Abstract

This research discusses market analysis and sales strategies for shallots in certain locations, with the aim of understanding local market dynamics and designing effective sales strategies. The analytical approach includes identifying market profiles, consumer behavior, and related trade policies that influence the onion industry in the region. Data from field surveys, interviews with stakeholders, and literature searches form the basis for a comprehensive analysis. The results of the market analysis highlight the high demand for shallots in this region, driven by consumer preferences for traditional dishes that rely on shallots as a staple ingredient. Recommended sales strategies include optimizing the supply chain, improving product quality, and utilizing technology to increase distribution efficiency. Digital marketing was identified as an effective means of increasing product visibility, by leveraging online platforms and social networks. Partnerships with local merchants and restaurants are described as a collaborative strategy that can expand market reach and build consumer trust. It is important to note that the success of this sales strategy requires coordination between manufacturers, distributors, and retailers, as well as a deep understanding of local market dynamics and the level of quality desired by consumers. This study hopes to provide guidance for shallot industry players in increasing market penetration and maximizing sales potential in this location.

Abstract

Purpose – The present study examines the impact of Islamic corporate governance and social responsibility on financial performance.Methodology – The study was designed with a quantitative approach. Purposive sampling was used in this study. Data were garnered through panel data from annual reports on Islamic banking in Indonesia and Malaysia from 2018 to 2020. The data were analyzed employing the Path Analysis.Findings – Study findings demonstrate that Islamic social responsibility and corporate governance did not significantly impact financial performance. Additionally, disclosing its Islamic ethical identity, Islamic corporate governance had a substantial impact on financial performance. Islamic social responsibility, however, had no impact on financial performance when Islamic ethical identity was disclosed.Implication – The findings offer empirical insights for managing Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia and Malaysia to elevate the application of Islamic corporate governance and social responsibility. This transparently demonstrates the quality of governance and social responsibility of Islamic banking with the disclosure of Islamic ethical identity following the standards applied by Islamic banking affecting stakeholder satisfaction.Originality – This research contributes significantly to the realm of Islamic banking management. It examines the level of stakeholder satisfaction through the enactment of Islamic corporate governance as a form of supervision of management performance, Islamic social responsibility as a form of corporate concern for the surrounding environment and Islamic ethical identity disclosure to promote the image of Islamic banking.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the management of the head of the Madrasah in improving the performance of MAS PERSIS Gunung Buntung teachers. This type of research is qualitative and descriptive research. The data sources in this study are (1) primary data, consisting of the head of the Madrasah, deputy head of the Madrasah, staff/employees, teachers; (2) Secondary data, obtained from literature research and documentation. The data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method is carried out by data processing (selecting, classifying, concluding results, and making data reduction). The results of the study show that the head of the Madrasah has carried out the stages of the management function well from the planning stage to supervision (controlling), but in its implementation sometimes there are obstacles, this is due to the lack of professional teachers, the lack of infrastructure, there are still teachers who do not understand the lesson plan and are reluctant to make the lesson plan, the lack of teacher awareness of discipline in teaching. Teachers' ability to evaluate learning has not been conferential, some still lead to cognitive aspects and psychomotor aspects are not paid attention to. Good management of Madrasah heads can improve teacher performance, both in planning, implementation and evaluation. This can be seen from the increase in teacher discipline in teaching, the learning tools owned by teachers are getting better and more complete

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis data program kerja organisasi menggunakan pendekatan data mining guna mengidentifikasi pola-pola tersembunyi yang berkontribusi terhadap optimalisasi kinerja organisasi. Dengan memanfaatkan teknik clustering dan klasifikasi, data program kerja yang diperoleh dalam format SPSS (.sav) dianalisis untuk mengetahui segmentasi program berdasarkan tingkat efektivitas pelaksanaan serta pencapaian outcome yang dihasilkan. Proses analisis diawali dengan tahap data preprocessing untuk memastikan kualitas dan konsistensi data, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penerapan algoritma data mining yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa kelompok program kerja yang memiliki karakteristik tertentu, seperti program dengan efektivitas tinggi namun outcome rendah, serta sebaliknya. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan strategis bagi pengelola organisasi dalam merancang dan mengevaluasi program kerja secara lebih objektif dan terukur. Dengan demikian, hasil analisis ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data (data-driven decision making), meningkatkan efisiensi sumber daya, serta mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi secara berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi melalui pendekatan berbasis data, yang memungkinkan pengelola organisasi untuk lebih tepat dalam merancang, mengevaluasi, dan memprioritaskan program kerja. Diharapkan, penerapan metode data mining yang telah terbukti efektif ini dapat diadopsi secara luas oleh organisasi lain untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi digital telah mendorong transformasi besar dalam dunia kerja, termasuk meningkatnya popularitas pekerjaan lepas (freelance) yang difasilitasi oleh platform daring seperti Upwork, Fiverr, dan Toptal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana ketiga platform tersebut berkontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekosistem freelance global, dengan menyoroti faktor pendorong, tren dominan, tantangan yang dihadapi freelancer, serta implikasi sosial ekonominya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan mengkaji data sekunder dari artikel ilmiah, laporan industri, serta dataset digital terkait tren pekerjaan freelance. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi telah memperluas akses terhadap peluang kerja fleksibel lintas sektor dan wilayah, namun juga menghadirkan tantangan berupa persaingan ketat, ketidakpastian pendapatan, dan kurangnya perlindungan sosial. Platform seperti Upwork, Fiverr, dan Toptal tidak hanya menjadi penghubung antara klien dan pekerja lepas, tetapi juga membentuk model kerja baru yang lebih adaptif terhadap dinamika pasar global. Studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman mengenai peran strategis platform digital dalam membentuk masa depan kerja di era ekonomi digital.
