Abstract

Abstract: The background of this study is most children are less familiar with the letters a through z. There are some children can name and recognize letters but irregular. In the child's name and recognize letters are often reversed, as well as in writing letters. Class actions performed in 2 cycles. Data collection tool used in this study is a sheet of observation. The number of samples in this study were 20 children consisting of 7 boys and 13 girls. The ability of children recognize letters starting from prasiklus that the average value of 40.00%. Direkapitulasikan ability to recognize letters after children in the first cycle obtained an average value of 51.33%. So the researchers went kesiklus II. Direkapitulasikan ability to recognize letters after children in the second cycle values obtained an average of 72.50%. Based on the analysis of the assessment process there was an increase of 2 cycles. Namely the increase that occurred before the action kesiklus I is 28.33%, Cycle I kesiklus II by 41.24%, and increased from the prior cycle to cycle II of 81.25%. From the results of these studies concluded that through the search for the missing letters game can improve children's ability to recognize letters B2 group Bagansiapiapi District of Bangko Rokan Hilir.Keywords: Recognize letters look for the missing letters

Abstract

ABSTRAKThe purpose of this research is to find out if there is significant motivational difference between accredited and unaccredited teachers who work in kindergarten in Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru. This is a comparative research writer limited the problem in this research based on accreditation. Writer used likert scale, and collect the data using questionaire. Population in this research is accredited and unaccredited kindergarten teachers in Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru. The total number is 187 teachers. To choose sample, writer used random sampling, means that writer choose the sample randomly, without lookin at the stratum. The total number is 65 teachers. Variables in this research are, X1: motivation of accredited teachers and X2: motivation of unaccredited teachers. Result shows that there is the difference. It can be seen from t hitung, which is bigger than t tabel (3.43>2.65).So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Writer concluded that there is significant motivational difference between accredited and unaccredited kindergarten teachers in Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Kota Pekanbaru.Keywork : work motivation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa fungsi sebenarnya dari majalah ini, bagaimana relevansi kehadiran majalah ini pada era digitalisasi seperti sekarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Two Ways Symmetrical sebagai model komunikasi dua arah yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dengan tujuan untuk menyebarkan informasi internal perusahaan kepada karyawan, sehingga karyawan mendapatkan informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus dan paradigma penelitian konstruktivis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah majalah internal “MATA” dapat menunjang komunikasi dua arah yang saling menguntungkan antara manajemen dengan karyawan dan karyawan dengan manajemen. Hal ini terwujud dari adanya keempat unsur teori Two Ways Symmetrical, yakni berbicara dan mendengarkan, “telling the truth to public”, penyampaian seimbang, serta negosiasi dengan public strategist. Fungsi majalah internal “MATA” sudah cukup baik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan informasi karyawan. Kebutuhan informasi yang dapat terpenuhi oleh karyawan, seputar beberapa rubrik, yakni Message from President Director, Message from Director, Inovasi, Reporting Event, Kegiatan Internal Perusahaan, News Flash, Inspirasi, AIO Baton, Just Married, Baby on Board, Quiz dan Employee Movement.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine how much influence the hop ping pong game has on the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 4-5 years at Kindergarten Amalia, Mandah District. In this study using the experimental method with a one group pretest posttest design. The total population of children in Kindergarten Amalia, Mandah sub-district, is 15 children consisting of 7 boys and 8 girls. The data collection technique used in this study was to use an observation sheet on the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in early childhood. Data analysis technique using t-test. From the results of data analysis it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the ability to recognize the concept of numbers before and after being given the hop pingpong game. Based on the results of the hypothesis testing obtained, there was an effect of the application of the pingpong hop game on the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 4-5 years at Kindergarten Amalia, Mandah District, at 62.90% and the N-Gain value was in the medium category.Keywords: Getting to know the concept of numbers, hop pingpong game, Early Childhood

Abstract

The ability to read is one of the most important aspects of language, the introduction of reading skills needs to be stimulated in children from an early age, stimulating children's reading abilities from an early age can help children to recognize letters, add new vocabulary and most importantly can make it easier for children to learn. The Alphabet Fishing game can be a simple game designed to help children aged 5-6 years recognize letters. This study aims to determine the effect of Alphabet Fishing media on the reading ability of children aged 5-6 years at Mawar Putih Kindergarten, Singingi Hilirr District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used was experimental, using a pre-experimental research design model of one group pretest posttest design, namely research conducted in one group. The data analysis technique used in this study used a t-test using the SPSS Windows Version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of using Alphabet Fishing media on the reading ability of children aged 5-6 years in Mawar Putih Kindergarten, Singingi Hilir District. Kuantan Singingi, comparison of the results of the ability test of children before and after the implementation of the experiment by giving treatment in the form of Alphabet Fishing media. The magnitude of the effect is equal to 75,7%, and based on the Normalized Gain assessment criteria it is in the high category.

Abstract

Penyakit pneumonia suatu peradangan akut di parenkim paru yang disebabkan oleh infeksi patogen. Berdasarkan klinis dan epidemiologis, pneumonia dibedakan atas pneumonia komunitas (community-acquired pneumonia = CAP), pneumonia didapat di rumah sakit (hospital-acquired pneumonia = HAP) dan pneumonia akibat pemakaian ventilator (ventilator associated pneumonia = VAP). Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan kondisi fisik rumah pada penderita pneumonia pada balita di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Saigon, Kecamatan Pontinak Timur. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode deskriptif dengan dengan total populasi sebanyak 42 rumah dengan penderita positif pneumonia pada balita, penelitian ini di laksanakan mulai April-Agustus 2024. Didapatkan suhu yang tidak memenuhi berjumlah 22 rumah (52%), kelembaban tidak memenuhi syarat 21 rumah (50%), pencahayaan tidak memenuhi syarat 27 rumah (64%), ventilasi dan tidak memenuhi syarat 36 rumah (85%), kepadatan hunian memenuhi syarat 34 rumah (81%), asap dapur memenuhi syarat 31 rumah (74%), debu memenuhi syarat 33 rumah (79%), lantai memenuhi syarat 23 rumah (55%), dinding memenuhi syarat 27 rumah (64%). Kesimpulannya gambaran kondisi fisik rumah penderita penyakit pneumonia pada balita di wilayah puskesmas Saigon tanjung raya Pontianak timur masih ada yang belum memenuhi syarat, sehingga disarankan untuk meningkatkan lagi kualitas memenuhi syarat.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis global menuntut perusahaan tidak hanya berorientasi pada keuntungan (profit), tetapi juga memperhatikan aspek etika dan tanggung jawab sosial. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi etika dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam bisnis global serta mengkaji peran akuntansi sosial melalui pendekatan filosofis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur terhadap jurnal, buku, dan regulasi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan etika dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap reputasi dan nilai perusahaan, sedangkan indikator keuangan seperti total aset dan perputaran persediaan tidak selalu menjadi sinyal utama bagi investor. Pendekatan filosofis seperti utilitarianisme, deontologi, dan etika kebajikan mampu memperkuat praktik akuntansi sosial agar tidak sekadar formalitas, tetapi benar-benar berdampak pada masyarakat dan lingkungan. Integrasi etika, CSR, dan akuntansi sosial menjadi fondasi penting bagi keberlanjutan bisnis global.
