Abstract

The performance of health workers who are in dr. Soepraoen Hospital is supervised by the leadership and carried out byinternal supervision. The purpose of writing this journal is to determine the effectiveness of the leadership and internal supervision carried out by the hospital on the performance of health workers. This research used quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The location in this study is the Kindergarten Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen Malang which is located atJl. S. Supriadi No.22, Sukun, Kec. Sukun, Malang City, East Java 65112. The study was conducted from October to November 2020. Research The population in this study were all health workers who served in Kindergarten Hospitals. II dr. Soepraoen Malang at the time of the research, the number of health workers was 59 people. Samples were taken using total sampling. Data processing was performed using the SPSS for Windows application. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership partially on health workers' performance, there is a positive and partially significant effect of partially internal supervision on health workers' performance, there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of ethics leadership and internal supervision on health workers performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of the implementation of work unit supervision on the use of hospital information systems in dr. Soepraoen Malang Hospital. The research method used was quantitative with a cross sectional study approach. The location in this study is Kindergarten Hospital. II dr. Soepraoen Malang. The study was conducted from October to November 2020 involving 59 samples. Data processing was performed using the SPSS application. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the implementation of work unit supervision on the use of hospital information.

Abstract

The implementation of digital medical records in Indonesian hospitals faces various challenges, especially in terms of technological readiness, inadequate regulations, and data security threats that need to be addressed to ensure efficient and safe healthcare services. This study aims to identify the challenges in Digital Medical Record Implementation from the perspective of technology, regulation, and data security. This study used a systematic literature review research approach guided by the Preferred Reposrting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). The results showed that the implementation of digital medical records in Indonesian hospitals faces considerable challenges from three main perspectives, namely technology, regulation, and data security. The technology perspective includes several challenges such as 1) System Interoperability, 2) Privacy, 3) IT Infrastructure Limitations, 4) Implementation Costs and 5) Maintenance and Technology Adoption by Medical Staff. The regulatory perspective includes challenges such as 1) Regulatory Compliance, 2) Patient Data Protection, 3) Validity of Medical Records, 4) Long-term Data Retention and 5) System Interoperability. The data security perspective includes challenges such as 1) Infrastructure Security, 2) Data Encryption, 3) Access Control, 4) Incident Response and 5) Regular Security Audits. Thus, collaborative efforts between the government, hospitals and technology providers are needed to address these challenges and drive safe and effective digital transformation in Indonesia's healthcare sector.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction cannot be separated from the code of ethics and quality service carried out by medical personnel. This study aims to determine the effect of Ethics and Service Quality of Health Workers on Patients Satisfaction at dr. Soepraoen Hospitals Malang. The research method used is descriptive analytic research. With a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were 100 people. The result of this study is there is a positive and significant effect of ethics health workers partially on patient satisfaction, there is a positive and partially significant effect of partially Service Quality on patient satisfaction, there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of ethics health workers and Service Quality on patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is one of several factors that are very important to get maximum results. Satisfaction can be influenced by several factors, organizations need to pay attention to these factors to increase employee job satisfaction. The research objective was to determine the influence of workload and organizational culture on work satisfaction of health workers at Tk. II DR. Soepraoen Malang. The number of samples taken was 55 health workerswith the saturated sample method. Methods of datacollection with a survey with a questionnaire as a tool and interviews. Path analysis is used to obtain results so that workload is found to have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of independent variables (training and compensation) on health performance in Kindergarten Hospitals. II dr. Soepraoen Malang. Data obtained from questionnaires and interviews. The sample in this study were 90 respondents who were taken using the saturated sample method. The data collectiontechnique used was the questionnaire technique which was distributed directly to the respondents, in this case the healthperformance of the Kindergarten II Dr. Soepraoen Hospital,Malang. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Thisresearch uses reliability test techniques, validation and classical assumptions. The resultsof this study indicate that the independent variables (trainingand compensation) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The child's relationship with his parents is very important and influences the child's development, including how his mental health. In Indonesia in 2011, toddlers who usually temper tantrums this in one year, 23 - 83% of children aged 2 to 4 years. From the preliminary study results obtained population of research is 65 couples parents and children. Purpose: This study aims to determine whether there is a Parent Parenting Relationship Against Temper Tantrum In Pre-School Children In TK PGRI 2 Malang. Method: This research is analytic research and research design that used is cross sectional research design. Sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling technique, using questionnaire instrument with sample 55 people. This research uses non parametric data analysis method with statistical test used Chi square table and degress of freedom (DF). Result: From statistic analysis using SPSS calculation with Chi square table and degress of freedom (DF) with 5% significance level(13,341 ≥ 3,481) so that H0 in rejected means there is relation between parenting parenting with temper tantrum in pre school children in TK PGRI 2 Malang City Year 2017. Conclusion: Increase knowledge about parenting parenting and temper taantrum in children through follow counseling, reading books, brochures and leaflets.
