Abstract

This study was a research and development type. The media developed was a lectora inspire-based interactive learning media in general administration subject. The procedure of research and development employed nine out of ten steps of Borg Gall’s research and development (1989). Data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative and quantitative analyses with t-test. Considering the result of analysis on the effectiveness of lectora inspire-based interactive learning media with t-test formula, it could be found that t-statistic value obtained in posttest of experiment and control class was 5.747, with ttable of 2.000172; thus tstatitic ttable meaning that the improvement of learning outcome in experiment class was better than that in control class. The learning outcome of experiment class showed the mean post-test of 84.53, while that of control class showed the mean posttest of 71.73. The conclusion of research was that Lectora Inspire-based interactive learning media was feasible and was used effectively to improve the students’ learning outcome. It was based on the result of t-test suggesting the significance value (0.0000.05), indicating that there is a difference of learning outcome between experiment class and control class

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Pengalaman PKL, Kepercayaan Diri, dan Penguasaan Soft Skill terhadap Kesiapan Kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana siswa SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar memperoleh manfaat dari pelatihan praktik (PKL), kepercayaan diri, dan pengembangan soft skill. Sebanyak 530 siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar dimasukkan dalam populasi penelitian, dan 228 orang diantaranya dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Prosedur kuantitatif korelasional menggunakan kuesioner digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini. IBM SPSS 27 digunakan untuk melakukan analisis regresi linier berganda pada data yang dikumpulkan. Pengalaman kerja, kepercayaan diri, dan kapasitas untuk menggunakan soft skill semuanya mempunyai efek menguntungkan pada kesiapan kerja, namun tidak semuanya pada saat yang bersamaan. Telah terdokumentasi dengan baik bahwa empat puluh persen kemampuan kerja seorang kandidat bergantung pada tingkat pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan, kepercayaan diri, dan penguasaan soft skill siswa.  Kata kunci: pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan; kepercayaan diri; penguasaan soft skill; kesiapan kerja, SMK.  Abstract: The Effect of PKL Experience, Self Confidence, and Soft Skill Capability on Work Readiness. The purpose of this research was to examine how students at SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar benefited from PKL, self-confidence, and soft skills capabilty.  A total of 530 students from SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar's 12th grade were included in the study's population, and 228 of them served as the study's sample. Correlational quantitative procedures using questionnaires were employed for data collection in this study. IBM SPSS 27 was used to perform multiple linear regression analyses on the collected data. Work experience, self-confidence, and the capacity to use soft skills all had beneficial effects on work readiness, but not all at the same time. It is well-documented that 40% of a candidate's employability depends on their level of practical work experience, self-confidence, and soft skills capability. Keyword: practical work experience; self confidence;  softs skill capability; work readiness; VHS.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Mind Mapping untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Peserta Didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan model pembelajaran mind mapping dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dalam 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siklus pertama memperoleh capaian sebesar 48% peserta didik yang lulus dengan nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 80,65. Hal ini menunjukkan kenaikan sebesar 26% bila dibandingkan dengan tes pratindakan dimana capaian peserta didik yang lulus adalah sebesar 22% dengan nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 70,65. Kemudian pada siklus kedua kembali terjadi peningkatan dan mampu melampaui target capaian yang diharapkan dimana sebesar 78% peserta didik dinyatakan lulus dan nilai rata-rata kelas adalah sebesar 91,3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran mind mapping dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.  Kata kunci: mind mapping; kemampuan berpikir kritis; covid-19; pembelajaran daring; zoom meeting  Abstract: Application of Mind Mapping Learning Model to Improve Students' Critical Thinking Abilities. This study aims to determine whether the application of the mind mapping learning model can improve students' critical thinking abilities. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) in 2 cycles. The result of this study showed that the critical thinking ability test in the first cycle obtained an achievement of 48% of students who passed with an average grade was 80.65. this shown an increase of 26% when compares to the pre-action test where the achievement of students who passed was 22% with an average grade was 70.65. then in the second cycle there was an increase again and was able to exceed the expected achievement target where 78% of students passed and the class average was 91.3. based on the result of the study, it can be concluded that mind mapping learning model can improve students' critical thinking abilities.  Keyword: mind mapping; critical thinking abilities; covid-19; online learning; zoom meeting

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh E-Commerce dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-commerce dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan. Desain penelitian yang dipakai peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif asosiatif. Teknik sampling pada penelitian ini menggunakan perportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara e-commerce dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha baik parsial maupun secara simultan. Diketahui bahwa ­ e-commerce dan lingkungan keluarga dalam penelitian ini mempengaruhi variabel terikat yaitu minat berwirausaha sebesar 48,8%.  Kata kunci: e-commerce; lingkungan keluarga; minat berwirausaha.  Abstract: Effect of E-Commerce and Family Environment on Student Entrepreneurial Interest. This study aims to determine the effect of e-commerce and the family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. The research design used by the researcher in this research is quantitative associative. The sampling technique in this study used perportionate stratified random sampling. The data collection technique was carried out with a closed questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study were that there was a positive and significant influence between e-commerce and the family environment on the interest in entrepreneurship, either partially or simultaneously. It is known that e-commerce and family environment in this study affect the dependent variable, namely the interest in entrepreneurship by 48.8%. Keywords: e-commerce; family environment; interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman siswa SMK dalam mengimplementasikan model "GEPPRAK" dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Fokus penelitian pada bagaimana siswa menginternalisasi nilai-nilai karakter, aspek soft skills dan transferable skills dalam pembelajaran Kewirausahaan sehingga siswa berminat untuk berwirausaha, Pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif fenomenologis. Orientasi penelitian untuk memahami, menggali, dan menafsirkan arti dari peristiwa-peristiwa, fenomena-fenomena dan hubungan  dengan orang-orang secara alamiah dalam situasi tertentu, selama proses pembelajaran  kewirausahaan. Data  terkumpul melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi dideskripsikan apa adanya. Pendapat siswa, guru, perilaku, sikap, minat, keterampilan, kelemahan, merupakan bagian yang penting untuk memberikan masukan terhadap perbaikan pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa antusiasme siswa tinggi, ditunjukkan dengan aktivitas dalam lima tahapan, project kewirausahaan dimulai dari (1) Grup (kelompok) kecil ,(2) Eksplorasi ,(3) Pengembangan ide usaha, (4) Penyusunan dan Presentasi rencana usaha, (5)Aksi dan Kompetisi usaha, berjalan dengan lancar dan berhasil meng internalisasi 3 nilai karakter dan 5 soft skills-transferable skills dengan skor tinggi sebanyak 68% dan skor sedang 32%. Semua produk terjual habis dan  beberapa produk sudah menerima pesanan, hal ini menunjukkan indikasi tumbuhnya minat berwirausaha.Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, nilai-nilai karakter, soft skills- transferable skills "GEPPRAK" MODEL IMPLEMENTATION IN ENTREPRENEURIAL LEARNING TO INCREASE ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTENTION IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLSAbstractThe purpose of this study to explore the experience of students SMK in implementing the model "GEPPRAK" in entrepreneurial learning. The focus of research on how students internalize the values of character, aspects of soft skills and transferable skills in entrepreneurship learning so that students interested in entrepreneurship, a qualitative research approach is phenomenological. Orientation research to understand, explore and interpret the meaning of events, phenomena and relationships with people naturally in certain situations, during the process of entrepreneurial learning. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation described what it is. Opinions of students, teachers, behavior, attitudes, interests, skills, weaknesses, an important part to provide input to the improvement of entrepreneurial learning. The findings indicate that students' enthusiasm is high, indicated by activity in five stages, starting an entrepreneurial project of (1) Groups (group) is small, (2)Exploration, (3) Development of business ideas, (4) preparation and presentation of business plans, (5) Actions and Competitions business runs smoothly and successfully upgrade internalization of three grades of character and five soft skills-transferable skills with high scores as much as 68% and the fair score was 32%. All products sold out and some products are already taking orders, this indication of the growing interest in entrepreneurship.Keywords: entrepreneurship, the values of character, soft skills - transferable skills

Abstract

The objective of research was to reveal: (1) the learning outcome of students in experiment class, (2) the learning outcome of students in control class, (3) the effect of lectora inspire-based interactive learning media on the learning outcome of students. This study was a quasi-experiment research with Pretest-Posttest Control Design with students of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta being the subject of research. The instruments used in this research were questionnaire and test. The result of research showed that: (1) the learning outcome for experiment class indicated mean posttest value of 84.53, (2) the learning outcome for control class indicated mean posttest value of 71.73, and (3) there was an effect of Lectora Inspire-based interactive learning media on the learning outcome of students, as can be seen from the result of t-test calculation with t statistic 0,000< t table 0.05. The conclusion of research was that there was a difference of effect of lectora inspire-based interactive learning media application on the learning outcome of students between control and experiment classes.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the activities needed by teachers in holding the Continuing Professional Development Program. This research employed survey type of non-experimental quantitative research method. This type of research was used when the author wants to find out the population's opinion by conducting a study on the sample of population. The population of research consisted of all teachers of Vocational High School in Business and Management field in Surakarta City Residency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Techniques of collecting data were observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire. Quantitative data obtained was the one processed using Microsoft Excel with the scale specified by the author, while qualitative data was analyzed using triangulation technique. The result of research showed that Program Continuing Professional Development had been conducted despite different proportion for self-development, scientific publication, and innovative work. Thus, the appropriate strategy was required to solve some problems encountered by teachers

Abstract

This study focuses on developing and validating instruments to assess the computational thinking skills (CTS) and collaboration skills (CS) of undergraduate students in Indonesia. Employing a quantitative research approach with the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) technique, the research process unfolded in three validation steps. First, face validity was established through expert judgment. Second, discriminant validity was examined using product-moment correlations and Cronbach’s alpha. Finally, EFA were employed to assess the factorial structure. The instrument development process followed five phases: drafting the instrument, face validity assessment by experts, data collection involving 242 undergraduate students as samples, discriminant validity analysis (product moment and Cronbach’s alpha), and EFA analysis to group items and construct dimensions. This study identified six dimensions for CTS (algorithmic thinking, cooperative thinking, problem reformulation, creativity, critical thinking, and systematic testing) and three dimensions for CS (knowledge sharing, planning, and responsibility). These findings support validating the CTS and CS self-assessment scale, making it a valuable tool for evaluating undergraduate student learning and researching computational thinking and CS in Indonesia. Researchers and educators are encouraged to utilize the CTS and CS instrument for self-assessment purposes and further exploration of these competencies among undergraduate students.

Abstract

This study aims to find out : (1) students' learning outcome before the collaboration of PBL instractional model and STAD cooperative instructional model being applied for 10th grade students of SMA Kartikatama Metro ;(2)  students' learning outcome after the application of the method and technique;(3) the influence of collaboration application of PBL instructional model and STAD cooperatice instructional model.  This was quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design.  Application of PBL teaching method collaborated with STAD cooperative instructional model is able to improve students' learning outcome and give significant influence towards the improvement of students' learning outcome at economics subject.  Compared to the class X-A of social program that only applies PBL instructional model, class X-D is better in case of learning outcome improvement. Given that the result of pre-test, class X-A and X-D get 46.3 and 51.4 respectively. Those two scores are categorized into less than or far from the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KBM) by 75.  But, after the implementation of PBL instructional model and STAD cooperative instructional model, outcome learning rises.  The result of learnig outcome of those two classes shows that class X-A gets 68.04 while class X-D gets 80.  Those two learning outcomes indicate a significant difference on students' learning outcome in economics subject.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) Bagaimana pelayanan pengajuan bantuan untuk mustahik di kantor Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Madiun; (2) Bagaimana proses pelayanan penyaluran program Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Madiun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan teknik studi kasus, dipilih karena penelitian ini menghasilkan data deskriptif secara tertulis dari orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati dan memiliki pendekatan observasi partisipatif. Teknik studi kasus dipilih karena teknik ini lebih relevan untuk mengetahui permasalahan pelayanan yang ada.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pola pelayanan administrasi terhadap mustahik di kantor Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Madiun. Terdapat dua jenis pelayanan yaitu pelayanan pengajuan dan pelayanan penyaluran. Simpulan Penelitian ini adalah pelayanan pengajuan mustahik dan penyaluran di kantor Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Madiun, sudah cukup baik karena telah memudahkan masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi atau layanan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung
