This study was a research and development type. The media developed was a lectora inspire-based interactive learning media in general administration subject. The procedure of research and development employed nine out of ten steps of Borg & Gall’s research and development (1989). Data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative and quantitative analyses with t-test. Considering the result of analysis on the effectiveness of lectora inspire-based interactive learning media with t-test formula, it could be found that t-statistic value obtained in posttest of experiment and control class was 5.747, with ttable of 2.000172; thus tstatitic > ttable meaning that the improvement of learning outcome in experiment class was better than that in control class. The learning outcome of experiment class showed the mean post-test of 84.53, while that of control class showed the mean posttest of 71.73. The conclusion of research was that Lectora Inspire-based interactive learning media was feasible and was used effectively to improve the students’ learning outcome. It was based on the result of t-test suggesting the significance value (0.000<0.05), indicating that there is a difference of learning outcome between experiment class and control class

Institutions can use customer satisfaction to build loyalty and success in terms of how the agency operates. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on teacher attitudes and analyze the factors of teacher job satisfaction and the philosophy of Narimo ing Pandum. This research uses a mixed research method. One hundred teachers followed this study. The data were collected by using interview and questionnaire techniques. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis and interactive analysis (data reduction, data presentation, and levers/conclusions). The findings of this study reveal a significant effect of job satisfaction on the attitudes of teachers of SMK Narimo ing Pandum. The highest factor of teacher job satisfaction is the support of colleagues (20.27%) and the lowest factor is the work itself (13.77%). Meanwhile, the highest proportion of Narimo ing Pandum attitude is honest and sincere (22.28%) and the lowest percentage is gratitude (13.17%). This finding contributes that school principals need to give serious attention to job satisfaction and attitudes towards Narimo ing Pandum by optimizing what teachers need in teaching. It is hoped that teachers can apply the principles of Narimo ing Pandum.

Purpose-In an increasingly complex era of globalization, the ability to share knowledge is becoming increasingly important. The main objective of this study is to investigate the effect of MBKM on students' knowledge-sharing behavior using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as a theoretical framework.Methodology: This study used a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling) statistical analysis method to examine the relationship between factors in TPB and students' knowledge-sharing intention after participating in MBKM. Data collection was conducted through surveys and using valid instruments that had been previously prepared. The population of this study was all students majoring in teaching who had participated in the MBKM program at Sebelas Maret University. The sampling technique of this study used a convenience sampling technique; at the end of the study, it obtained answers from respondents of students majoring in teacher education who had attended the MBKM program 262 students.Findings- The results showed that Attitude has a significant and positive effect on knowledge-sharing intention, perceived behavioral control has a significant and positive effect on knowledge-sharing intention, and the subjective norm has a significant and positive effect on knowledge-sharing intention. The results of this study are expected to provide deeper insight into the factors that influence the knowledge-sharing intentions of students majoring in teaching.Significance-The implications of the findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of students' ability to share knowledge. Keywords: Knowledge Sharing Intention, Theory of Planned Behavior, MBKM

This study aims to describe the quality of information literacy instruments as seen from the aspects of validity, reliability, and difficulty level of questions. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Data were obtained through documentation method in the form of 22 items of multiple choice questions with four answer options and tested on 224 students majoring in teacher education in a university. The data were analyzed using the classical test theory approach and Rasch model with JMetric software. Validity was assessed by content validity which relies on the use of a panel of experts to evaluate the elements of the instrument and rate them based on their relevance and representativeness to the content domain. To measure the experts' judgment, several indices have been discussed in this paper such as content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI). From the CVR results, it is known that 20 questions are valid and 2 questions are considered invalid. From the results of the CVR value, the CVI index of 0.935 was calculated. The reliability value using the KR-20 formula through the classical test theory approach is 0.740 in the sufficient category and the reliability value in the Rasch model is 0.720 (sufficient) for Person Reliability Item Reliability of 0.97 (high). The results of the analysis of the level of difficulty based on the Rasch model show that there are 2 items with difficulty levels (10%), 7 items with moderate difficulty (35%), and 11 items with easy difficulty (55%).

This literature review explores the fundamental concepts and methods related to equating principles in the context of educational assessment. Equating, as a complex statistical technique, plays an increasingly crucial role in ensuring fairness and accuracy in test-based assessments. The literature review methodology begins with the identification of key themes regarding equating principles in education and assessment. It utilizes keywords and scholarly databases to search for relevant sources, selecting those that are up-to-date and possess robust methodologies. The result is a deeper understanding of the concept of equating in the context of educational assessment. The study highlights the significant relevance of equating in education, where test results are often used for critical decision-making. Extensive discussions on the practical implications of implementing equating in educational policy and assessment, as well as its impact on students, teachers, and educational institutions, are presented. In conclusion, a critical understanding of equating is essential to ensure fair, consistent, and meaningful assessments in an ever-evolving educational landscape.

The objective of research was to reveal: (1) the learning outcome of students in experiment class, (2) the learning outcome of students in control class, (3) the effect of lectora inspire-based interactive learning media on the learning outcome of students. This study was a quasi-experiment research with Pretest-Posttest Control Design with students of SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta being the subject of research. The instruments used in this research were questionnaire and test. The result of research showed that: (1) the learning outcome for experiment class indicated mean posttest value of 84.53, (2) the learning outcome for control class indicated mean posttest value of 71.73, and (3) there was an effect of Lectora Inspire-based interactive learning media on the learning outcome of students, as can be seen from the result of t-test calculation with t statistic 0,000< t table 0.05. The conclusion of research was that there was a difference of effect of lectora inspire-based interactive learning media application on the learning outcome of students between control and experiment classes.
