Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of Hypnoteaching Simple Project Method toward Child’s Aggressive Action 5 to 6 Years Old at TK SAZ Tampan Sub - District Pekanbaru City. This research was done August 2017 to March 2018. This research was experiment method by the total sample 18 children. The instrument was observation sheet to note the activities for treatment. Based on the average score the aggressive action children before give the treatment 22,06 by standard deviation score as 0,802. The average score the aggressive action children after give the treatment become 14,78 by standard deviation as 1,215. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the aggressive action children by giving the treatment hypnoteaching simple project method has the reduction. It means that hypnoteaching simple project method has the influenced toward the aggressive action children. It because hypnoteaching simple project method is an unaware action that purpose is to make the children relax.Keywords: Aggressive Action, Hypnoteaching Simple Project Method

Abstract

Abstract. Research date collegcion was conducted in the second semester of teaching 2013/2014, through date collection instruments in the from of observasion sheets and interview caragivers. The results showed that of the 12 aspects and 24 caregivers overall competence in category of enough by an average 58.63%. whereas the competency of caregiver in child care center sub-district kuantan mudik kuantan regency in both categories and quite good. As for the indicators that are in both categories is the first indicator of the average of 67.86%, the secound indicator with anaverage of 66.67%, the third indicatorwith an avarage of 67.86%, indicator fourth with an avarage of 63.1%, the fifth indicator with an average of 66.67%, the sixth indicator with an average of 72.62%, the twelve indicators with an avarage 64.29%, thirteen indicator with an average 64,29%, the sixteenth indicator with and average 63.1%, the nineteenth indicator with an average of 61.9%, the twenty-two indicator with an average to 60.71%, and the twenty four indicator with an average 75%. Whereas obtain sufficient indicator category is the seventh indicator with an average 58.33%, the eighth indicator with an average 57.14%, indicator of nine with and average 42.86%, indicator of ten with an average 47.62%, indicator eleven with an average 46.43%, indicator fourteen with an average 42.86%, indicator fifteen with an average 45.24%. indicator seventeen with an average 58.33%, indicator twenty one with an average 53.57%, indicator twenty three with an average 51.19%.Keyword: competence of caregivers

Abstract

Abstract: This research is aimed (1) to find out the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing before were given use rainbow salt tray media, (2) to find out the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing after were given use rainbow salt tray media,(3) to find out whether the rainbow salt tray media affected on the age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing. The population in this study that children age 4-5 years totaling 15 children and sample in this study amounted to 15 children. The method used pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest design that experiments conducted on one group alone with no comparison group. This type of instrument used in this study is to use the observation and documentation. So the result of this research were (1) the the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing before were given use rainbow salt tray media is in developing category, (2) the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing after were given use rainbow salt tray media is in developing category as expected, (3) there is a significant effect on the rainbow salt tray media to the writing letters ability of children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing. It is known that there is difference that an improving of writing letters ability to children before and after treatment. Rainbow salt tray media has an effect as 56,07% on the children age 4-5 years in PAUD Terpadu Kasih Ibu District Gunung Toar of Kuantan Singing.Keywords: Writing letters, Rainbow salt tray media

Abstract

Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sebagai guru harus memiliki kompetensi. Salah satu jenis kompetensi guru adalah kompetensi profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui keadaan kompetensi guru PAUD yang telah menyelesaikan studi S1 dari kabupaten kampar. Metode yang digunakan deskripsi kuantitatif dengan melakukan test terhadap 35 orang guru. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui indikator  Menguasai konsep dasar bahasa sebagai sarana pengembangan untuk setiap bidang pengembangan anak dengan nilai persentase 51.43%. Menguasai konsep dasar pendidikan jasmani sebagai sarana pengembangan untuk setiap bidang pengembangan anak dengan nilai persentase 46.67%. Menguasai alat permainan untuk pengembangan aspek sosial emosional anak TK/PAUD dengan nilai persentase 58.57%  kategori rendah Memahami kemampuan anak TK/PAUD dalam setiap bidang pengembangan dengan nilai persentase 41.90%. Memahami kemajuan anak dalam setiap bidang pengembangan di TK/PAUD dengan nilai persentase 54.29%. Mengolah materi bidang pengembangan secara kreatif sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangan peserta didik dengan nilai persentase 55.71%. Memanfaatkan hasil refleksi dalam rangka peningkatan keprofesionalan dengan nilai persentase 45.71%. Melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk peningkatan keprofesionalan dengan nilai persentase 58.57%, delapan kategori tersebut termasuk dalam kategori rendah sedangkankan mengikuti kemajuan zaman dengan belajar dari berbagai sumber dengan nilai persentase 28.57%  kategori sangat rendah. Kata Kunci: kompentensi profesional, guru pg paud, kabupaten kampar
