Abstract

The phenomenon of an increase in foreign tourist visitors in the North Sulawesi Province State Museum is an urgency factor to do this research as a form of evaluation of consumption patterns related to sustainable behavior when visiting, especially in crowded situations with low levels of supervision. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which visitor value consumption takes a role in museum sustainability through intention to comply. Primary research data obtained from questioners, observations, and interviews with the accidental sampling method on 100 respondents of foreign tourists. This research uses a quantitative approach SEM - Smartpls 3.0 which is assessed through a Likert scale. The results of statistical data analysis show that motivation, consumer perceived value, and satisfaction significantly influence the intention to comply with foreign tourists on the rules in the museum and consumer perceived value is the dominant variable affecting satisfaction, therefore the museum is obliged to manage and facilitate consumption value through visitor perceptions museum. Abstract

Tourism and hospitality is one of the largest service industries in the world that has an influence on global economic growth. Various factors can influence a person to travel There is a phenomenon that shows the increasing number of tourist visits abroad. This indicates that the need to travel by Indonesian tourists is getting higher. Indonesian tourists who travel both home and abroad consist of various ages and occupations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the pull and push factors that influence the decision of Bali tourism students to travel abroad. This study uses survey research methods with a total of 130 respondents. Researchers used factor analysis techniques and were processed using the IBM SPSS V.26 for Windows program. The results of the analysis of the results included that the motivation that became the push factors of Bali tourism students traveling abroad was to want to show prestige or lifestyle, while the motivation that became the pull factors of Bali tourism students traveling abroad was because the location, products, and services in the tourist destination area that can be accessed easily. Abstract

The urgency of this research was the utilization of Melasti Beach's trough a professional management operational, it can provide economic benefits for Ungasan Village, one of the point is creating guest satisfaction and re-visit intention continuesly. The goals of these study was (1) Analyze the effect of tourism destination attributes toward guest re-visit intention of tourists on Melasti Beach trough the guest satisfaction as the intervening , (2) to analyze the effect of service quality toward re-visit intention into Melasti Beach trough the guest satisfaction as the intervening (3) to anlyze the effect of guest satisfaction toward revisit intention . The sample of this study was 100 tourists consisting for domestic and foreign tourist. Using incidental sampling method to reach the respondent. Primary data is obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a quantitative approach and using structural equation models- partial least square or Smartpls version 3.0 and also described by descriptively to conduct the research. The finding of thes study is almost all of the hypothesis is accepted, except hypothesis no. 4 were rejected due to there were no significant relation between service quality toward tourist re-visit intention, and hypothesis no. 6 were there was no significant influence on tourism destination attribute toward tourist intention re-visit intention through tourist satisfaction. The advice of these research generally advice to keep the tourism destination attribute as the determinant factor, in how to effect the revisit intention by the guest in the near future. Abstract

Permintaan garam meningkat seiring bertambahnya jumlah penduduk dan perkembangan industri yang menyebabkan peningkatan kebutuhan produksinya agar terpenuhi kebutuhan nasional. Usaha garam di Desa Kusamba agar dapat dikembangkan membutuhkan perumusan strategi yang tepat. Penelitian ini membahas faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal, merumuskan strategi umum, strategi alternatif dan prioritas strategi usaha garam rakyat di Desa Kusamba. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Proses penentuan strategi dilakukan melalui matriks IFAS, EFAS, SWOT, dan QSPM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor internal, kekuatan utama usaha garam di Desa Kusamba yaitu garam yang dihasilkan organik dan memiliki cita rasa yang khas (0,23).Kelemahan utama yaitu modal usaha terbatas, pemasaran belum optimal, dan kemasan yang digunakan masih sederhana (0,08). Faktor eksternal yang menjadi peluang utama yaitu Peningkatan konsumsi garam meningkat (0,30). Ancaman utama tidak memiliki industri yang mau menjadi mitra, tidak ada generasi muda dalam pengembangan dan pemeliharaan garam Kusamba, dan harga garam meningkat lebih murah (0,13). Berdasarkan hasil analisis matriks SWOT, terdapat 11 alternatif dengan prioritas strategi yang dipilih yaitu ketentuan dan dukungan harga garam di Desa Kusamba. dan harga lebih murah (0,13). Berdasarkan hasil analisis matriks SWOT, terdapat 11 alternatif dengan prioritas strategi yang dipilih yaitu ketentuan dan dukungan harga garam di Desa Kusamba.dan harga lebih murah (0,13). Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, tersedia 11 alternatif dengan prioritas strategi yang dipilih yaitu ketentuan dan dukungan harga garam di Desa Kusamba.

Abstract

Produksi cengkeh dari tahun ke tahun tidak sama, pada satu waktu hasilnya cukup tinggi dan lain waktu hasilnya rendah. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan tiga temuan. Pertama, mengidentifikasi struktur pasar cengkeh. Kedua, menganalisis lembaga pemasaran yang terlibat dalam pemasaran cengkeh di Desa Penyaringan Kecamatan Mendoyo Kabupaten Jembrana. Terakhir, menganalisis keragaan pasar cengkeh di Desa Penyaringan Kecamatan Mendoyo Kabupaten Jembrana. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 35 petani dan dua responden lembaga pemasaran. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui struktur pasar, lembaga pemasaran, dan saluran pemasaran menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan untuk mengetahui besar marjin dan distribusi marjin pemasaran, serta farmer’s share menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, struktur pasar cengkeh di Desa Penyaringan termasuk salah satu bentuk pasar persaingan tidak sempurna yaitu struktur pasar oligopsoni. Kedua, lembaga pemasaran yang terlibat dalam pemasaran cengkeh diantaranya satu pedagang pengumpul dan satu pedagang besar. Terakhir, terdapat satu saluran pemasaran yaitu, produsen (petani) – pedagang pengumpul – pedagang besar – konsumen akhir. Marjin pemasaran pada saluran pemasaran cengkeh di Desa Penyaringan adalah sebesar Rp 7.000/kg untuk cengkeh kering dengan nilai distribusi marjin pemasaran sebesar 5,37% sedangkan keuntungan sebesar 94,63%. Besar marjin pemasaran cengkeh Rp 4.342,86/kg untuk cengkeh basah dengan nilai distribusi marjin pemasaran sebesar 6,11% sedangkan keuntungan sebesar 93,89%. Adapun farmer’s share yang diterima pada saluran pemasaran cengkeh sebesar 88,33% untuk cengkeh kering dan 78,28% untuk cengkeh basah.

Abstract

This research was designed to investigate the effect of tourist attraction and destination image on revisit intentions mediated by the memorable tourism experience at Jatiluwih Tourist Attraction. This research uses a quantitative method. Questionnaires were distributed to 145 domestic tourists who had visited the Jatiluwih Tourist Attraction during the new normal era. Afterward, the analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM) was conducted by using Smart-PLS 3.3. The result of this research indicates that: 1) Tourist attraction has significant effect on revisit intention. 2) Destination image has significant effect on revisit intention. 3) Tourist attraction has significant effect on memorable tourism experience. 4) Destination image has no significant effect on memorable tourism experience. 5) Memorable tourism experience has significant effect on revisit intention. 6) Tourist attraction has significant effect on revisit intention through memorable tourism experiences as a mediating variable. 7) Destination image has no significant effect on revisit intention through memorable tourism experiences as a mediating variable. Abstract

Subak Pangyangan is one of the subaks that still rely on the cultivation of food crops to lift their family's economy, where rice plants are still a food crop that is widely cultivated compared to other crops including corn and watermelon, so the corn and watermelon plants in Subak Pangyangan are Opoortunity Cost or "cost" (as a lost benefit) of the product after making a choice. . The purpose of the study is: 1) analyzing the comparison of rice farming income with opportunity cost (corn and watermelon).   2) describe the obstacles faced by rice, corn and watermelon farmers in Subak Pangyangan, Pangyangan Village, Pekutatan District.  Sample collection is used census method that uses the entire population as a research sample. The first goal is analyzed with business income analysis, R/C ratio analysis and one-way anova test to find out the average revenue breakdown using SPSS 25 software, while the second goal is with descriptive analysis methods. The results of the study showed: 1) there is an average difference in nominal terms between the income of rice, corn and watermelon farmers per hectare in one growing season where each agricultural income is Rp 9.510.234.00, corn farming income of Rp 40,895,631.00, and watermelon farming income of Rp 32,526,710.00.  The lowest rice R/C ratio among the three types of farming is 2.00, while corn is 5.45 and watermelon is 2.82.  Statistical tests showed a marked difference between the three types of farming at a level of 5%.  The obstacles faced by farmers include an uncertain climate, pest and disease attacks, price changes, finance / capital and marketing. Keywords: income , rice farming, corn farming, watermelon farming, agricultural constraints

Abstract

 Melukat ritual is a Balinese tradition which is believed to remove impurities in humans besides curing diseases. One of the main factors determining its development are motivation, satisfaction, and loyalty. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of visitor motivation on satisfaction and loyalty. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to 100 respondents who have carried out the melukat ritual at Genah Melukat Sebatu, Tirta Empul Temple, Tirta Sudamala Temple and Pancoran Solas. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling (SEM) method with the smart-pls program version 3.2.2. The results showed that the push factor had a significant effect on visitor satisfaction and loyalty. Visitor satisfaction is considered capable of mediating the push factor on loyalty. The pull factor has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction; however, it has no significant effect on loyalty. Satisfaction is considered not able to mediate the pull factor on loyalty. Visitor satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty.
