Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of academic qualifications and the relevance of science in the professionalism of teachers of economic subjects SMAN in District Mandau. This research was conducted in the District Mandau UPTD and at SMAN in District Mandau from January to March 2015. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Population of 32 teachers and 32 teacher sample. Data collection instruments used were the documentation for the independent variables: academic qualifications (X1) and the relevance of science (X2); questionnaires were processed using Likert scale and scale Gutman for dependent variables: the professionalism of teachers (Y). Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression statistical techniques. From the results, it can be concluded that: (1) academic qualifications influence on the professionalism of teachers; (2) the relevance of the scientific effect on the professionalism of teachers; (3) the influence of academic qualifications and the relevance of science to professionalism amounted to 38.8 Key words : academic qualifications, scientific relevance, the professionalism of teachers.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the financial performance and the level of health of Women Cooperatives Patra, judging from the ratio of the financial year 2012-2016. The place of this research is carried out in a cooperative environment Women Patra in Dumai. This research starts from February until April 2017. As for the kind of this research is a descriptive quantitative and qualitative research, that describes the results of research in the form of financial report data related to financial performance against the cooperative. The data source of this research data is obtained from the report of the women's Cooperative Sysop Liability Patra in 2012 to 2016. As for the data collection techniques that are used by the method the study documentation. The results showed that the financial performance of the cooperative of women of good 2012-2016 year of Patra. This is due to the condition of the Solvency Ratio Liquidity Ratio, and Rentability Ratio where the Current Ratio has increased from year to year. And to the level of health cooperative of the year 2014-2016 quite healthy. This is due to the increased occurrence of 2014-2016 years, where Capital aspects, the quality of earning assets and management gets the highest value in the year 2016.Keywords: Financial performance, the level of health care cooperatives, Solvency Ratio,Liquidity Ratio and the ratio of earning ratios.

Abstract

Abstract: This study conducted at the University of Riau FKIP Economic Education with the aim to determine the effect of social and economic background of parents of student interest in entrepreneurship FKIP economy education University of Riau. The population in this study were 127 students and sampling techniques in this study using purposive random sampling by Slovin formula that results in 56 samples. Data was collected through questionnaire techniques while data types and sources of primary data and secondary data. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, regression coefficient sececara simultaneous test (F test), partial regression coefficient test (t test), and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the variables of social and economic background of parents simultaneously affect student interest in entrepreneurship. Based on the partial test, social background variables parents in terms of parental education has a greater influence than the student interest in entrepreneurship for economic background variables in terms of parents' income level. It can be seen from the regression coefficient of 0.357373 social background variables while the economic background of 0.000003 to the value of determination coefficient of 0.455. What this means is that the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is equal to 45.5%. While the remaining 54.5% is determined by other variables such as the effect of the internal factors that come from within ourselves and others that are not investigated.Keywords: Social Background Parent, Economic Background Parents' Interest In Entrepreneurship

Abstract

Abstrack: This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve learning outcomes by implementing IPS cooperative learning model Example non example. The subjects were students of class VI SDN 028 Sintong in the second semester of the academic year 2015/2016, which amounted to 20 people with a level of academic ability heterogeneous. This study was conducted by two cycles and at the end of each cycle conducted daily tests. Data collected through observation and tests in the form of sheets daily tests. Results of research on the observation sheet shows the activity of teachers and students have done well after doing the action. Most students seemed excited and actively participate in the learning process is carried out, as in doing step by step learning, presenting worksheets or questions and respond to his presentation. Students are also trying to solve problems that teachers provide well. The action is said to be successful if the number of students who reach KKM increase in daily tests daily tests I and II. The number of students who reach KKM on a base score, daily test I (first cycle), daily test II (second cycle) respectively was 65.35%, 68.75% and 83.75%. Improving student learning outcomes from a base score to the first cycle increased by 34%, while the second cycle increased by 10%. The results of this study indicate that cooperative learning Example non example can improve student learning outcomes in social studies class VI SDN 028 Sintong in the second semester of the academic year 2015/2016.Keywords: Learning Outcomes IPS , Non Cooperative Learning Example Example , Classroom Action Research

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kompetensi yang diperlukan/dibutuhkan alumni Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Riau yangbersumber dari tuntutan pekerjaan pada SMK di Pekanbaru dan mengindentifikasikonten atau materi khusus yang perlu dipadukan (diintegrasikan) atau ditambahkandalam kurikulum pada Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UniversitasRiau.Rancangan penelitian ini pada dasarnya merupakan penelitian deskriptif daneksploratif.Dengan demikian setiap variabel penelitian dideskripsikan berdasarkandata yang dieksplor dari responden untuk mengidentifikasi unsur / komponenkurikulum.Bidang ilmu alumni Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Riau mencakupbidang ekonomi, koperasi dan akuntansi.Hasi penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 30responden dalam penelitian ini secara keseluruhan memiliki latar belakang keilmuanyang sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaan yang diampunya. Ada beberapa komponenkompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik yang dibutuhkan dalam bidangkerja yang diampunya tetapi belum atau kurang diperoleh dari kurikulum ProgramStudi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Riau.Kata kunci :need assessment, kurikulum

Abstract

The basic skills in teaching is a very important component because a teacher willknow the condition of their students and do actions that can make students moreenthusiasm in learning. The purpose of this research was determine impact thebasic skills of Economic-Accounting’s teacher for student’s motivation and howmuch impact the basic skills of Economic-Accounting teachers to vocationalstudent’s motivation in Pekanbaru city. The benefits of this research is to improvethe quality of learning for teachers and increase learning motivation for students.The population of this study is all teachers of Economic-AccountingTeachers ofVocational School in the Pekanbaru city, which consists of 54 teachers. The maininstruments used to collect data was a questionnaire, then the data were analyzedusing percentage formula, to determine whether there is the impact of basic skillsteaching to student’s motivation from used Chi Square approach. The resultsshowed a 57% (31 respondents) of respondents have good basic skills teaching.While 52% (28 students) have a good motivation to learn. Basic skills in teach havean impact to studentss motivation. This is evidenced by the results of statistical teststhat the t-test (4.905) > t-table (0.360).Key words: Teaching Basic Skills, Motivation
