Abstract

The Padang City Government creates Pesantren Ramadhan activities as a media for fostering faith and devotion in forming character society. This article aims to analyze the role of students' religious attitudes after participating in Pesantren Ramadhan by analyzing applied learning patterns. This study used a descriptive analytical approach. The data derived from interviews and observations. The results of this study showed that: (1) Pesantren Ramadhan has been carried out for 12 times activities and has an impact on the way students behave in daily life and the application of religious practices is applied in a sustainable manner (2) Knowledge, belief, and understanding of religion become stimulation in increasing religious attitudes (3) The Padang City Government makes Pesantren Ramadhan as a media in forming the character of the young generation in order to have a noble character. Abstract

The departs from the constraints of the MAS Salimpaung in applying discipline specifically Islamic culture is the students are required to practice all the theories that have been learned to be practiced in their daily lives at school. Such as the obligation to shake hands by kissing hands before entering class, performing dhuha prayer, midnight prayer in congregation, and checking each student's activities in the form of Islam, both in the school environment and outside the school environment. Islamic culture is formed wherever students are. The formulation of Working Management of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture at MAS Salimpaung, is carried out by the foundation, committee and several related teachers. The results of the formulation are: routine, spontaneous, exemplary and conditioning activities. The formulation was carried out in the school by experiencing 3 obstacles, namely, there was no reference to the program as a comparison, it was not presented by people who were experienced in formulating and lacking precisely the time of deliberation, because it was carried out in the afternoon. Working management implementation of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture, that, routine activities that run at MAS Salimpaung such as every morning, pray before and after lessons, Dhuha prayer, memorizing letters, and midday prayers. This activity includes daily activities, while weekly activities such as muhadharah are attended by all monthly school residents such as every three months a student and teacher tent is held. Annual activities such as mabid in the month of Ramadan, the celebration of Idul Fitri adn Idul Adha. (3). The evaluate method of Working Management of Head Master in Implementing Islamic Culture at MAS Salimpaung is carried out by examining more deeply the constraints found in the field, as well as holding a monthly evaluation meeting with the MAS Salimpaung Foundation.

Abstract

Management of education in perspective al-Qur’an. The Qur'an is the way of life of all time, which is relevant in every time, place and situation . In the Qur'an not only discussed the matter of belief, worship, morals, halal and haram , but there are also issues of science. Among them about education issues, including the scope of Management Education. Word "Yudabbiru " which means set, can be used as the basis that the Qur'an there memamng discuss management ( setting ) of God to his creation , including arranging all the affairs of His creatures. This can be understood from the fact that man as a vicegerent of God on earth has the duty and obligation to manage, administer and prosperity of this earth . Education includes administering and managing well education Management is the foundation of Islam Qur'an and Hadith with the principle of Tauhid, Khalifah and trustful. Furthermore, the function of which is popularly called management Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling, in line with the teachings of the Qur'an, that in life and life, man must have the planning , organization , unity and mutual cooperation. In addition it should also be able to move others to do good in the form of motivation, advice and guidance . Then needs to be controlled and monitored in order to get maximum results.Kata kunci:  Al-Qur’an, perspektif, manajemen pendidikan.

Abstract

Issues concerning with LGBT seem to be never lasting discussions. These are due to several disciplines, such as health, psychology, Islamic law, other related ones, that may give significant affects in the process making decisions concerning with the issues. Among the issues are dealing with positioning of LGBT either as nature or nurture, given or socially constructed, inherited or deviant, normal or diseased, and so forth. Such abnormal behaviors lead this group to the false understanding about sex in the wrong ways. This points out that the people that gets involved in LGBT fail to synchronize their desire and principles of life. Abstract

Interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an is very important, especially its use in the world of Islamic guidance and counseling, because the interpretation of the verses of the Qur'an can be used by counselors in overcoming client problems. This study aims to describe the concept of Islamic guidance and counseling in surah At-Tahrim Verse 6. This research was conducted through a literature review. The results of the study show that the concept of Islamic guidance and counseling is in accordance with Surah At-Tahrim verse 6 namely "O you who believe! Protect yourself and your family from the fires of hell," referring to the goal of Islamic guidance and counseling, namely to call on clients to increase their faith by doing good and forbidding evil.

Abstract

Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah proses pembelajaran masih bersifat teacher-centered, kurangnya ketersediaan sumber belajar yang variatif dan guru belum menggunakan modul sebagai salah satu sumber belajar. Sehingga peserta didik mengalami kesulitan menguasai materi pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis pada materi Hidup Berkah dengan Menghormati dan Mematuhi Orang Tua dan Guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul mastery learning pada pebelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis yang valid digunakan pada Kelas XI MAN 2 Solok. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan model 4-D yaitu pendefenisian, perancangan, pengembangan dan penyebaran. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data kualitatif dan kuantitatif serta dilakukan sampai pada tahap validitas dan praktikalitas. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah media modul mastery learning bersifat sangat valid dengan persentase 86% melalui uji validitas. Uji praktikalitas angket respon siswa dikategorikan sangat praktis dengan persentase 86%. Artinya, materi dalam modul sudah sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 dan modul dapat mendukung penguasaan konsep siswa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: 1) pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) pengaruh signifikan self monitoring terhadap kinerja guru, dan 3) pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan self monitoring secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. Populasi adalah guru-guru pada semua SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Jumlah sampel adalah 208 orang. Instrumen adalah angket. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket dengan menggunakan aplikasi google form dan link-nya dibagikan melalui whatapps. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari pada t-tabel (4.149 > 1.984). 2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara self monitoring guru terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari pada t-tabel, (9.221 > 1.984). 3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan self monitoring guru secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai F-hitung lebih besar dari pada F-tabel, (254.573 > 3.00).

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi tentang analisis SWOT PPDB dalam pelaksanaan mutu pendidikan di madrasah aliyah swasta sekecamatan Koto Baru kabupaten Dharmasraya dapat peneliti ambil kesimpulan bahwa analisis SWOT PPDB dalam pelaksanaan mutu pendidikan di MAS kecamatan Koto Baru kabupaten Dharmasraya agar tetap mempertahankan kekuatan dan mengurangi kelemahan serta menciptakan peluang untuk meminimalisir tantangan MAS sekecamatan Koto Baru berusaha memberikan yang terbaik dalam pembelajaran baik bahan ajar guru untuk siswa maupun sarana prasarana untuk menunjang pembelajaran. Selain itu MAS kecamatan Koto Baru juga meng-update setiap ilmu pengetahuan dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada tenaga pendidik sehingga dapat menjadi patokan dalam mengajar. Abstract

Qur’an is a holly book that was revealed by Allah S.W.T to the prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) as guidances for human kind to live better in order to help them to get good part today and the day after. Qur’an is also as a direction (hudan) for people in general and obedient people (moslem) specifically, and it has been a medium to make it different between good and bad (al-furqan). As revelation, Qur’an discusses about faith, etiquette, moral value, and character. This study described Qur’an perspective of character education. Through character education, it is hoped that moslem people can apply it in line with Qur’an rules. Therefore, moslem people can achieve good personality (akhlatul-karimah dan Mmahmudah) and avoid something bad (mazmumah), even achieving demoralization.Kata Kunci: al-quran, pendidikan karakter, akhlak, etika dan moral
