Abstract

Persaingan yang sangat ketat antara pengusaha kuliner tersebut menyebabkan semakin banyaknya pilihan bagi konsumen sehingga menyebabkan kecendrungan selera konsumen untuk berubah-ubah. Dengan alasan ini para pengusaha dituntut untuk memberikan sesuatu yang berbeda dalam mempertahankan dan memuaskan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini memilih HR Coffe Sp. Empat, Bebesen karena HR Coffe menawarkan sejumlah menu kopi yang bervariasi tidak hanya ada juga beberapa masakan dan makanan ringan yang mereka tawakan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh cita rasa yang terdiri dari rangsangan mulut, rasa dan aroma atu bau terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Cita rasa adalah suatu cara pemilihan makanan yang harus dibedakan dari rasa makanan tersebut. Cita rasa merupakan atribut makanan yang meliputi penampakan, bau, rasa, tekstur dan suhu. Kepuasan pelanggan adalah seseorang atau individu yang membeli, menggunakan dan menghabiskan barang atau jasa secara terus menerus. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari HR Coffe Sp. Empat, Bebesen yang melakukan transaksi denga sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel rangansangan mulut (X1), rasa (X2) dan aroma atau bau (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pealnggan baik secara simultan maupun parsial dengan variabel Rasa (X2) sebagai variabel dominan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan adanya pengaruh antara variabel cita rasa terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada HR Coffe Sp. Empat, Bebesen. Dari seluruh variabel cita rasa, variabel rasa adalah variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada HR Coffe Sp. Empat, Bebesen. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari niali t hitung sebesar 4,135 dan koefesien refresi sebesar 0,370

Abstract

Abstrak Banyaknya kreatifitas dan produktifitas mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran dikampus Universitas Gajah Putih membawa kami para dosen berusaha meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam bentuk hard skill maupun soft skill dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang ada di kampus dengan mengadakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sehingga kemampuan yang dimiliki mahasiswa tentunya dapat menghasilkan keahlian yang dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi mahasiswa saat ini adalah belum memiliki kemampuan dalam pembuatan e-commerce (toko online) dan pemanfaaatan e-commerce sehingga penjualan produk belum begitu luas dikenal masyarakat. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut maka tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Gajah Putih akan mengadakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat peningkatan kemampuan dalam membuat e-commerce berbasis website serta pemanfaatan e-commerce secara efektif sebagai sarana promosi penjualan bagi mahasiswa universitas Gajah putih Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan kemampuan, keahlian dan pengetahuan dalam pembuatan dan pemanfaatan e-commerce sebagai sarana promosi sehingga nantinya penjualan produk mahasiswa Universitas Gajah Putih dapat lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat dan dapat memberikan keutungan dari sisi ekonomi bagi mahasiswa dengan mengadakan promosi penjualan produk tersebut.

Abstract

In the digital age, every consumer will select online sales because it is the thing that people are currently most interested in, as it can be accessible from anywhere and at any time as long as they have an internet connection. Customers benefit from the convenience of online shopping because they do not have to travel to the business location to pick up their purchases. In reality, the marketing processes of most micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) continue to rely on manual transaction processing mechanisms for direct purchases and on conventional transaction recording methods. Implementing an e-commerce information system for MSMEs so that it is easier for MSMEs and customers to conduct online transactions and MSMEs can adapt to the digital era is a research objective aimed at addressing the inadequacy of MSMEs in adapting to information technology. The results of the study indicate that the system features in e-commerce are adapted to the analysis of user needs, i.e., there are product features, ordering features, transaction detail features, and report features that facilitate product purchase transactions through the e-commerce system so that there are superior features of the system to improve quality MSME services and maintain customer loyalty in order to conduct online transactions. Blackbox testing was conducted for five system functionality testing scenarios throughout the system testing phase, with the result that the entire system performed as expected and in compliance with user requirements.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to assist Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in making digital accounting books in implementing the accounting cycle for MSMEs by using a digital accounting application, namely "BukuKas". In addition, this community service activity can help students develop the knowledge and skills they have acquired in college and disseminate them to the general public. This service is carried out for MSME business owners in Gelelungi Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency.In the digital era like today, it is important for SMEs to optimize the use of technology. However, in reality there are still many MSMEs in Gelelungi Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh District who do not optimize the use of technology that has developed in this era and still use manual bookkeeping that is neither systematic nor integrated.The implementation method in this community service activity is the lecture method and the practicum method directly. The results obtained in the digital bookkeeping system accounting training activities carried out have succeeded in helping MSME entrepreneurs in Gelelungi Village to carry out their business financial bookkeeping processes with digital openings easily, effectively, and efficient.

Abstract

Objective – The level of trust in the stocks market is one of the important factors to improve the company’s image in facing the increasingly challenging global market. The stock market’s trust can be analyzed by the business capital owned by its company. This research aims to analyze the influence of financing and investment on the dependent variables of capital reaction taking the samples of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).  This study also analyzes the responses in the ability of mining companies in the capital market.  Design/methodology – The associative approach has been used in this research and a descriptive research model has been utilized. This research is intended to examine the free effect of financing and investment on the dependent variable of the market reaction. The sample used in this study is saturated sampling. Samples of 32 companies out of 44 mining companies listed on the IDX were drawn for analysis purposes. Results – This study found that DER financing and PER investment (price-earnings ratio) have no significant impact on capital market reaction TVA (trading volume activity) in listed mining companies in Indonesia. It can be concluded that increasing quality of mining companies in Indonesia are mostly not influenced by the power of DER and investment PER.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to examine the relationship between brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty and consumer preference, as well as the relationship between brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty and purchase intention. Additionally, it examined the relationship between consumer preference and interest in purchasing as an intervention variable. The research was conducted purposefully from November to December 2022. Data sources were obtained through online survey results (primary data) and through literature (secondary data). Sampling using the incidental sampling method based on the Lemes how formula with an unknown population size produces a minimum of 100 samples. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-4. Descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS, which are utilized to analyze the data, are processed using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The findings demonstrated that brand loyalty and brand awareness variables had a direct impact on consumer preferences, however brand association variables and quality judgments did not. While brand awareness, brand associations, and brand loyalty do not directly affect purchase intention, perceived quality characteristics did have an impact on customer buying interest. The intention to purchase does not indirectly depend on perceived quality.

Abstract

Community service in Paya Reje Tamidelem Village has been completed. The aim of this program is to increase the competence of village officials in carrying out their activities as administrators at the village office. The methods and approaches used are lectures and presentation of material explaining the benefits and functions of the Mail Merge feature in the Microsoft Word application. Meanwhile, the Microsoft Excel application is used as database storage. Data from Microsoft Excel is pulled into the Mail Merge feature, so document creation and correspondence will be faster and easier to do. The results of the Pre Test and Post Test that have been carried out by partners show that there is an increase in knowledge and understanding. Meanwhile, the results of the partner's evaluation of the Community Service program carried out showed that the partners' statements were very agree or very satisfied. With the exception of questions regarding understanding of the material presented, partners choose to agree or be satisfied, 62.5% and strongly agree or be very satisfied, 37.5%. Abstract

Education has a very important role in the development of a country, because quality education is the foundation of sustainable social and economic development. The aim is to analyze the effectiveness of budget planning and coordination on the absorption of the education expenditure budget. The research method used is a literature study or Library Research with a qualitative approach. Based on the literature review in this article, it can be concluded as follows (1) Budget planning affects the effectiveness of the absorption of the education expenditure budget. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan manajemen dan penyiapan laporan keuangan desa di Desa Bukit Ewih Tamidelem, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui serangkaian wawancara, observasi lapangan dan sosialisasi materi kepada aparat desa dan masyarakat setempat. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang siginifikan dalam pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta terkait manajemen keuangan desa, seperti yang tercermin dari hasil pre-test dan post-test. Pelatihan ini meliputi pembuatan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Desa (APBDes), teknik pembukuan yang benar, dan penggunaan apllikasi yang dapat membantu dalam manajemen dan penyiapan laporan keuangan desa. Ditemukan bahwa sosialisasi ini memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan keuangan desa.
