This study aimed to examine the influences of the Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) on rainfall in three districts in South Aceh. The analysis was undertaken using Dipole Mode Index (DMI) data and five years of rainfall (2016 to 2020) in West Labuhan Haji, Tapak Tuan, and Bakongan areas. This research employed a correlation analysis and the Principal Component Analysis, followed by Cluster Analysis to investigate the relationship between IOD and rainfall at the study location. The negative IOD occurred in 2016, and the positive IOD occurred in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. The strongest positive DMI was in October 2019 (1.123C), while the strongest negative DMI was in July 2016 (0.661C). Generally, the sub-districts of West Labuhan Haji, Tapak Tuan, and Bakongan always have high rainfall. The highest rainfall in West Labuhan Haji was recorded in January 2017 (1014 mm/month), in Tapak Tuan in November 2017 (1073 mm/month), and in Bakongan in July 2020 (605 mm/month). The correlation between DMI and rainfall in the three locations shows different findings. Although it was very small, the IOD affected the rainfall in West Labuhan Haji, Tapak Tuan, and Bakongan. In West Labuhan Haji, the highest correlation was in lag 1 (0.188); in Tapak Tuan, the highest correlation was in lag 2 (0.156), while in Bakongan, the highest correlation was in lag 2 (-0.191). The correlations in these three locations are considered weak. Thus, the IOD is not the main factor affecting the rainfall in West Labuhan Haji, Tapak Tuan, and Bakongan. Penelitian ini terkait penyelesaian soal tipe HOTS berdasarkan Langkah Polya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal matematika tipe Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) dalam pokok bahasan Aljabar pada kelas VII menggunkan Langkah Polya. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatitf dimana subjeknya merupakan siswa kelas VII Muhammadiyah 8 Surakarta. Subjek dipilih dengan cara pemberian tes penalaran berupa soal HOTS yang dimana soalnya harus diselesaikan menggunakan Langkah Polya. Diperoleh siswa dengan tingkat penalaran tinggi, penalaran sedang, dan penalaran rendah. Setelah memperoleh siswa dengan tingkat penalaran yang berbeda, siswa melakukan wawancara. Adapun tingkatan penalaran dinilai berdasarkan tahapan pemecahan Langkah Polya, yaitu memahami masalah, menyusun dan melaksanakan rencana, serta memeriksa ulang hasil perhitungan. Berdasarkan analisis data, siswa yang kemampuannya tinggi dapat memahami masalah, menyusun dan melaksanakan rencana secara tepat, juga dapat memeriksa ulang jawaban yang telah diperoleh. Siswa berkemampuan sedang juga mampu memahami masalah, menyusun dan melaksanakan rencana dengan tepat, tetapi siswa tidak melakukan tahap memeriksa ulang. Siswa berkemampuan rendah tidak mampu dalam menyusun rencana sebelum melakukan rencana, serta siswa tidak melakukan kegiatan memeriksa ulang hasil jawaban siswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas penerimaan retribusi pasar dalam meningkatkan retribusi daerah di Kabupaten Sleman pada tahun 2016-2019. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Dinas Perindustrian dan perdagangan Kabupaten Sleman. Berdasarkan hasil pengelolaan data menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan retribusi pasar di Kabupaten Sleman pada tahun 2016-2019 mengalami fluktuasi dan cenderung menurun sampai tahun 2019 penurunan ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya petugas pemungutan retribusi pasar di Kabupaten Sleman, namun jika dilihat tingkat efektivitas penerimaan retribusi pasar di Kabupaten Sleman masuk dalam kategori efektif dengan rata-rata 96,03%. This study aims to test empirically the effect of service quality, paylater features, promotions and ease of application on repurchase intention. The population in this study were students using the Shopee marketplace in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sample of this research is Shopee user students who have bought on the Shopee marketplace more than once. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The technique of taking samples using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that service quality, paylater features, promotions and ease of application have a positive effect on repurchase intention. Quality of service, paylater features, promotions and ease of application have a joint effect on repurchase intention.

UMKM di bidang pengolahan makanan memiliki potensi untuk terus di kembangkan. Produk pangan yang sudah diolah hendaknya dikemas dengan baik, sehingga dapat menjaga mutu produk. Kemasan yang dirancang dengan baik dapat membangun kepercayaan masyarakat akan produk yang dipasarkan. Pengemasan suatu produk biasanya dilakukan oleh produsen untuk dapat merebut minat konsumen terhadap pembelian barang. UMKM Eyek-Eyek Reggae yang berada di Desa Donomulyo Kabupaten Lampung Timur merupakan UMKM yang memproduksi Eyek-Eyek dengan bahan dasar singkong. Desain kemasan yang sederhana menyebabkan pemasaran produk eyek-eyek hanya sebatas di Desa Donomulyo. Pengusaha ingin memperluas pangsa pasarnya hingga keluar desa sehingga diadakan pelatihan terkait kemasan produk. Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada Hari Rabu, 15 Maret 2023. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui 3 tahap yaitu penyam[aian materi, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Peserta sangat antusias dengan adanya pelatihan terkait kemasan produk. Terciptanya desain kemasan produk ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inspirasi dan memicu masyarakat untuk terus berinovasi dalam pemberdayaan produk serta dapat meningkatkan keuntungan produsen.

ABSTRACTÂ The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (UNS) seeks to improve services in the cleaning sector, with the aim that students feel comfortable while on campus. Improving cleaning services can be done by applying the assessment and measurement of the performance of the cleaning staff. Performance appraisal is carried out based on performance reports collected by the cleaning staff. In compiling reports on the performance of the cleaning staff, they still use the manual method. The manual method used is to record all work activities into a book, then recap the notes to the Microsoft Excel application. The current method is considered less effective and efficient because it takes a relatively long time to compile a report. The cleaning staff is sometimes late in submitting performance reports, so the assessment cannot be done on time. Based on these problems, a website-based employee performance reporting system is designed, so that it can help provide convenience and support cleaning staff in improving their performance. The method used to design information systems is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The employee performance reporting system is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this system, the cleaning staff is more efficient and effective in presenting performance reports so that they can be assessed on time.Â Keywords: Information System, Performance, PHP, MySQL, CodeIgniter
