Abstract

Patient loyalty is often closely related to patient satisfaction with the experience they get during medical treatment. Issues related to service quality, long waiting times, lack of effective communication with patients, or disrespectful attitudes from medical staff can all cause patients to feel dissatisfied and unmotivated to return to the same health facility. This type of quantitative research with a design using correlation analysis, cross sectional. The population in the study were 193 patients treated at a private hospital in Jakarta. The research sample was 130 with the Slovin formula, the sampling technique used quota sampling and the data collection instrument used a questionnaire. Analysis of research data used multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality partially had a significant effect on patient loyalty with a sig value of 0.036. Partial satisfaction has a significant effect on patient loyalty with a sig value of 0.001 Service quality and satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on patient loyalty with a sig value of 0.001 and each effect is 94.1%. In conclusion, the quality of hospital services and patient satisfaction have a significant effect on patient loyalty..

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Cardiac arrest merupakan alah satu penyebab kematian yang paling tinggi di dunia. Keberhasilan pendidikan kesehatan kepada masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh media dan metode yang tepat yaitu media animasi dan leaflet, karena memberikan informasi dengan spesifik, dan banyak digunakan sebagai media alternative untuk dipelajari setiap saat bila seseorang menghendakinya. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan melalui pemberian media animasi dan leaflet tentang keterampilan bantuan hidup dasar di SMAN 40 Pademangan. Metode: Desain penelitian ini pre eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebesar 20 orang dan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling yaitu sebesar 20 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi SOP bantuan hidup dasar. Hasil: Hasil Paired sampel t-test tersebut menunjukan keterampilan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dengan media animasi dan leaflet didapatkan P-value 0.000 dengan taraf signifikasi 0.05. Jika nilai P lebih besar dari 0.05 maka hipotesis nol diterima dan jika P lebih kecil dari 0.05 hipotesis nol ditolak. Hasil uji Paried T-Test menunjukan P-value lebih kecil dari 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Kesimpulan: Pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dengan media animasi dan leaflet berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan bantuan hidup dasar pada siswa ekstrakulikuler palang merah remaja SMAN 40 Pademangan.

Abstract

Hospital accreditation is one way to assess the quality of hospital services. Improving the quality of hospital services is very important, as hospitals provide the most critical and dangerous services in the healthcare system, and their target activity is human life. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of accreditation on the improvement of service quality after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The data used in this research were secondary data. The research was conducted at Depok Private Hospital from January to March 2022. The data analysis used the General Linear Model Repeated Measure statistical test. The results of the study showed that the value of hospital service quality based on the Greenhouse-Geisser sig 0.035 < 0.05. Thus, it can be said that accreditation affects the quality of hospital services with a trend of increasing service quality values from January to December 2022. The conclusion of the study is that the quality of service in hospitals after the Covid-19 pandemic has changed. There are differences in service quality values every month. Service quality tends to improve during the year 2022.

Abstract

Indonesian nurses in Japan have pressures such as language barriers, culture, halal food for Muslims and long working hours which will make it difficult to find prayer time, these things which make it difficult for Indonesian workers will certainly have an impact on mental health, while the region, style life. and jobs that can cause stress and anxiety. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between environment and socio-culture with the work stress of Indonesian nurses in Japan. This research method is correlation analysis with a cross sectional study design. Respondents totaled 40 people using the total sampling method. Using 3 questionnaires, namely Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 21 (DASS 21), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and Revised Sociocultural Adaptation Scale (SCAS-R) questionnaire. Statistical analysis uses the Chi-Square test. The research results showed that the relationship between the environment and the work stress level of Indonesian nurses in Tokyo, Japan obtained a p-value of 0.002. The socio-cultural relationship with nurses' work stress levels obtained a p-value of 0.001. The conclusion is that there is an environmental and socio-cultural relationship with the work stress level of Indonesian nurses in Tokyo, Japan.

Abstract

Hipertensi memerlukan manajemen yang baik untuk mencegah komplikasi serius seperti serangan jantung, stroke, dan masalah kesehatan lainnya. Manajemen ini tidak hanya mencakup pengelolaan medis secara langsung oleh individu yang mengidap hipertensi tetapi juga melibatkan peran keluarga sebagai sistem pendukung yang kritis. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap pencegahan dan pengelolaan individu yang mengalami Hipertensi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada mayarakat yaitu pemeriksaan tekanan darah dan memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan ini ditemukan beberapa warga masyarakat yang mengalami Hipertensi. Pengetahuan masyarakat mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan. Manajemen hipertensi meliputi beberapa hal yang saling berkaitan, terutama pencegahan dan merapkan pola hidup sehat di masyarakat. Edukasi kepada masyarakat sebaiknya dilakukan secara terus menerus dilakukan oleh petugas kesehatan.

Abstract

Catatan perkembangan pasien adalah alat komunikasi yang vital antara anggota tim perawatan kesehatan, dan penerapan metode yang sistematis dan terstruktur dalam pembuatan catatan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap perawatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan metode asuhan keperawatan dalam catatan perkembangan pasien terintegrasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan Rumah Sakit Swasta Jakarta sebanyak 441 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 210, teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dokumentasi pengkajian tidak terisi sebanyak 40%, tidal lengkap dan tidak sesuai standar sebanyak 50%. Diagnosa keperawatan tidak lengkap dan tidak sesuai standar ditemukan sebanyak 60%. Dokumentasi perencanaan target waktu tidak terisi sebanyak 48%, kriteria hasil tidak terisi sebanyak 41%, rencana intervensi tidak lengkap dan tidak sesuai standar ditemukan sebanyak 62%. Dokumentasi implementasi tidak lengkap dan tidak sesuai standar pada observasi sebanyak 55%, risiko jatuh 64%, pemberian obat sebanyak 84% dan eduksi 70%. Dokumentasi evaluasi yang tidak terisi review diagnosa sebesar 52%, tidak lengkap dan tidak sesuai standar pada planning sebanyak 95%. Kesimpulan, proses asuhan keperawatan memberikan landasan utama dalam pengumpulan data, analisis masalah kesehatan, penetapan diagnosa, perencanaan intervensi, pelaksanaan tindakan, dan evaluasi hasil perawatan, yang semuanya direkam dengan rinci dalam catatan perkembangan pasien.

Abstract

Employee engagement meningkatkan keterlibatan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja, mempengaruhi kinerja secara positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Employee engagement dan tim work terhadap motivasi dan kinerja perawat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 266 perawat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 160, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap motivasi perawat dengan p-value 0,001 (<0,05). teamwork berpengaruh terhadap motivasi perawat dengan p-value 0,042 (< 0,05). Employee engagement berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dengan p-value 0,008 (< 0,05). Teamwork berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dengan p-value 0,001 (<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Employee engagement dan Teamwork mempengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja perawat.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder that often causes peripheral circulatory impairment, increasing the risk of diabetic foot ulcers. Diabetic foot exercise can enhance peripheral perfusion, yet its effectiveness is limited by patients’ lack of movement awareness. The mindful movement approach exercising with full awareness of breathing and bodily sensations is believed to optimize its benefits. The study purpose was evaluate the effect of mindful movement-based diabetic foot exercise on peripheral circulation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Materials and methods. A quasi-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test design was conducted on 33 respondents at Hidayatullah Medika Clinic, Depok. The intervention was performed once weekly for four weeks, 30 minutes per session. Results. Peripheral circulation was assessed using the Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) before and after the intervention. Paired t-test results showed a significant increase in ABI from 1.03 ± 0.12 to 1.16 ± 0.11 (p = 0.017). Conclusions. Mindful movement-based diabetic foot exercise effectively improves peripheral circulation and can be applied as a simple, non-pharmacological intervention to prevent vascular complications in diabetic patients.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has increased the popularity of online games among adolescents. Excessive intensity of online gaming may have negative effects on health, particularly sleep quality and aggressive behavior. This study aimed to determine the relationship between the intensity of online gaming and sleep quality as well as aggressive behavior among tenth-grade students at SMAN 38 South Jakarta in 2025. This research is quantitative associative method with a correlational analytic design using a cross-sectional approach. The population in the study was 145 students, with a sample of 117 respondents selected using random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Chi-Square test. The results showed a significant relationship between the intensity of online gaming and sleep quality with a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05), as well as a significant relationship between the intensity of online gaming and aggressive behavior with a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and (Ha) was accepted. In conclusion, higher intensity of online gaming is associated with poorer sleep quality and increased aggressive behavior among adolescents. It is expected that adolescents can manage and limit their online gaming time wisely to reduce its negative impact on health and behavior.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a key requirement for successful hospital services, influenced by factors such as mismatched expectations, nurses' personal behavior, high costs, and an unsupportive environment. Nurses' therapeutic communication plays a crucial role in increasing satisfaction in the inpatient ward by building trust and reducing misunderstandings in multicultural patients. Objective: To determine the relationship between nurses' therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Ward of Khidmat Sehat Afiat (KiSA) Regional General Hospital, Depok City in 2025. Method: A quantitative, analytical correlational study with a cross-sectional approach. The adult patient population was 120 people from August to October 2025, with a sample of 97 respondents via simple random sampling (with a 5% dropout rate). Data were collected using a questionnaire at KiSA Regional General Hospital, Depok (October-November 2025), and analyzed using chi-square for categorical variables. Results: 87.6% of nurses used good therapeutic communication; patient satisfaction was 79.3% satisfied, 27.3% quite satisfied, and 0% dissatisfied. The chi-square test yielded a p-value of 0.008 <0.05, indicating a significant relationship. Conclusion: There is a relationship between nurses' therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction levels in the Asoka Inpatient Ward of KiSA Regional General Hospital. Suggestion: Nurses should improve their skills through active listening, verbal empathy, information clarification, self-evaluation, and shift discussions for multicultural patients in Depok.
