<![CDATA[Keterbatasan modal pada suatu wilayah menjadi kendala tersendiri dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah tidak terkecuali di Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan anggaran harus mengacu pada skala prioritas program pembangunaan di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang analisis pengaruh pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum dan dana alokasi khusus terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ekspalantori dengan menggunakan data time-series yang dikumpulkan melalui teknik studi pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa dana alokasi umum dan alokasi khusus berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Selatan. Sementara itu, pendapatan asli daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Selatan.Kata kunci: Pertumbuhan ekonomi, Pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum, dana akokasi khusus ]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Ketahanan pangan dan kemiskinan menjadi salah satu indikator pembangunan nasional. Oleh karena itu, arah pembangunan hendaknya dimulai dari desa ke kota dan sektor pertanian khususnya menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kondisi ketahanan pangan di Desa Laikang Kabupaten Takalar Sulawesi Selatan dengan menggunakan metode survei ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani. Data yang digunakan berupa data cross section dengan besaran sampel sebanyak 79 responden rumah tangga dengan menggunakan teknik sampling acak. Ketergantungan rumah tangga terhadap sektor primer masih sangat besar terutama sektor pertanian. Mata pencaharian utama warga adalah rumput laut, dan juga mengelola lahan pertanian untuk menghasilkan bahan pangan seperti padi, jagung dan kacang hijau. Ketersediaan pangan lokal warga masih sangat rendah terutama beras.Hal ini disebabkan oleh rendahnya tingkat produktivitas lahan seperti kurangnya persediaan air sehingga petani masih sangat bergantung pada curah hujan agar bisa menanam padi. Pendapatan rata-rata rumah tangga masih dapat digolongkan rumah tangga miskin. Hal ini disebabkan rendahnya produktivitas lahan pertanian maupun rumput laut serta kurangnya modal usaha sehingga tidak ada alternatif sumber pendapatan yang bisa diakses oleh rumah tangga miskin. Serta masih rendahnya pengetahuan gizi dan sanitasi rumah tangga (RT) yang disebabkan oleh rendahnya tingkat pendidikan anggota RT.]]>

<![CDATA[Government policy in hacking poverty is still considered not able to reduce the spatial problems such as creating employment in the formal sector or providing representative space (market) to maintain their minimum consumption. The high dependence on PKL business income in maintaining their consumption patterns makes this sector a lot of people are involved in the poor. Based on these problems, the formulation of the problem in this study is first, what is the pattern of household consumption in street vendors in Makassar City. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: First, when viewed from the amount of income obtained by the size of the family dependents that are large, most of them can be categorized as non-poor, in the statistical criteria of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). However, for the size of life in Makassar City with the consumer price index (CPI) by referring to the cost of living survey in 2012 most of them could be categorized as relatively low income. Second, this data shows that most of them live below the standard of living in Makassar City. In fact, more than half of them have to live with spending under 3 million rupiah per month. With relatively low income, almost half of the average household expenditure is for food expenditure.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of village fund management in Bone District, South Sulawesi. Based on the research problems stated earlier, the basic methods used in this research are descriptive research. Regarding the descriptive method, it describes how the process of economic development planning in villages in Bone District, South Sulawesi. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data obtained by direct observation at the research site and conducting interviews with relevant stakeholders, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies, reports from related agencies and data from the village office or other sources. support this research. Interview technique was used to collect data from respondents by means of questions and answers that were carried out systematically and based on research objectives with tools in the form of questionnaires and interview guidelines (in-depth interviews). Then observation is in the form of data collection techniques where the researcher makes observations directly related to empirical data from research variables. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described, it can be concluded that the management of village funds in Bone Regency is categorized as effective.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat berdampak terhadap kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengadopsi teknologi tersebut pada berbagai kegiatan. Sektor pertanian sebagai sektor strategis yang sangat terkait dengan pemenuhan pangan masyarakat juga mengalami perkembangan teknologi seiring dengan perkembangan zaman. Peningkatan pola konsumsi terutama pangan berkualitas menuntut kemampuan masyarakat untuk dapat memanfaatkan teknologi maju dalam memanfaatkan ketersediaan sumberdaya disekitarnya. Teknologi hidroponik merupakan salah satu perkembangan teknologi budidaya menanam yang memanfaatkan air tanpa menggunakan media tanah dengan menekankan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan hara nutrisi bagi tanaman. Teknik budidayatersebut merupakan salah satu alternatif solusi pemanfaatan lahan dan penyediaan pangan khususnya padakomoditas sayuran. Penanaman sayuran menggunakan teknologi hidroponik dapat menghasilkan sayuran yang berkualitas karena menghasilkan hasil panen sayuran organik dengan meminimalisir penggunaan bahan kimiawi pada pembudidayaannya. Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) merupakan salah satu jenis teknologi hidroponik yang dapat digunakan pada peningkatan produktivitas lahan sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas tanaman. <![CDATA[This research aims to find out how much is the backward linkage and forward linkage of the blue economy sector to other sectors in South Sulawesi. This research was designed with the main objective of conducting further studies and producing policy recommendations regarding the linkages between factors supporting the development of the blue economy in Indonesia in the context of food security and optimizing its role as a contributor to new sources of growth in Indonesia. Based on these research problems, this type of research is descriptive and explanatory quantitative research. The type of data used is in the form of primary and secondary data. In this study, the technique used in analyzing the data is input output analysis using the Input Output (IO) table for constant prices (17 sectors) in South Sulawesi in 2016. Based on the results of an analysis of the input-output table of South Sulawesi Province in 2016, the study indicate that the two sectors in quadrant I denote blue economic sectors. This shows that these two sectors are sectors that have good linkages to the upstream sector and the downstream sector. This means that the procurement of electricity and gas sector, and the manufacturing sector is able to both encourage and attract other sectors in increasing output in South Sulawesi.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dana desa terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Berdasarkan dimensi waktu dan sumbernya masing-masing yaitu data panel dan data sekunder, berupa data dana desa dan pertumbuhan ekonomi dari 21 kabupaten di Sulawesi Selatan pada tahun 2015-2019. Teknik dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data tersebut yang tersedia di instansi terkait seperti Badan Pusat Statistik dan pemerintahan kabupaten di Sulawesi Selatan. Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dana desa terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi menggunakan pendekatan ordinary least square (OLS) melalui regresi liner sederhana (simple linier regression). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dana desa berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Sulawesi Selatan. Namun, hasil ini tidak sesuai dengan teori dan beberapa penelitian sebelumnya, begitu juga dengan fakta empiris di lapangan.Kata Kunci : Dana Desa, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi]]>
