Abstract

 Konsepsi Teknik Budidaya Kakao yang Baik (Good Agricultural Practices/GAP on Cocoa) merupakan pengembangan konsep pertanian berkelanjutan (sustainable agriculture) pada sistem budidaya kakao. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui tingkat adopsi petani terhadap teknik budidaya kakao yang baik (Good Agricultural Practices) di Kecamatan Burau, Kabupaten Luwu Timur, (2) mengetahui hubungan karakteristik sosial ekonomi (usia, tingkat pendidikan, luas lahan, pengalaman bertani dan frekuensi pelatihan) dengan tingkat adopsi petani terhadap penerapan teknik budidaya kakao yang baik (Good Agricultural Practices). Data diperoleh dengan pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 35 orang responden. Selanjutnya, data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistik. Dari penelitian diperoleh hasil yakni tingkat adopsi petani terhadap Teknik Budidaya Kakao yang Baik (GAP) yaitu tergolong kategori tinggi dari variabel adopsi teknik budidaya kakao yang baik, pemupukan, pemangkasan, sanitasi, pengendalian hama dan penyakit serta rehabilitasi tanaman. Ada dua  variabel berpengaruh nyata terhadap tingkat adopsi petani terhadap penerapan GAP yaitu tingkat pendidikan dan frekuensi pelatihan.

Abstract

The development of the concept of sustainable agriculture in the cocoa farming system is the conception of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) on Cocoa. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that influence farmers' intentions to implement Good Agricultural Practices on cocoa in Bupon Sub District, Luwu Regency. Previous studies on the adoption of agricultural innovation often consider socio economic characteristics and overlook underlying psychological factors influencing farmers’ behavioral intention. This study's framework is based on Ajzen's theory of planned behavior (TPB) to evaluate variables antecedent to farmers' intention to implement Good Agricultural Practices on cocoa, such as attitude, subjective norm, knowledge, and perceived behavior control. Using a self-administered questionnaire, a quantitative research approach was used to collect responses from 130 farmers from three villages in the Bupon Sub District of Luwu Regency. According to the findings, TPB antecedent variables: attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have significant effect and positively correlated to the farmer’s intention to Implement Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) on study area.

Abstract

Sistem budidaya yang dikembangkan oleh pembudidaya tradisional di kecamatan Bungoro, Kabupaten Pangkep umumnya berada di pesisir sekitar kawasan pusat kegiatan antropogenik masyarakat seperti permukiman, kawasan pelabuhan dan industri. Aktifitas ini akan mempengaruhi input air ke dalam tambak yang rentan terhadap pencemaran logam Timbal (Pb). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar Timbal (Pb) pada air dan sedimen pada tambak tradisional ikan bandeng di Kecamatan Bungoro, Kabupaten Pangkep, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang merancang penelitian untuk mendapat kejelasan tentang konsentrasi logam timbal (Pb) pada sampel yang diuji. Lokasi pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling pada 3 stasiun pengamatan, yaitu: tambak pesisir, tambak sekitar pabrik PT. Semen Tonasa, dan tambak sekitar pemukiman. Analisis kadar logam (Pb) pada air dan sedimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrofotometric) dan mengacu pada SNI 6989:8:2009. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cemaran logam Timbal (Pb) pada air tambak tradisional semua stasiun telah melebihi ambang batas yang dipersyaratkan. Konsentrasi logam Timbal (Pb) dalam sedimen relative masih dibawah baku mutu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar logam berat timbal (Pb) dan hubungan kualitas air dengan ukuran ikan pada ikan Goby Glossogobius giuris. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada bulan Juni hingga Juli 2021 di Danau Tempe, Wajo, Soppeng, dan Kabupaten Sidrap. Metode Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom (AAS) digunakan untuk menentukan kadar logam berat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kadar timbal tertinggi pada sampel Soppeng 0,055 ppm, diikuti Kabupaten Wajo (0,042 ppm), dan terendah 0,035 ppm di Kabupaten Sidrap. Kadar timbal di setiap stasiun pengambilan sampel belum melebihi ambang batas Standar Nasional Indonesia yaitu 0,3 ppm bahkan pada tingkat yang sangat minimal tidak tergolong tercemar logam timbal. Hubungan antara kualitas air dan ukuran ikan terhadap bioakumulasi logam timbal ditemukan pada 65,89% ukuran ikan, pH 53,09%, dan suhu 9,08%. Ikan goby di danau Danau Tempe mengandung Pb namun belum melebihi ambang batas dan faktor yang paling berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan logam berat timbal (Pb) adalah ukuran ikan. ABSTRACT The present study aims to determine the heavy metal level of lead (Pb) and the relationship between water quality and fish size on Goby Glossogobius giuris. Sampling was carried out from June to July 2021 in Tempe Lake, Wajo, Soppeng, and Sidrap Regency. Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) method was applied for determining the heavy metal level. The results showed that the highest lead level was at 0.055 ppm obtained from Soppeng sample, followed by Wajo Regency (0.042 ppm), and the lowest was at 0.035 ppm in Sidrap Regency. The lead level at each sampling station has not exceeded the Indonesian National Standards threshold of 0.3 ppm for and even at the very minimum level, it was not classified as polluted by lead metal. The relationship between water quality and fish size on the bioaccumulation of lead metal was found at 65.89%, pH 53.09%, and temperature 9.08%. The goby fish in lake Lake Tempe contained Pb but it had not yet exceeded the threshold and the most contributing factor to the increase in the heavy metal lead (Pb) was fish size.

Abstract

Calcium is a mineral that can be found in the shells of sea urchins. Calcium supplementation in pill form is commonly encountered within the community, derived from both animal and vegetable sources. The objective of this study is to investigate the physico-chemical properties of calcium derived from the shells of the sea urchin species Diadema setosum. The research was conducted between April 2023 and June 2023, involving sample collection on BarrangLompo Island and subsequent testing at the Chemical Laboratory of Pangkep State Agricultural Polytechnic. The study methodology employed entailed conducting experiments within a controlled laboratory setting where distinct treatment media were utilized. Specifically, the treatments employed were denoted as Treatment A, characterized by a temperature of 1000 °C, and Treatment B, characterized by a temperature of 500 °C.The findings of the study conducted on calcium derived from sea urchin shells (Diadema setosum) revealed that the calcium exhibited two distinct colors, namely dark brown and light brown. Additionally, some samples possessed an odor, while others were odorless. Furthermore, the texture of the calcium was observed to be smooth. The average yield values for treatment A and treatment B were determined to be 1.49 and 1.80, respectively. Moreover, the average water content values for treatment A and treatment B were found to be 1.29 and 1.06, respectively. Lastly, the average calcium content values for treatment A and treatment B were measured to be 83.30 and 78.20, respectively. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it is evident that there is no statistically significant disparity observed in the yield, water content, or calcium content of sea urchin shell calcium flour (Diadema setosum).

Abstract

All important documents, whether written or in the form of images, must be able to be found again. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out the description of the Dynamic Records Management System in the Administration section of the DPRD Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection techniques used are the observation method, interview method, and documentation method. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Miles and Huberman model of data analysis, namely data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The number of informants in this study was 5 people, namely 1 head of the administrative sub-division and 4 administrative staff employees. The results of this research show that the archive management system is diminishing in the administrative section of the secretariat of the DPRD of South Sulawesi Province which includes the creation and receipt of dimanis archives in the form of making and recording them in agenda books, the use of domains archives includes archive lending services in the form of recording in agenda books, maintenance of dimanis archives includes storage and depreciation of archives, which includes the transfer and destruction of archives. This research can be used as reference material and knowledge about dynamic records management systems in more depth because different from previous research which used qualitative methods that focused on numbers and static, this research uses qualitative methods that focus on the process and meaning of the results. This research method focuses more on human elements, objects, and institutions, as well as the interaction relationships between these elements in an effort to understand an event, behavior, and phenomenon

Abstract

Dodol, which belongs to the category of semi-moist foods (foods with intermediate moisture), is immediately consumed due to its sugary, chewy appearance. Seaweed will acquire economic value subsequent to undergoing additional processing, such as the transformation into seaweed dodol. The objective of this study is to differentiate the nutritional and hedonic benefits of Sicini dodol in response to fortification with Eucheuma cottonii seaweed. GOWATE REGION-PERI. This research methodology employs three interventions and three repetitions in an experimental laboratory. Analysis of data employs the Anova test. The water contents of samples A (27.81%), B (35.86%), and C (36.86%) were displayed in the results. Ashes A (1.04%), B (1.40%), and C (1.64%) by weight. The protein concentrations are as follows: A (3.44%), B (3.48%), and C (3.58%). Samples A (7.27%), B (9.26%), and C (8.86%) contained fat, respectively. Carbohydrates A (56.60%), B (61.69%), and C (66.02%) are examples. Samples A (1.61%), B (3.73%), and C (6.32%) comprise crude fiber. The hedonic test outcomes indicate that samples A (7.50), B (6.80), and C (6.20) have an average appearance. As indicated by the average fragrance of samples A (7.27), B (6.70), and C (5.40). Based on the typical taste, samples A (7.50), B (7.10), and C (5.70) are evident. As shown by the average textures of samples A (7.00), B (6.40), and C (5.60). In conclusion, seaweed lunkhead Eucheuma cottonii affects chemical and hedonic quality. Keywords: Dodol, Eucheuma cottonii seaweed, chemical tests, hedonic
