Abstract

Lesbian, gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) is an individual who has a sexual orientation or gender identity that is different from the heterosexual majority. The LGBT community now dares to appear openly on social media; nowadays, social media is used as a source of information and a place to provide comments. The Indonesian state generally still views the LGBT community as deviant behavior. This research was conducted to understand Indonesian society's views on LGBT through YouTube and social media. The text mining method analyzes and classifies the counter or pro sentences expressed in the comments. The model used in this research is IndoBERT because the research object studied is Indonesian. IndoBERT is part of the Bidirectional Encoder Representation From Transformers (BERT) model. The data sources used were 1,493 data. The stages carried out in this research included the preprocessing stage, which included case folding, data cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and normalization, then the data labeling stage, and finally, the model building stage with IndoBERT Fine Tuning. The level of accuracy achieved using IndoBERT is 74%.

Abstract

Abstract - In the modern era, work time flexibility and motivation have become crucial factors in improving employee performance. Flexible Working Time is considered a solution to achieving work-life balance, while work motivation remains a key driver of productivity. This study aims to examine the influence of Flexible Working Time and Work Motivation on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis was used. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. The results show that Flexible Working Time has a significant negative effect on performance, with a regression coefficient of -0.283 (p < 0.05), while Work Motivation has a significant positive effect with a coefficient of 0.266 (p < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect employee performance, with an F-value of 7.875 and an R² of 0.651. This indicates that 65.1% of the variation in performance can be explained by the model, while the remaining 34.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect in character building and improving the quality of human resources. Al-Qur'an Hadith, is one of the subjects that has a significant role in character building. This is because this lesson aims to give students a deep understanding of Islamic teachings, strengthen their moral and spiritual values, and help them develop a good relationship with Allah and the society around them. However, recently a lot of students are less enthusiastic about learning in these subjects, of course one of the factors is the method used by teachers is less attractive, thus making students less enthusiastic in studying these subjects. One of the schools that experienced this was Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sintang, where the students there experienced degradation to study the Al-Qur'an Hadith subject. However, he managed to overcome this problem thanks to the strategy used by the Al-Qur'an Hadith teacher at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sintang. So this study aims to find out the PAKEM strategy used by Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in increasing interest and motivation in learning. This study used a descriptive research method, which aims to describe and interpret the object of research according to the conditions in the field. The results of the research show that the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sintang school uses the PAKEM strategy for the Qur'an Hadith subject in a planning, active, contextual and fun way so that students are able to understand significantly so that this strategy is very effective in the teaching and learning process. In addition, teachers also engage in interesting and relevant activities for students to increase their learning interest. Activities that involve interaction, exploration, and creativity can make learning more fun and interesting for students.

Abstract

In an increasingly fierce marketplace competition, purchase decisions are influenced by product reviews and consumer trust. This study aims to analyze the influence of product reviews and consumer trust on purchase decisions on  the Shopee marketplace. With a quantitative approach sourced from data from 50 respondents, shopee users are active and have shopped by looking at product reviews and testing with multiple linear regression. The results showed that product reviews had no significant effect on the purchase decision with a t-count score (0.459 < 2.012) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, so that HO1 was accepted, Ha1 was rejected. while consumer confidence had a significant effect on purchase decisions with a t-count score (6.795 > 2.012) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus, HO2 was rejected, Ha2 was accepted. In addition, simultaneously product reviews and consumer trust affect purchase decisions on Shopee with a value of f calculated (25,737 > 3.20). This finding states that the importance of consumer trust in a decision-making, Shopee also needs to increase consumer trust through original and informative reviews, as well as highlighting quality reviews with photos or videos.
