Abstract

Abstract: Development of Rural Bank, which grew rapidly in Indonesia trigger competition among BPR. It was a challenge for management to manage all activities of BPR in order to realize a good condition and healthy BPR. The purpose of this study was to determine how well the level of financial performance BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri Pekanbaru based on financial ratios of liquidity, solvency, and profitability during the period of 2010 s / d in 2014.The results showed that the level of liquidity PT BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri Pekanbaru over the last 5 years have a poor performance. While the solvency ratio PT BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri Pekanbaru from 2010 through 2014 are in less than good condition or insolvable. And the rentabillitas ratio of PT BPR Tuah Mandiri Pekanbaru State as a whole is in good condition.Based on the results of this study concluded that the financial performance at PT BPR Tuah Negeri Mandiri has a poor performance. For that management should further improve the professionalism of its performance.Keywords: Ratio, Performance

Abstract

Abstract: The background of research study is that the learning outcomes of students categiruzed IPS is still low because students are still difficulties in accepting the lesson, the student are less active in learning, the teacher is less engaging students in learning and teachers only use the lecture method,and student are less involved directly to determine their own knowledge holds. Of these problems need to be a Class Action Research (PTK) by applying the learning mode cooperative mode throwing snowball . this research aims to improve learning outcomes IPS grade VI SDN 022 districts Sintong white ground with a number of students as many as 20 students. This research was conducted in two cycle by with one daily testa. Data collection instruments in reseach is observation sheet and test results of learning.The results of the data analysis of teachers in the first cycle of 78.12% second cycle increased to 90.62%. While the results of the data analysis activities of students in the first cycle 71.87. In the second cycle increased to 93.75%. From the results of this study showed that student learning has increased average student learning outcomes base score is 63.50 increased in the first cycle to 71.50 increase again in the second cycle is 85.25. To complete learn the basic score is 7 (35%) increased in the first cycle to 12 people (60%) increased again in the second cycle to 19 people (95%). Abstract

Abstack: Selection is a process to produce students college who are required in accordance with the prescribed criteria and categories for each University/College concerned. College selection is itself a national selection for new students at each College of both public and private. Due to some of the students accepted out of the selection that has been set is not able to achieve maximum learning outcomes, resulting in generalization to outcomes learning. In this study aims to compare student results based selection College on Economic Education Study Program in forces 2012 and 2013 University of Riau. This research is located in the program studies economic education Faculty of Teaching and Education University of Riau. Data obtained from Riau University Computer Center in the form of IP (Index Ratings) student college from 2012 and 2013. The technique used is purposive sampling so that the sample amounted to 170 people. The analysis used was ANOVA (Analysis Of Variance) to see the difference in student college learning outcomes by the selection. From the results of the analysis, there is a significant difference between the results of study by that is the path Sign SNMPTN Invitation, SNMPTN Written/SBMPTN, PBUD, and Independent. From the above results need to be taken into consideration to the team selectors nationally and team selectors local (University) in determining the selection tools are qualified and screening prospective students who will be admitted to the University is able to compete, ready to learn, achieve maximum learning results and master their fields respective.Keywords: Entrance in Higher Education and Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This research aim to to know and analyse monetary performance of Co-Operation Officer Of Republic Of Indonesia (KPRI) University of Riau in Pekanbaru if seen from his monetary ratio of year 2012, 2013 and 2014. This Research place is executed in Co-Operation environment Officer Of Republic Of Indonesia (KPRI) University of Riau in Pekanbaru. This Research is started from May up to October month 2015. As for this research type is quantitative descriptive research, that is explaining result of research which in the form of coresponding financial statement data to monetary performance of co-operation. Source of data of this research is obtained data of Responsibility Reporting of[is Official Member Of Co-Operation Officer Of Republic Of Indonesia (KPRI) University of Riau Year 2012, 2013 and 2014. As for used data collecting technique that is with study method of survey. Result of research indicate that monetary performance of Co-Operation Officer Of Republic Of Indonesia University of Riau (KPRI) of year 2012 until year 2014 have goodness. This matter because of condition of Ratio of Likuiditas, Solvency Ratio and Ratio Profitability which consist of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross of Profit Margin ( GPM) and of Return On Investment (ROI) continue to experience of the make-up of from year of to year.Keywords: Ratio of Likuiditas, Solvency Ratio, Ratio Profitability and Monetary Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: One of the keys to mastering the science of accounting is to understand the basic concepts of accounting. Where the basic concepts of accounting includes the assets, liabilities (debts) and capital. This study aims to measure the level of understanding of the basic concepts of accounting views of accounting students who come from backgrounds different secondary education is high school social studies courses and high school science courses and also aims to determine the differences in the perception of the student or the student's understanding of the basic concepts of accounting. The method used is a method of quantitative desriptif. The population in this study were all students of class of 2012 and 2013 Economic Education Studies Program, University of Riau whohave completed the course Fundamentals of Accounting I and Accounting Basics II, consist of four classes with 152 students and the number of establishment of the samples using the technique Simple Random sampling totaling 63 people. Then determined the amount of each sample according to the school of originis Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The data used is primary data that questionnaires (questionnaire) filled respondents and secondary data obtained through literature studies conducted on the books and records obtained under the related research. From the results of this study concluded that: (1) Of the three variables were used as the measurement differences in the level of students 'understanding of the basic concepts of accounting are assets, liabilities, and capital otherwise there are differences in students' understanding of the basic concepts of accounting significantly. (2) From the Department of Social and senior high school science courses have a p-value <0.05, meaning that there is a difference between the variables of the basic concepts of accounting for student understanding. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effect of learning facilities , interest in learning on learning outcomes of economic subjects class XI SMA 12 Pekanbaru . Learning outcomes are influenced by several learning factors such as facilities and interest in learning . Class XI students of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru has a population of 114 students . Based on the results of 54 samples taken randomly in mind that as many as 20 students ( 30 % ) having a very complete home study with a value of 74. The highest percentage of students who have interest in learning at home are very high as many as 17 students ( 30 % ) with The highest percentage of 51 . The primary data obtained through kuosioner about learning facilities at home and interest in learning at home while secondary data obtained from the study hasl documentation in SMA 12 Pekanbaru . The data has been collected by the authors then analyzed by regression analysis . Before the authors conducted a regression analysis , data normality test requirements . By using the One - Sample Kolmogorov - Smirnov Test - normal distribution of data known with indigo significance of learning facilities at home 0998 and 0.968 for the significant value of the interest in learning at home . There is a significant relationship between learning facilities at home and interest in learning at home together on learning outcomes . with a count of 12 809 f greater than t table at 3:18 . While partially on learning facility there is no significant influence on learning outcomes as t , t table ( 0529 < 2.00758 ) with a percentage of 0.9 % , but interest in learning affects the learning outcomes for t > t table ( 2,800 > 2.00758 ) with perentase of 25.2 % .. As for the influence of learning facilities and interest in learning on learning outcomes can be seen from the value of the R Square sebsar 33.4 % , while the remaining 66.6 % is influenced by other factors not examined in this study .Keywords : learning facilities , interest in learning , learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstrack : This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and learning outcomes on the interest to continue studies to college in the students of class XII SMK country 5 Pekanbaru. Population in this study is the students of class XII SMK country 5 Pekanbaruas many as 300 people, and the sample as many as 75 people. Data inquiries using questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of data used is mutiple linear regression. The result of research based on multple linear regression shows the motivation of learning and learning outcomes have an effect on the interest of continuing study to college in the students of class XII SMK country 5 Pekanbaru, this can be seen from the constant valeu (a) of 1,420, regression coeffficient value of learning motivation variable of 0,263, and value of regression coefficient of learning result variable equal to 0,390 with regression equation 1,420 + 0,263 +0,390. Seen from the calculation of R2 (R square change) obtained value of 0,296. Meaning is that the percentage of influence of learning motivaton variables and learning outcomes of interest to continue studies to college of 29,6%.Key word : Motivation to learn, Learning outcomes, Interest in continuing study to college

Abstract

Abstract: The background of the problems in this study is the lack of student motivation. This study aims to determine the application of cooperative learning techniques clatter of studs in improving students' motivation on the subjects of economy class VIII MTs Al-Manar Pujud Rokan HilirThis research is a classroom action research (PTK) is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. The subjects in this study the number of eighth grade students with 26 students. To be successful classroom action research. The researchers set the stage that action planning, action, observation and reflection. The instrument pengumupulan observation sheet data that teacher and student activity observation sheet motivation to learn. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the adoption of cooperative learning techniques clatter of studs can increase students' motivation on the subjects of economy based on indicators of student motivation. The average percentage of student motivation at the first meeting reached 55.77% with unfavorable category, and then increased in the second meeting of the first cycle with an average score of 67.31% with enough category. While on the second cycle, the students' motivation has increased to 74.36% with enough categories and the second meeting reached 83.33% in both categories.Key Words: The implementation of cooperative learning model clattering studs tecniques to improve students’ motivation.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of discipline and learning interest of students towards learning achievement of economic subjects students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Bukit Batu Bengkalis. This study population is students of class XI IPS that have smester Final Examination (UAS) even below the minimum value Conditions Criteria (KKM) of 39 students. The method used was a questionnaire and documentation. Methods of data analysis in this research using descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results obtained information that X positive and significant effect on Y. Results R Square shows by 0,550 this means that the variables affecting the discipline and interest in learning achievement variable learn by 55%. Thus it can be said that the capability and interest in learning discipline variables affect achievement variable learn is strong.Key Words: Discipline Learnig, Interest Learning, Learning Achievement .
