Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. BIP merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang kontraktor industri, & perdagangan yaitu memproduksi berbagai produk seperti bracket TV, pedal rem, dan lain sebagainya. Perusahaan mengalami kekurangan kapasitas terkait tenaga kerja dan kapasitas mesin yang terbatas, sehingga permintaan sering tidak terpenuhi saat terjadi lonjakan permintaan. Dalam mengatasi hal tersebut perusahaan melakukan subkontrak, tetapi terjadi penurunan kualitas produk dari pihak subkontrak yang mengakibatkan perusahaan mengalami kerugian. Maka perusahaan membutuhkan perencanaan kapasitas produksi dengan tepat agar permintaan konsumen dapat terpenuhi seluruhnya. Solusi yang diberikan yaitu perusahaan dapat menghitung kebutuhan kapasitas yang diperlukan dengan kapasitas tersedia menggunakan metode Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), agar perusahaan dapat menentukan jumlah produksi optimal dengan biaya yang minimum. Hasil penyelesaian menunjukkan terjadi kekurangan kapasitas pada bulan maret sebesar 83 jam dan 77 jam pada bulan mei. Usulan yang disarankan adalah melakukan alternatif overtime dengan biaya produksi lebih rendah sebesar Rp186.541.392,- dan menghemat biaya produksi sebesar Rp2.889.248,- dibandingkan menggunakan alternatif persediaan dengan biaya lebih tinggi sebesar Rp189.430.640,- ABSTRACTPT. BIP is a manufacturing company engaged in industrial contracting, & trading,, namely producing various products such as TV brackets, brake pedals, and so on. The company suffers from capacity shortages related to labor and limited machine capacity, so demand is often not met when there is a surge in demand. In overcoming this, the company subcontracted, but there was a decrease in product quality from the subcontractor which resulted in the company experiencing losses. So the company needs to plan production capacity appropriately so that consumer demand can be fully met. The solution given is that the company can calculate the required capacity requirements with available capacity using the Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) method, so that the company can determine the optimal amount of production with minimum costs. The settlement results showed that there was a shortage of capacity in March of 83 hours and 77 hours in May. The suggestion is to do an alternative overtime with a lower production cost of Rp. 186,541,392, - and save production costs of Rp. 2,889,248, - compared to using an alternative inventory with a higher cost of Rp. 189,430,640, -

Abstract

PT Angkada Raya is engaged in the shoe heel manufacturing industry, experiencing a decline in production due to defective products. By using the seven tools, product quality is analyzed, and factors that cause defects are identified. The company has a low level of quality control, with a defect percentage of 3.63%. Factors such as workers, work methods, environment, and machines contribute to these defects. To minimize the number of defects, standardization is carried out, improving production methods, improving the work environment. After this implementation, the percentage of defects decreased to 1.96%. PT Angkada Raya is committed to continuously improving product quality through effective quality control

Abstract

Exodus House of Printing is a Home Industry printing which is located in Mojokerto. Home Industry is engaged in printing one of its products, namely invitations, calendars and brochures. Home Industry at this time must prioritize efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out production activities of a product. A company can be said to be effective when scheduling a product in the completion of a request from a consumer. One of the factors that influence the completion of a request is working time, workers/labor who take part in the completion of a production. The purpose of this study, among other things, is to find out the standard time for each worker and how much labor is optimal and how to plan costs in order to minimize expenses. By using several methods including stopwatch time, workload analysis, aggregate planning heuristics. After the method was applied, it was found that the research results showed that the process of making 1-unit product took 8.55 minutes with 6 workers for each operator with additional overtime and costs at least IDR 17,132,614

Abstract

Quality is an important key in a production process, especially in an increasingly developing era such as the current era of globalization. PT PPW is a company engaged in the stainless steel pipe industry. In the production process, there are three processes that use three production machines. Where the three machines still often experience defects in the second and third processes that exceed the tolerance standards set by the company. The problems that occur are the types of defects that arise in each process and what causes them, as well as how to minimize the number of defective products. Methods that can be used to identify defects and causes of defects can use the SPC method. Meanwhile, to minimize defective products, you can use FMEA analysis to implement the proposal according to the causes of the most critical defects. The results showed that the most critical types of defects were imperfect welds in the second process and imperfect polishing in the third work station. The cause of defects in the second work station was due to machine setting errors, while the causes of defects were due to the end of the polishing material and the physical condition of the product

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberi dampak terhadap penurunan pendapatan masyarakat. Dampak ini terlihat dari banyaknya Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah yang terpaksa  menutup usahanya, salah satunya adalah UMKM Fajar yang memiliki usaha memproduksi gantungan baju. UMKM ini terpaksa menutup usahanya       dikarenakan toko maupun usaha laundry yang biasa membeli produknya sudah tidak membeli lagi, sehingga penjualan gantungan baju menurun drastis. UMKM Fajar beralih memproduksi sabun cuci piring dikarenakan produk sabun cuci piring dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Permasalahan yang dialami UMKM Fajar adalah kurangnya kualitas sabun cuci piring yang diproduksi, belum dapat melakukan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi serta harga jual, tidak dapat membuat pembukuan dan laporan laba rugi, serta belum mengerti cara memasarkan ditengah situasi pandemi Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pendampingan manajemen usaha dan pemasaran yang meliputi pelatihan meningkatkan kualitas sabun yang layak jual, menghitung harga pokok produksi dan harga jual, membuat pembukuan sederhana dan laporan laba rugi, serta pelatihan pemasaran dengan prinsip 4P. Pendampingan yang telah dilakukan memberikan dampak berupa peningkatan penjualan, UMKM Fajar semakin berkembang, dan kesejahteraan pemilik UMKM meningkat

Abstract

The home business of making traditional herbal medicine carried out by Mrs. Khasi'ah as a Community Service Partner whose address is Jalan Penjaringan 3 no.10 Rungkut Surabaya is a business that was founded 40 years ago. Mrs. Khasia'ah is an elderly widow aged 70 years who is able to live independently by making traditional herbal medicine (beras kencur, sinom, kunir asam, cabe puyang, suruh kunci, sambiloto, mengkudu laos) to be marketed around the village every day. The problem found based on observations from Wak Si''s traditional herbal medicine business was that the equipment for grinding ingredients (kunir, jahe, kunci, kencur, etc.) still used a mashing tool in the form of an ancient mortar which caused the process of making herbal medicine to take a long time. Apart from that, the process of making herbal medicine is that when it is finished boiling, it is placed in a bucket made of old plastic (not suitable from a health perspective). Problems also occur when selling around the village, namely the carts used to sell herbal medicine are rotten and the bottles used for herbal medicine are used mineral water bottles which should not be used again. The solutions offered to overcome Mitra's problems are: procuring a blender to mash the ingredients so that the process of making herbal medicine can be done in a shorter time, procuring an aluminum pan to hold the herbal medicine that has been boiled so that it is suitable from a health perspective, making a cart because the existing cart is already rotting, it's time to replace it. and providing drinking containers as a place for herbal medicine to replace used mineral water bottles so that they are suitable as drink containers. The results obtained from this community service program are that the process of refining herbal medicine raw materials can be done more quickly, the process of making herbal medicine is hygienic, adequate carts for herbal medicine and bottles for storing herbal medicine are suitable.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKinerja pasar modal Indonesia merupakan terbaik kedua di dunia. Namun demikian jumlah investor lokal masih kurang menggembirakan yaitu masih sekitar 0,32% dibandingkan dengan jumlah penduduk. Literasi tentang pasar modal masih menunjukkan gambaran yang memprihatinkan, padahal upaya pemerintah untuk memberikan edukasi pasar modal sudah sedemikian gencar melalui pelatihan-pelatihan yang diadakan oleh pihak bursa efek dan OJK maupun pembebanan terhadap kurikulum pada perguruan tinggi. Disamping itu kampus diharapkan bekerja sama dengan perusahaan sekuritas sehingga memungkinkan para mahasiswa belajar berinvestasi dengan dana yang sangat minim, agar mahasiswa dapat praktek secara nyata dalam upaya memotivasi para mahasiswa sebagai insan yang berpendidikan tinggi untuk menjadi investor.Penelitian menggunakan sampel mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah Pasar modal dan Analisis Investasi dan Manajemen Portofolio. Hasil pemrosesan data dengan menggunakan Analisis Faktor didapat hasil bahwa mahasiswa FEB Untag Surabaya yang telah menempuh mata kuliah “Pasar Modal” dan “Analisis Investasi dan Manajemen Portofolio” tidak segera mendaftar sebagai investor dikarenakan merasa “tidak mempunyai dana”, “dilarang orang tua” , dan “tidak tertarik”. Dari hasil pemrosesan lebih lanjut data terdapat gambaran bahwa mereka berpendapat bahwa berinvestasi pada surat berharga saham itu “tidak menguntungkan” dan “berivestasi di bursa efek itu rumit” dan juga “tidak mempunyai dana”. Didalam kenyataannya persepsi itu tidak benar. Untuk berinvestasi saham tidak perlu dana yang besar, padahal berinvestasi pada surat berharga saham sangat menguntungkan hal ini bisa dilihat dari perkembangan Index Harga Saham Gabungan yang terus meningkat. Dan juga berinvestasi saham tidak rumit karena bisa dilakukan dengan cara online.                                           ABSTRACT The performance of the Indonesian capital market is the second best in the world. However, the number of local investors is still less encouraging, which is still around 0.32% compared to the total population. Literacy on the capital market still shows a worrisome picture, even though the government's efforts to provide capital market education have been intense through trainings held by the stock exchange and OJK as well as the imposition of the curriculum on universities. Besides that, the campus is expected to cooperate with securities companies so as to allow students to learn to invest with very minimal funds, so that students can practice in real terms in an effort to motivate students as highly educated people to become investors. The study used a sample of students who had taken courses in Capital Markets and Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management. The results of data processing using Factor Analysis showed that FEB Untag Surabaya students who had taken the courses "Capital Market" and "Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management" did not immediately register as investors because they felt "no funds", "forbidden by parents", and "not interested". From the results of further processing of the data, there is an illustration that they think that investing in stock securities is "not profitable" and "investing in the stock exchange is complicated" and also "does not have funds". In reality that perception is not correct. To invest in stocks, you don't need large funds. even though investing in stock securities is very profitable, this can be seen from the development of the Composite Stock Price Index which continues to increase. And also investing in stocks is not complicated because it can be done online.

Abstract

The existence of Sunan Giri's grave in Gresik Regency is a blessing for the surrounding community. The community's economy is lifted and various products are marketed. The tourists in addition to pilgrimages usually also buy souvenirs in the form of food or non-food. The COVID-19 pandemic and Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities have caused tourist attractions to be closed, including the religious tourist site of Sunan Giri's cemetary. Business actors were very hit because their products were not absorbed by the market, for that research was conducted to determine the factors that influence tourist decisions in buying products, especially non-food products such as knitting, clothing, hijab, accessories and others at the Sunan Giri tourist attraction. Based on the research results, the factors that influence tourists' decisions to buy non-food products as souvenirs can be explained by the Multiple Linear Regression model Y=0.046 +1.006X1 + 0.019 X2 + 0.539 X3 + 0.246X4. The coefficient of determination is 91.7%, indicating the simultaneous influence of the independent variables of price, product, place of sale and promotion, contributes to the dependent variable of purchasing decisions, while 8.3% is influenced by other factors outside the independent variables studied. Based on the F test the independent variables of price, product, place of sale and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable of purchasing decisions and the results of the t test show that each independent variable of price, product, place of sale and promotion has a partial effect on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions.AbstraKKeberadaan makam Sunan Giri di Kabupaten Gresik  menjadi berkah bagi masyarakat sekitar. Perekonomian masyarakat  terangkat dan beraneka  produk dipasarkan. Para  wisatawan disamping ziarah biasanya juga membeli oleh-oleh baik berupa makanan atau non makanan. Pandemi covid 19 dan aturan PPKM yang  ketat menyebabkan tempat-tempat wisata ditutup termasuk tempat wisata religi makam Sunan Giri. Pelaku usaha sangat terpukul karena produknya tidak terserap pasar, untuk itu penelitian  dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan wisatawan dalam membeli produk khususnya non makanan seperti rajut, pakaian, hijab, asesoris dan lain-lain di objek wisata Sunan Giri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian  faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keputusan wisatawan untuk membeli produk non makanan sebagai oleh-oleh dapat dijelaskan dengan model Regresi Linier Berganda Y=0,046 +1,006X1 + 0,019 X2 + 0,539 X3 + 0,246X4. Nilai kaefisien Determinasi  91,7 %, menunjukan besar pengaruh serentak variabel  bebas harga, produk, tempat berjualan dan promosi memberikan sumbangan terhadap variabel terikat keputusan pembelian sedangkan 8,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar variabel bebas yang diteliti. Berdasarkan uji F  variabel bebas harga, produk, tempat berjualan dan promosi   secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat keputusan pembelian dan hasil  uji t menunjukan masing-masing variabel bebas harga, produk, tempat berjualan dan promosi   berpengaruh secara parsial dengan variabel terikat keputusan pembelian.
