Abstract

Abstract: An Intonation is one of the most important element that affect the meaning of some sentence. Specifically Darou Intonation, which is the meaning of the word will changed if the intonation is wrong. The goal of this study is to find how a miss pronunciation on intonation of darou. this study is using a descriptive qualitative method. also instrument that used on this study is using speaking test. The respondent that participate on this study are 34 people's from 2018 class of japanese language education study program Riau University. Final result of this study indicating that half of student that participating on speaking test still wrong on the test.Key Words: Darou, Error, Intonation

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the factors that cause errors in the use of ni and de particles in sakubun learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data were analyzed by using method by Setyawati (2010). Richard (dalam Tarigan, 2011), and Jain&Fisik (dalam Tarigan, 2011). A total of 6 students of Japanese Language Education FKIP UNRI who became the data in this study. The data was taken from interviews to find out what causes errors that occur in sakubun learning. Research results show that. The errors that arise are caused by a lack of the student understanding of the material, especially the ni and de particles. In addition, this errors occurs due to a performance factor, namely the lack of concentration of student when writing essays. Lack of concentration can cause students to not be able to do well.Key Words: Error Analysis, Particle, Sakubun

Abstract

Abstract: Foreign language reading anxiety has a negative effect on cognitive processes and behavior because in language classes between physical, cognitive, and behavioral anxiety are symptoms that influence each other. A quantitative descriptive methodology was used in this research. The purpose of this research was to determine the level of reading anxiety students class of 2021 Japanese Language Education Study Program FKIP Riau University. Respondents in this reseacrh were 30 students of 2021 Japanese Language Education Study Program in Riau University. Researchers used data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires using FLRAS instruments (Ahmad, 2013). The results showed that as many as 4 students or 13% had low reading anxiety levels, 21 students or 70% had a medium level of anxiety, and 5 students or 17% had a high level of anxiety.Key Words : japanese language anxiety, reading anxiety, anxiety level, FLRAS

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the differences in understanding learning outcomes between students who use the VRchat game and students who do not use the VRchat game on the basic level 2 A-2 Marugoto material on topic 1 atarashii tomodachi. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This study involved 2 classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The experimental class was given treatment using the VRchat game, while the control class only received material. Each was given a pretest and posttest. The results of data processing showed the calculation of the posttest average value of the experimental class was 64.64 while the control class was 44.28. The conclusion of the research is that there are differences in understanding learning outcomes between groups that use VRchat games and groups that do not use VRchat games. The learning outcomes of students' understanding using VRchat games were higher than the group that did not use learning games.Key Words: VRchat, Online Game, Japanese Language, Choukai, Influence

Abstract

Abstract: This research is about the student learning motivation of class 2019 Japanese Language Education Study Program FKIP University of Riau in the study of Bunpou 5. The purpose of this research is to explains how the level of student learning motivation of class 2019 Japanese Language Education Study Program FKIP University of Riau in the study of Bunpou 5. The research type with quantitative approach. The population was student of class 2019 of 33 student. The research instrument is questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is validity and reability test. The result of the research shows that the student learning motivation of class class in the high category with percentace of 54,5%.Key Words: Learning Motivation, Bunpou.

Abstract

Abstract: This study describes how the response of Japanese language education students batch 2020 to the audio-visual media of Japanese grammar ukemi. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of Japanese language education students batch 2020 to Ukemi's Japanese grammar audio-visual media. This study uses the analytical method popularized by Sudjana (2011). The results of this study are that the researchers received responses from students, as many as 19 people rated it very decent, 2 people rated it worthy, 4 people rated it less worthy, and 2 people rated it not worth it. Abstract

Abstract: This study describes the utterances that have command implications in anime. This study aims to explain what underlies that the speaker understands the speech that contains the implications of the command conveyed by the addressee by understanding a context. The data in this study is the anime Bofuri: I Don't Want To Get Hurt. So I'll Max Out My Defense Episode 1-12. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data analysis technique used in this study is to identify utterances that contain command implications, group them into sentences and describe what underlies that the speaker understands the meaning that the utterances have command implications. The results of this study found three contexts that underlie that the speaker understands an utterance. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know the different before and after using Quizlet app in kanji subject. This study conducted with pre-experimental research method with One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample in this study is 2021 class student of Japanese Language Education Study Program B group with total 17 students. Instrument in this study used a test. The result of this study indicated that Quizlet app have significant influence for enchanting leaner’s kanji acquisition ability. Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses changes in the meaning of loandwords or gairaigo. The purpose of this study is to explain the changes in meaning that exist in loanwords or gairaigo in Japanese manga or comics. The data in this study is the vocabulary that is considered as loan word in the Manga Doraemon volume 6 by Fujiko Fujio. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The result of the analysis of Didi Sutedi’s theory found 4 changes in meaning from 33 gairaigo.Key Words: Change in meaning, Gairaigo, Manga Doraemon.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explain the level of errors made by students in changing causative verbs in Japanese sentences. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The instrument used in this research is a test instrument. The data processing method uses statistical formulas. The results of this study show that the error rate of causative verb changes in Japanese sentences is high, with a percentage of 76%.Key Words: causative verb, error rate.
