Abstack : The automotive industry is growing very rapidly in Indonesia, especially motorcycles. This condition makes consumers will be more selective in deciding to buy a brand of motorcycles. Purchasing decisions can be based on a variety of things including the product attributes and consumer attitudes toward the product. In choosing a product, consumers will be influenced by product attributes. Based on higher sales and a growing number of users Beat ESP Series as well as increased competition in product design attributes tribute to attract consumers. In this case, this study has the objective to determine the effect of product attributes and attitudes of consumers towards the purchase decision. This research is a quantitative research. The population is a student at the University of Riau with established criteria, then it is used a sample of 50 students with accidental sampling technique. Moreover, data and instruments is used primary data and questionnaire survey method. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test and multiple linear regressions. The results obtained by analysis of product attributes and consumer attitudes or a significant positive influence on purchase decisions. From the results of research, the researcher suggested that firms increase or maintain product attributes in order to remain the top choice of consumers.Keywords : Decision Purchasing, Product Attributes, Consumer Attitudes

Grape seed oil has wound healing activity since contains compounds such as flavonoids, polyphenols, saponins and linoleic acid. The purpose of this study is formulate emulgel containing grape seed oil with good physical characteristic and observed the wound healing activities of the oil and formulated emulgel. The research was begin with grape seed oil characterization and required HLB determination. The emulgel was made using combination Tween 80 and Span 80 as emulgator and carbomer as gelling agent with variation of oil concentration (10%, 20% and 30%). The formulation then subjected to physical evaluations including organoleptic, pH, spreadability, viscosity and rheology, sterility, and stability tests. Wound healing activity test of selected formula was done on seven groups of male Wistar rats. The emulgel containing grape seed oil with HLB value 8, has good physical, sterility, and stability characteristics. In vivo activity test showed that emulgel containing 20% and 30% grape seed oil have wound healing activity that statistically different compared with control (P<0.05) and the activity was not statistically different with marketed product (P>0.05).

Organisasi adalah media sekelompok orang yang memiliki tujuan serta ingin dicapai melalui orang-orang yang berada dalam organisasi tersebut. Pencapaian melalui berapa orang tersebut merupakan pokok tercapainya tujuan yang telah direncanakan. Namun banyaknya masyarakat yang menilai suatu keberhasilan dari organisasi atau perusahaan ditautkan dengan adanya rangkaian produksi barang maupun jasa yang berkualitas tinggi dan berkuantitas. Bagian atau unsur terpenting di antara bagian-bagian tersebut yaitu sumber daya manusia (SDM), individual atau tenaga kerja. Dapat diketahui faktor sumber daya manusia atau tenaga kerja merupakan pengendali dari segala macam aktivitas perusahaan. Tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai apabila didukung oleh leadership atau kepempinan dan budaya organisasi yang efektif sehingga kinerja karyawan dapat terus berkembang dan meningkat. Dengan kinerja karyawan meningkat akan berdampak positif pada kinerja organisasi juga. Peningkatan Kinerja karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan memperbaiki atau merubah budaya organisasi yang lebih efektif karena Budaya Orgnaisasi secara positif signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Mayoritas masyarakat Kampung Liman Benawi, Trimurjo, Lampung Tengah, menggantungkan hidupnya pada sektor pertanian dan perkebunan, serta eko-agrowisata kebun pekarangan. Sebagian masyarakatnya, terutama di Dusun II memasuki usia non-produktif. Pasca pandemi Covid-19 dan program lock down, berbagai dampak negatif pada sektor ekonomi dialami termasuk di Kampung Liman Benawi. Akibatnya, pekarangan rumah menjadi terbengkalai. Untuk mendukung eko-agrowisata dan pemberdayaan inklusivitas, sebuah proyek sistem budidaya tanpa tanah telah diperkenalkan kepada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Dusun II Kampung Liman Benawi melalui hibah Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa bidang Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM-PPM) Kemenristekdikti tahun 2023. Pendampingan dalam mengembangkan kembali potensi eko-agrowisata di Kampung Liman Benawi dilakukan untuk membangun kembali agrowisata kebun pekarangan. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan untuk mengembangkan alat tanam, media tanam, dan pembibitan mentimun. Dilakukan serah terima alat tanam dan media tanam tanpa tanah kepada anggota KWT untuk selanjutnya dilakukan kegiatan penanaman dan panen. Para anggota KWT sangat antusias dalam mengikuti program ini.

The aims of this study were (1) to describe how the preparation of the production cost budget for the education consulting project of Larispa Indonesia, (2) to describe how effective production cost control is at Larispa Indonesia, (3) to describe the role of the production cost budget in supporting the effectiveness of production cost control Larispa Indonesia Education Consulting Project. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type conducted at Larispa Indonesia. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes interview data with informants, and secondary data in the form of data on the 2020-2022 Educational Consultation Project Budget. From the results of this study it is known that the production cost budget data and production cost realization starting in 2020-2022 show that the production cost budget realization shows a figure below 10%, this proves that the control carried out by Larispa has been effective. The production cost budget at Larispa Indonesia has played a significant role in the process of controlling production costs. Because the production cost budget that is applied has fulfilled the functions and objectives of the budget.

Hazardous and Toxic Materials are substances, chemical and biological in a single form or mixture, whose properties, concentration, or amount can contaminate, damage, and endanger the environment and health directly or indirectly. Improper storage of Hazardous and Toxic Materials can harm humans and the environment. Blambangan Regional Public Hospital has a Hazardous and Toxic Materials Warehouse used for storing chemicals needed for pharmacy service processes. This study aimed to investigate the Hazardous and Toxic Materials storage in the Hazardous and Toxic Materials Warehouse at Blambangan Regional Public Hospital. This was an observational study using descriptive methods. It was conducted in the Hazardous and Toxic Materials Warehouse of Blambangan Regional Public Hospital during June-July 2023. The results showed that the Hazardous and Toxic Materials storage in the Blambangan Regional Public Hospital Warehouse had Hazardous and Toxic Materials inventory data, and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). The availability of Hazardous and Toxic Materials safety facilities includes Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Hazardous and Toxic Materials signs and symbols, and a spill kit. However, the lack of safety facilities includes Hazardous and Toxic Materials cabinets, body wash stations, and eye wash stations. Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Hazardous and Toxic Materials management are still incomplete, and Hazardous and Toxic Materials emergency handling is not yet well established. This study concludes that the Hazardous and Toxic Materials storage in Blambangan Regional Public Hospital Warehouse does not meet the requirements according to Permenkes No. 66 of 2016, because out of 5 required aspects, only 3 aspects are fulfilled.

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan CV. Media Logam, sebuah usaha kerajinan tembaga dan kuningan di Desa Tumang, Boyolali, untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mendukung keberhasilannya dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, data diperoleh dari pelaku usaha utama CV. Media Logam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran langsung melalui pameran lokal dan nasional serta pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan e-commerce untuk menjangkau pasar internasional. Meskipun demikian, CV. Media Logam menghadapi kendala seperti fluktuasi permintaan pasar, keterbatasan teknologi produksi manual, dan persaingan yang ketat. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, perusahaan melakukan diversifikasi produk, mengadopsi teknologi produksi modern, dan memperkuat kerja sama dengan pemerintah serta pihak swasta. Faktor pendukung seperti warisan budaya, keterampilan turun-temurun, dan reputasi yang telah terbangun turut berperan dalam kesuksesan perusahaan. Strategi pemasaran yang terstruktur, inovasi produk, dan adaptasi terhadap tantangan menjadikan CV. Media Logam sebagai pelaku industri kreatif yang kompetitif di pasar nasional maupun internasional.

The research on formulation and evaluation of lypholized tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L) as lip balm has been conducted. The objective of this research was to investigate the physical stability of lip balm formula from lypholized tomato that could enhance the lips’ humidity. The formulation of lip balm was made into three concentration i.e 1%, 3%, and 5%. The physical stability evaluations that were performed before and after stress condition. Which is included organoleptic, homogeneity, and melting point test. The stable formula was then evaluated as skin moisture enhancer using skin analyzer. The results of this research showed that all three formula was physically stable. On the third formula (lypholized concentration of 5%) had the highest percentation of moisture enhancement with the significant difference among the three formulas.

This study aims to determine the effect of Guided Discovery Learning on the learning outcomes of students in fractions of Class III SDN 20 Tala-Tala, Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used in this study is experimental research, especially Pre-experimental. The sample in this study was 25 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using learning outcome tests and observation sheets. Data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential data analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of the Guided Discovery Learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class III students of SDN 20 Tala-Tala, Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency, as shown by the results of the t-test analysis showing that the significance value obtained (Sig = 0.001) was smaller than the specified alpha value of 0.05 (0.001 <0.05), then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted, meaning that there was an effect of the Guided Discovery Learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class III students of SDN 20 Tala-Tala, Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency. In addition, the results of learning mathematics before the implementation of the Guided Discovery Learning model in the pretest with an average value of 60, there was an increase in the posttest with an average value of 80.4. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Guided Discovery Learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of class III students of SDN 20 Tala-Tala, Bissappu District, Bantaeng Regency.
