Abstract

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini merupakan  penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan modul statistik berbasis penemuan terbimbing yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE. Penelitian dilaksanakan di STAIN Bengkalis dengan subjek penelitian yaitu dosen sebagai pakar pada uji validitas produk dan mahasiswa semester 5 yang sedang mengambil matakuliah statistik sebagai subjek pada uji kepraktisan serta uji efektivitas. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah modul pembelajaran statistik yang dikembangkan dengan pendekatan penemuan terbimbing. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi instrumen tes dan non tes. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, diperoleh data bahwa modul Statistik yang dikembangkan menunjukkan tingkat validitas yang tinggi. Penilaian yang dilakukan oleh ahli memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 3,49, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid, sehingga modul dinyatakan telah memenuhi kriteria validitas. Selanjutnya, hasil penilaian kepraktisan berdasarkan pengisian angket oleh mahasiswa menunjukkan persentase rata-rata sebesar 82,92%, persentase tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa modul tersebut memenuhi kriteria praktis untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Terakhir, efektivitas modul diukur melalui analisis tugas akhir mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Statistik, dengan hasil rata-rata sebesar 93,15%, yang menunjukkan modul memenuhi kriteria efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan capaian belajar mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, modul Statistik berbasis penemuan terbimbing yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam  proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci: modul; penemuan terbimbing; statistik

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process and results of developing a research methodology module based on guided discovery that meets the criteria of valid, practical and effective. This research is development research which uses the ADDIE development model. The research was carried out at STAIN Bengkalis with a sample of 5th semester students who were taking research methodology courses. The data collection techniques used were tests and questionnaires with research instruments, namely questionnaires in the form of validation sheets and student response sheets as well as question sheets on research methodology material. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, a conclusion is obtained, namely that the research methodology module that was developed and has gone through the validation stage by experts is declared to have met the valid criteria. Furthermore, based on the results of filling out the questionnaire by students, it was concluded that the research methodology module developed had met the practical criteria and finally, based on the results of the final assignment analysis in this research methodology course, the effectiveness test showed that the research methodology module developed was effective.

Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive examination of the primary character conflict in the movie script "Roommate" written by Sonny Malhi. The research examines the character of Rebecca, analyzing and classifying the internal and external difficulties she faces. This analysis provides vital insights into the development of her character, the psychological dynamics at play, and the narrative storytelling of the text. The findings highlight the importance of character analysis in literature and movies, emphasizing the intricacies of character motivations and interpersonal connections. Moreover, the study emphasizes the educational significance of utilizing film as a medium for learning, namely in the realm of language instruction and the examination of characters. By integrating audio-visual elements into instructional environments, educators can augment students' language proficiency, cultural consciousness, and analytical reasoning capabilities. Furthermore, the research highlights the significance of comprehending conflicts in literature and film within a multicultural framework. It aims to foster empathy, facilitate open discourse, and promote cultural understanding in various educational settings. Overall, the findings enhance the broader discussion on character analysis, conflict kinds, educational consequences, and intercultural relevance in the field of English teaching and learning, offering significant insights for both educators and researchers.Keywords: Movie, Script, Character Conflict, Roommate

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the 21st century has driven a major transformation in the world of education, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The learning process is no longer limited to conventional classrooms but has shifted to interactive and dynamic digital spaces. This study aims to analyze the role of technology in PAI learning innovation by reviewing its effectiveness, challenges, and implementation strategies from a pedagogical and theological perspective. Through a library research approach with content analysis of scientific literature, this study found that the use of digital technologies such as e-learning platforms, social media, and Islamic applications has the potential to strengthen the internalization of Islamic values ​​in a contextual and engaging manner for the digital native generation. However, the application of technology in PAI still faces various obstacles, such as disparities in access, low teacher digital literacy, and the threat of religious disinformation in cyberspace. Therefore, technology integration must be accompanied by strengthening digital ethics and the principles of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah to prevent the erosion of the spiritual value of Islamic education. The study's findings demonstrate that effective Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning innovations focus not only on the use of digital media but also on character development and noble morals through holistic, creative, and humanistic learning designs. This research contributes to the formulation of a new paradigm for Islamic education that integrates technology and spirituality as a means of developing a generation of Muslims who are morally upright, critical, and adaptable to the challenges of the digital era.
