Abstract

This study aimed to determine teachers' creativity level to overcome the limitations of infrastructure in the PJOK learning process in junior high schools in the Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The method used in this study is a survey method with data collection techniques using questionnaires as primary data, observation, and documentation as secondary data. The population of this study was all PJOK teachers in junior high schools throughout Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency, totaling 23 teachers. Analysis of the data used is a descriptive analysis of the percentage. The results showed that the creativity of sports and health physical education teachers in responding to the limitations of physical education facilities and infrastructure in junior high schools throughout Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency as a whole was categorized as one teacher (4%) in the very high category, six teachers (26.09%) in the category high, ten teachers (43.48%) in the medium category, four teachers (17.39%) in the low category, and two teachers (8.70%) in the very low category. The conclusion is that the creation of physical education and health teachers in response to the limitations of physical education facilities and infrastructure in junior high schools throughout Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency is in the medium category (43.48%) Keywords: Creativity, PJOK, Teacher

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the android-based physical conditions of badminton athletes database application. The Research and Development (R&D) method is used in this study to make or develop a product so that it can be used. As a means of evaluating the physical fitness of badminton athletes, this study is developing an Android-based database application. The ADDIE development model, which is a model that includes five stages that include analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, is adapted as part of the research procedure for android application development as a test of the physical condition of badminton athletes. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive percentage to determine the validity of the product from the expert and the response to the acceptance of the expert/expert and coach on the application product for testing the physical condition of badminton athletes through a questionnaire that has been given by the researcher. The research results show that the score of greater than 3.00 is given to the effectiveness value. If the calculated t value is 24.357 greater than t table 2.145, then Ha accepted is declared to be valid and H0 is rejected. The physical fitness application for Android-based badminton athletes has a good percentage of display, language, and media benefits; it has a good percentage of 6.67% with one coach and a good percentage of 93.33 percent with 14 trainers. So it can be concluded that the application for measuring badminton athletes' physical fitness can be developed and used in a good manner. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan ciri-ciri tidak adanya hipotesis dan data yang diperoleh akan dipaparkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan angket dan tes tendangan sabit selama 10 detik yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Tendangan Sabit Pada Siswa Remaja Pencak Silat PSHT Ranting Karangdowo Klaten Tahun 2023. Pada penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa yang memiliki kecepatan tendangan baik sekali dan baik tidak ada dengan jumlah tedangan di atas 20 kali, yang memiliki kategori cukup sebanyak 9 orang atau 0,3 %, kemudian yang meliliki kategori kurang 6 orang dengan nilai antara 15-16 kali atau 0,2 %, dan untuk kategori kurang baik sebanyak 15 orang atau 0,5 % dri jumlah sempel, sikap pasang atau sikap awal yang mempunyai total nilai diatas atau sama dengan 37 berjumlah 7 orang atau 0,13 % dari jumlah sempel, yang mendapatkan total nilai antara 33-36 sebanyak 21 orang atau 0,7 % dari jumlah sempel, sedangkan di rentang nilai 28-32 terdapat 5 orang atau 0,6 % dari jumlah sempel, dan dites sasaran menujukan yang paling bayak dari jumlah sempel mendapatakn total nilai antaran 33-36 yaitu 22 orang atau 0,73 % dari jumlah sempel, yang mendapatkan nilai di atas sama dengan 37 hanya 1 orang atau 0,03 % dari jumlah sempel, dan sisanya yaitu 7 orang mendapat tolat nilai antaran 28-32dan presentase sebesar 0,23 % dari jumlah sempel yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan bahwa: kecepatan tendangan sabit hasil persentase rata-rata atlet putra untuk tendangan sabit putra dengan kategori cukup 0,3 %, kurang 0,2 %, dan kurrang baik sebanyak 0,5%. Pada sikap pasang atau sikap awal diperolah hasil dengan kategori baik sekali 0,1 %, baik 0,7 %dan cukup 0.16 %. Dan untuk tes sasaran di perolah presentasi hasil dengan katerogi baik sekali 0,03 %, baik 0,7 % dan cukup 0,23 %. Kata Kunci : Pencak Silat, Kecepatan Tendangan Sabit, Sikap Pasang Dan Sasaran

Abstract

This study analyzed body mass index, arm length, VO2 max arm power, and agility in judo athletes. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. This research method analyzes the physical condition of judo athletes—and indicators of success in program implementation. The population used in this research was 23 judo athletes from Bantul Regency. The research results show that the average height was 167.60 cm, including the medium category. The average body weight was 65.08 kg, including the medium category. The average leg length was 88.60 cm, including the medium category; the average arm length was 68 86 cm in the medium category; the average coordination test was 8.13 times, it is in the medium category. The average side step agility is 14.78 times, which is in the medium category; the average leg power is 44.78 cm, which is in the medium category; the average power arm is 5.54 times, including the medium category, and the average VO2max 7.91 mol/kg is/min including the medium category. The conclusion is that the height, weight, leg length, arm length, hand-eye coordination, agility, leg power, arm power, and endurance of Bantul Regency judo athletes are in the medium category. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of biomotor factors (VO2max, agility, strength, speed, flexibility, and power) in team and individual sports athletes in the Special Sports Class (KKO) of SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta. The population in this study was athletes in the special sports class (KKO) at SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta, totaling 120 students, using quantitative descriptive methods. The data collection technique used a physical condition test instrument with success indicators, namely being able to determine the results of the Comparison of Biomotor Factors (VO2max, Agility, Strength, Speed, Flexibility, Power) in Team and Individual Sports Athletes in the Special Sports Class (KKO) of SMP Negeri 13 Yogyakarta. The results showed that VO2Max was not significantly different between individual and team athletes, indicating that both groups had relatively similar levels of cardiorespiratory fitness; Agility between individual and team athletes also showed no significant differences, indicating similarities in fast movement and change of direction abilities. Strength: There was no significant difference in upper body muscle strength (push-ups) and abdominal muscle strength (sit-ups) between individual and team athletes, indicating that both had comparable body strength. Speed: There was no significant difference in sprint speed between individual and team athletes, indicating that both groups had relatively equivalent speed abilities. Flexibility: Individual athletes showed better flexibility than team athletes, with significant differences in the results of this flexibility test. Power: There was no significant difference in leg muscle explosive power (power) between individual and team athletes, indicating similarities in explosive ability in both groups. Conclusion: It shows that both groups of athletes (individual and team) have relatively equivalent performance in most biomotor factors, except in terms of flexibility, where individual athletes are superior.
