Abstract

The Community Partnership Program partners are students of the Digital Business Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Digital Business, Megarezky University Makassar. The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to the problems of: (1) the lack of students ability to write scientific articles, (2) the lack of student interest in writing scientific articles (3) the obligation of students to make scientific articles as one of the requirements for completing the thesis/final assignment. The external goal is that students can make scientific articles well and structured. The methods used in this research are lectures, discussions, and training/practice. The results achieved are (1) partners have knowledge and understanding of scientific articles, (2) partners have skills to convert thesis/final project to scientific articles that well and structured.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pengawasan Keuangan Daerah Yang Dilakukan Oleh Inspektorat Kabupaten Mamuju. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, digunakan untuk menjelaskan pengawasan keuangan daerah oleh Inspektorat Kabupaten Mamuju dan metode analisis efektivitas, digunakan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pengawasan keuangan daerah oleh Inspektorat Kabupaten Mamuju, yaitu dengan menggunakan rasio perbandingan antara realisasi pengawasan dengan rencana pengawasan yang ditetapkan dengan dikali 100%, guna mengetahui tingkat efektivitas (hasil) yang dicapai untuk mencapai tujuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Inspektorak Kabupaten Mamuju telah berjalan sesuai dengan standar yang telah di tetapkan atau sudah efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of E-learning-based learning during the Covid-19 pandemic on student accounting learning outcomes at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. The variables in this study are E-learning-based learning during the Covid-19 pandemic as the independent variable and learning outcomes as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all students of the accounting expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep consisting of 144 students. The sampling technique used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a total sample of 59 students. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of percentages, instrument testing and hypothesis testing. Instrument test consists of validity test and reliability test. The hypothesis test consists of simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that students have difficulty learning Myob Accounting online during the Covid-19 pandemic with a fairly high level of difficulty obtained from the indicators, namely technical difficulties with a percentage of 43% which are categorized as quite high, which includes internet signal strength in the high category, limited internet quota with low category and supporting devices with low category. Then the indicator of student adaptation difficulties with a percentage of 57% is categorized as quite high which includes unconducive home conditions in the low category, not used to online learning in the high category, more online assignments in the high category and difficulty dividing time in the sufficient category. The indicator of lecturer unpreparedness with a percentage of 67% is categorized as high which includes explanations that are still lacking in the high category, the limited form of material provided is in the high category and the limited applications used in online learning are in the high category. Furthermore, based on the results of the regression analysis, the simple linear regression equation model Y' = 31.092 + 0.375X means that E-learning-based learning has a positive effect on learning outcomes where each additional value of one independent variable increases the value of the dependent variable by 0.375 units. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (r = 12.7%, which means that E-learning-based learning contributes to student learning outcomes by 12.7% and the remaining 87.3% is influenced by other factors. Meanwhile, the t-test analysis results obtained a significant value 0.003 <0.05 which means that the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable, thus the hypothesis is accepted.

the company's net income. Net income is very important for a company. Net profit is a measure of the success of a company. Because profits help us understand our progress and commitment to shareholders. Net income also allows you to see if your goals and objectives have been achieved. Production costs and marketing costs are one indicator of the formation of company profits. The research population consists of consumer goods (food and beverage) industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2020. The opulation of food and beverage industry companies is 30 companies, and the sample is 17 companies. Food and Beverage Company is a manufacturing company, namely a processing industry that processes raw materials into semi-finished goods or finished goods. Manufacturing companies are identical with factories that use machines, equipment and labor. The costs incurred by manufacturing companies include production costs. The purpose of the manufacturing company itself is to obtain the maximum net profit. The data used in this study is secondary data. The samples used in this study are the financial statements of income and notes to the financial statements of Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Subsector listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja karyawan di PT. Pos Indonesia Makassar. Sehubung dengan hal tersebut bagaimana karyawan dapat bekerja dengan baik dengan adanya pengaruh budaya organisasi maupun kepuasan kerja. Maka terhadap hal tersebut, penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk menunjukkan signifikansi pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 orang dengan menggunakan teori penelitian populasi dengan mengambil sampel. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan statistical product and service solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan manajemen perusahaan perlu memperhatikan faktor – faktor budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja, karena faktor-faktor tersebut terbukti mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Economic growth is the process of a change in a country's economic condition continuously to a better condition over a certain period. This article will discuss the effect of poverty, unemployment and population on economic growth in North Kalimantan 2015-2022 based on published articles/journals. In addition, the purpose of writing this article is so that we can find out whether poverty, unemployment and population in North Kalimantan affect economic growth. The method used is a type of normative research that examines document studies, and uses secondary data. Secondary data is obtained through data on poverty, unemployment, population and economic growth for the period 2015-2022 in North Kalimantan. After multiple analysis of the results and discussion, it can be concluded that in this study there are several findings. Abstract

Produksi nikel merupakan salah satu tambang yang banyak tersebar di Sulawesi Tenggara dan dapat menjadi salah satu penyokong meningkatnya pembangunan ekonomi di daerah yang dituju. Dengan meningkatnya di sektor pertambangan di Sulawesi Tenggara, maka akan tercipta kesejahteraan masyarakat dan meningkatnya IPM di Sulawesi Tenggara. Sumber data sekunder yang disajikan dari tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2021 yang diambil dari internet. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan produksi nike tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan PDRB dan IPM di Sulawesi Tenggara. Melalui kebijakan otonomi daerah dan kebijakan fiskal serta wewenang daerah untuk mengelola sumber daya alam mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui pertambangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku wisatawan dalam mengunjungi objek wisata Wai Tiddo, Desa Bukit Harapan, Kecamatan Bua, Kabupaten Luwu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang datang ke objek wisata Wai Tiddo. Hasil penelitian dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa dalam memahami perilaku wisatawan dapat dilihat dari segi pendapatan, kepuasan dan preferensi. Dimana rata-rata informan memiliki pendapatan yang tinggi dan tentunya pengeluaran mereka juga tinggi, mereka tidak segan-segan untuk menyisihkan pendapatannya untuk berwisata. Selain itu, mereka merasa puas dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan dari pengelola objek wisata Wai Tiddo sehingga mereka berkunjung berkali-kali dan menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama disana, bahkan mereka merekomendasikan wisata ini kepada kerabat dan ke media sosial mereka. Akan tetapi perlu adanya peningkatan kenyamanan wisatawan seperti disediakannya shuttle dan baju renang. Keindahan alam wisata Wai Tiddo menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan yang memang ingin sekedar berekreasi. Aksesibilitas yang mudah, fasilitas yang baik, wahana yang lengkap juga cenderung menjadi alasan utama mereka lebih memilih wisata Wai Tiddo dibandingkan wisata lainnya. Temuan ini diharapkan mampu memberikan masukan bagi pengelola objek wisata dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan menarik lebih banyak wisatawan ke Wai Tiddo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi program unggulan beautiful malino dalam peningkatan sektor pariwisata pada Kecamatan Tinggi moncong Kabupaten Gowa. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif yang mana dilakukan menggunakan metode interaktif dimana yang menjadi instrumen penelitian adalah Human Instrument atau peneliti itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Gowa dari diadakannya event beautiful malino, ini dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dari tahun ke tahun, selain itu event beautiful malino juga memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pelaku UMKM sehingga akan mempengaruhi pendapatan asli daerah yang berasal dari retribusi pajak warung makan, penginapan, dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Perempuan memegang peranan penting dalam partisipasi tenaga kerja di sektor informal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur, pendapatan kepala rumah tangga, non labour income, pendidikan, status kawin dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga dipengaruhi oleh partisipasi kerja perempuan pada sektor informal di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan data primer yang di peroleh dari 149 perempuan yang bekerja di sektor informal dikota makassar. teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan kepala rumah tangga, non labour income, pendidikan, status kawin dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan umur tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap partisipasi kerja perempuan pada sektor informal di Kota Makassar.
