention, survey, regression.

Abstract

Abstract The research aims to determine whether there is influence between Interpersonal Communication and Emotional Intelligence to Employee Performance in PT. Asuransi Raya. The method used is survey method with the path analysis. Test requirements analysis is used to find the regression equation obtained is Y = 0.417 Structure X1 + X2 + 0.324 0.614 0.614 ε2 and R2yx2x1 = X1 where X2 = 0.397 + 0.842 = 0.158 ε1 and R2x2x1. The results of both hypothesis test variables of interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence) simultaneously have an influence on employee performance, each independent variable is interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence has a significant influence on the dependent variable is the performance of employees. Abstract

Abstract This Study aims to determine whether there is the influence of compensation and training towards productivity of employee in PT Asaba Jakarta. The research was conducted over two month from Mei to June 2014. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach. From the result of Ftest, found that Fcount (483,263) > Ftable (3,165). This means that X1 and X2 simultaneously affect the Y. T test produce tcount of X1 is (1,715) ≥ ttable (1,673) and tcount X2 (17,653) ≥ t table (1,673). Because t count ≥ t table ,it can be concluded that there is a influence on the job insecurity and organization commitment towards turnover intention. Then a coefficient of determination of test results obtained 0,946 or 94,6% variable Y determined by X1 and X2. Based on the result of regretion model, regression equation obtained is Ŷ = 0,384 + 2,644X1 + 7,010X2 . Beside that, the result of R2 eqqual to 0,946 wich means that compensation and training can explained productivity eqqual to 94,6% and 5,4% explained with another variabel. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to research, develop, test, and validate learning media database management for students in courses of Economic Education Department of Economics and Administration Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. Second, this development aims to produce instructional media in the form of web-based learning with joomla cms. Third, determine the thoroughness of learning outcomes and student response to the learning process with the media joomla website. This development method using silklus research and development (R & D Cycle) from Borg and Gall (1983) were modified. Based on the results of expert assessment, teachers and field trials on the product web-based learning media cms joomla, has obtained results that product development is considered feasible and has been able to facilitate the achievement of learning objectives. The results of field tests of the experimental class in this development means that the student assessment shows that the analysis of the media validator developed a valid entry in the category with a score of validity of 3.45. Criteria practicality of this medium can also be fulfilled for media media joomla website developed can be used with minimal revision. Student Learning Results showed that 31 students have a positive impact as indicated by the increased value of learning outcomes. The response of students to instructional media joomla website shows that as many as 96% of the students showed a positive response to learning this media joomla website. Abstract

Abstract Google is a search engine that is currently widely used in almost all Internet users when searching for information. Nearly 50% of users use the google search engine to obtain information or data. But often encountered when searching for information on google, once opened link is obtained, the information sought nothing gained even negative information such as pornography or provocation. One of the efforts undertaken so that students do not get lost in the virtual world, need to be equipped with the ability to use search engines correctly. So the information or data sought found quickly and accurately. This study aimed to analyze the differences in the ability of students before and after training in the use of tools by the search engines at SMA Negeri 1 Parung Bogor. The method used in this research is pre experimental design. The study design used is one group pretest-posttest intervention training to use search engine tools goolge. The population is all students SMA Negeri 1 Parung, Bogor Regency, amounting to 1,348. A sample of 40 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Measuring instrument used is the observation sheet. Data were analyzed by Marginal homogeneity. The results showed that the ability of the student before being given training in the use of tools google search engine with the lowest ability categories as many as 31 respondents (77.5%), while as many as nine respondents (22.5%) and high 0%. The ability of students before being given training in the use of tools google search engine with the lowest ability categories as many respondents 0 (0%), while as many as 17 respondents (42.5%) and higher by 23 respondents (57.5%). There are differences in the ability of students before and after training in the use of tools google search engine with p-value = 0.00 <α (0.05). Keywords: search engine, google, ability
