Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the role of hotels in promoting their restaurants and create new ideas on the resources owned by hotels to develop marketing techniques with digital and contemporary channels. The research was conducted at the Restaurant Best Western Premiere La Grande Bandung. This research is a qualitative research with data and analysis results presented in the form of descriptions through observation methods, in-dept interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique with steps; data processing, data analysis, and interpretation of data analysis results. The result of this research is that marketing media through the internet (digital promotion) has a very significant effect on visitors to the Best Western Premiere La Grande Hotel Restaurant, Bandung. Among the online media used by restaurant management, Instagram has the greatest impact on promotional results to visitors. Consecutively the role of digital media in marketing results, namely 45% of the Instagram hashtag, 32% of the website and 23% of the e-brochure. Thus the digital marketing strategy has a high level of effectiveness in introducing hotels in general and specifically at the Restaurant Hotel Best Western La Grande Bandung. Abstract

Sistem pengadaan barang operasional Hotel Bukit Kenari di Parepare merupakan fokus dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1). Menganalisa sistem pengadaan barang operasional pada Hotel Bukit Kenari di Parepare. 2). Menjelaskan prosedur administrasi pengadaan barang operasional pada Hotel Bukit Kenari di Parepare. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengadaan barang operasional pada Hotel Bukit Kenari di Parepare menggunakan beberapa sistem antara lain dengan menggunakan Sistem Kontrak untuk beberapa barang yang berjenis minuman, Sistem Harian untuk barang yang dibutuhkan secara reguler, terutama di bagian dapur, dan sistem pengadaan bulanan yang diadakan dengan pembelian secara kontan. Kemudian prosedur administrasi untuk pengadaan barang operasional di Hotel Bukit Kenari Di Parepare meliputi : pengisian formulir request, kemudian ditandatangani oleh kepala bagian (head office), selanjutnya ditandatangani oleh operational manager dan terakhir formulir tersebut diserahkan kepada bagian pengadaan sebagai dasar untuk membelik barang yang dibutuhkan oleh user.

Abstract

AbstractThe potential for restaurants in coastal areas is very promising to be developed. This study aims to identify the development of restaurants in the coastal area, especially the Likupang coast in North Minahasa and the Galesong coast of Takalar Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research using survey methods. The population in this study are restaurant managers in coastal areas and consumers. The sampling technique used is the incidental technique of 256 respondents. The data collection techniques used were questionnaire, interview, observation, FGD, and literature study. And the data analysis technique used is an analysis with a Likert scale and SWOT analysis. The results of data analysis show that the existence of restaurants in coastal areas has enormous potential to be developed, this can be seen from the results of respondents' very positive perceptions of 4 indicators, namely services/HR, products, prices, and facilities/infrastructure. As for the analysis of internal factors, it can be seen that the strength (22) is greater than the weakness (19). And so is the analysis of external factors, opportunities (23) are greater than threats (18) so that the restaurant development strategy in coastal areas is formulated with 16 strategies consisting of W-O Strategy, W-T Strategy, S-O Strategy, and Strategy S – T each with 4 strategies.AbstrakPotensi Rumah Makan di kawasan pesisir sangat menjanjikan untuk dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengembangan rumah makan di Kawasan pesisir khususnya pesisir Likupang di Minahasa Utara dan pesisir pantai Galesong Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey.  Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengelola rumah makan di kawasan pesisir dan konsumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik insdental sejumlah 256 responden. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah questionnaire, wawancara, observasi, FGD, dan studi Pustaka. Dan Teknik analisis data yang digunakanan adalah analisis dengan skala Likert dan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa eksistensi rumah makan di Kawasan pesisir mempunyai potensi yang sangat besar untuk dikembangkan, hal ini terlihat dari hasil persepsi responden yang sangat positif terhadap 4 indikator, yaitu pelayanan/SDM, produk, harga, dan sarana/prasarana. Adapun pada analisis faktor internal terlihat bahwa kekuatan (22) lebih besar dari kelemahan (19). Dan begitu juga pada analisis faktor eksternal, peluang (23) lebih besar dari ancaman (18) sehingga  strategi pengembangan rumah makan di kawasan pesisir dirumuskan dengan 16 strategi yang terdiri atas Strategi W – O, Strategi W – T, Strategi S – O, dan Strategi S – T masing-masing dengan 4 strategi.

Abstract

The MotoGP event will be held in Indonesia located in Mandalika, Lombok. As Indonesia is hosting world-class event, it is an honor to be able to handle big event and earn achievement from that. With the aid of Instagram as social media, Mandalika Circuit actively promotes their campaign and information around MotoGP; thus, it is one of the key to further understand Indonesia diplomacy dynamics. Through @themandalikagp Instagram account using Saussure’s Semiotic Analysis, we can identify their sign and signifier then examine the relationship of it. The importance of Saussure’s Semiotic Analysis will expand new diplomatic perspective for Mandalika Circuit event and its potential.

Abstract

This community service program aims to develop Tongke-Tongke Tourism Village in Sinjai Regency through potential mapping and the utilization of local natural resources. The main problems identified include limited accessibility and the suboptimal use of local resources such as palm sugar and coffee. The implementation method employed a participatory approach involving observation, focus group discussions (FGD), and hands-on training in processing coffee drinks with palm sugar. The results show an improvement in community understanding and skills in managing tourism potential, as well as emerging initiatives to develop local beverage businesses. This activity contributes to enhancing community capacity in sustainable village tourism management and strengthens the local economy through innovation based on locally sourced natural resources.
