Abstract

Latar Belakang : Kepadatan tulang yang rendah saat remaja dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya osteoporosis. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kepadatan tulang diantaranya asupan zat gizi , IMT , persen lemak tubuh, dan aktivitas fisik. Akan tetapi, penelitian terbaru menunjukkan bahwa obesitas dapat meningkatkan risiko osteoporosis.Tujuan :Mengetahui hubungan IMT, persen lemak tubuh, asupan zat gizi dan aktivitas fisik dengan kepadatan tulang pada remaja putri.Metode :Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP PL Domenico Savio Semarang pada bulan Juni 2014.Desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan subyek 101 remaja putri usia 13-15 tahun dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Data yang diambil adalah berat badan, persen lemak tubuh, tinggi badan, asupan protein, kalsium, fosfor, vitamin D, tingkat aktivitas fisik, dan kepadatan tulang. Analisis bivariat dengan uji rank Spearman dan analisis multivariat menggunakan uji regresi linier ganda.Hasil :Sebagian besar subyek (70,3%) mengalami osteopenia dan 29,7% memilki kepadatan tulang kategori normal. Sebanyak 63,4% subyek memilki nilai z-score IMT kategori normal, 65,3% memilki persen lemak tubuh normal, 44,6% memiliki tingkat aktivitas sedang, dan 56,4% memilki asupan protein lebih dari AKG. Asupan kalsium, fosfor, dan vitamin D kurang dari AKG masing-masing 65,3%, 44,6%, dan 66,3%. Asupan protein, kalsium, fosfor, vitamin D dan aktivitas fisik tidak terbukti terdapat hubungan dengan kepadatan tulang (p>0,05). Akan tetapi, IMT (r=0,415) dan persen lemak tubuh (r=0,402) terbukti mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan kepadatan tulang (p<0,05). Pada analisis regresi linier ganda, hanya persen lemak tubuh yang menjadi prediktor kepadatan tulang (B=0,032).Kesimpulan :Terbukti terdapat hubungan antara indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dan persen lemak tubuh dengan kepadatan tulang. Akan tetapi, variabel yang menjadi prediktor terhadap kepadatan tulang hanya persen lemak tubuh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the activity ratio analysis and to assess how the financial performance of PT. XL Axiata Tbk in 2015-2019. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that the activity ratio which includes Receivable Turn Over is 17.79 times, 32.20 times, 28.25 times, 16.04 times, 32.87 times. Days of Receivable are 20, 11, 13, 22, 11 days. Inventory Turn Over 298.64 times, 132.49 times, 159.63 times, 121.32 times, 336.86 times. Days of Inventory for 1, 2, 2 , 3, 1 day. Working Capital Turn Over 1.62 times, 1.00 times, 1.05 times, 1.25 times, 1.31 times. Fixed Assets Turn Over 0.46 times, 0.44 times, 0.46 times, 0.45 times, 0.45 times. Total Assets Turn Over 0.38 times, 0.38 times, 0.40 times, 0.39 times, 0.40 times. Overall, the financial performance of PT XL Axiata Tbk is considered not good. Keywords: Activity Ratio, Financial Performance.

Abstract

Ibu hamil perlu memiliki pengetahuan mengenai asupan gizi seimbang. Akan tetapi, pengetahuan gizi pada ibu hamil masih belum optimal. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi seimbang melalui edukasi gizi. Edukasi gizi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan gizi seimbang pada ibu hamil dengan video animasi. Edukasi gizi diberikan melalui metode ceramah dan video animasi dengan 30 responden ibu hamil. Video animasi berisi mengenai penjelasan gizi seimbang pada ibu hamil. Hasil edukasi menunjukkan adanya perbedaan skor pretest dan posttest mengenai gizi seimbang pada ibu hamil setelah dilakukan edukasi (p value 0,000). Hasil ini membuktikan penggunaan media video animasi efektif dalam meningkatkan skor pengetahuan gizi seimbang pada ibu hamil. Ibu hamil yang mengikuti kegiatan edukasi juga aktif dalam proses kegiatan. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menganalisis pengaruh sikap dan perilaku pada ibu hamil.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat literasi media mahasiswa Ilmu Perpustakaan Universitas Diponegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Perpustakaan Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Diponegoro angkatan 2020 dengan sampel sebanyak 105 responden yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kemampuan teknis berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 4,52. Dimensi pemahaman kritis berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor 3.85. Dimensi kemampuan komunikatif memiliki hasil skor rata-rata terendah di antara dua dimensi lainnya dengan nilai sebesar 2.90, nilai tersebut berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa tingkat literasi media mahasiswa Ilmu Perpustakaan Universitas Diponegoro berada pada kategori tinggi dengan skor rata-rata 3.75. Hal tersebut menunjukkan mahasiswa menggunakan media secara aktif, menyadari dan tertarik pada hukum yang mempengaruhi penggunaannya. Mahasiswa memiliki pengetahuan yang lebih dalam tentang teknik dan bahasa dan dapat mempertimbangkan dan mengubah kondisi yang mempengaruhi hubungan komunikasinya.

Abstract

The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia still leaves much to be done and requires the attention of all stakeholders. Various efforts have been made to eliminate factors that have the potential to trigger stunting, one of which is maternal knowledge. Educational efforts are being made to increase mothers' understanding of the importance of a balanced diet for young children. Knowledge can be increased in several ways. One of them is to provide education through video media, which is believed to be more easily accepted and understood by mothers. This study aims to improve mothers' understanding of balanced infant feeding through educational videos. The quasi-experimental pretest-posttest research design involved 20 mothers of young children. The data were then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant increase in maternal knowledge about balanced feeding. This can be seen from the pretest mean of 6.4 ± 0.3 while the posttest mean is 9.3 ± 0.2 with p = 0.00. Educating mothers with videos has proven to be effective in increasing their knowledge about balanced nutrition. The use of audiovisual media is able to optimize the reception of information because it involves more than one sense of the body. It is expected that education of mothers can be done on an ongoing basis using more interactive and dynamic media. ABSTRAK revalensi angka stunting di Indonesia masih menyisakan banyak pekerjaan yang memerlukan perhatian seluruh pihak. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk mengeliminasi faktor yang berpotensi memicu stunting, salah satunya ialah pengetahuan ibu. Upaya edukasi dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu tentang pemenuhan gizi yang seimbang untuk balita. Peningkatan pengetahuan dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara. Salah satunya adalah pemberian edukasi melalui media video yang diyakini dapat lebih mudah diterima dan dipahami oleh ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu tentang gizi seimbang pada balita melalui video edukasi. Desain penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan pretest-postest grup melibatkan sebanyak 20 ibu balita. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi seimbang. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil mean pretest sebesar 6.4±0.3 sedangkan mean postest sebesar 9.3±0.2 dengan p=0.00. Pemberian edukasi menggunakan video terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi seimbang. Penggunaan media audio visual mampu mengoptimalkan penerimaan informasi karena melibatkan lebih dari satu indra tubuh. Diharapkan pemberian edukasi pada ibu dapat dilakukan secara berkesinambungan dengan menggunakan media yang lebih interaktif dan dinamis.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Remaja menjadi kelompok yang perlu menjadi perhatian karena masa ini merupakan periode puncak perkembangan dan pertumbuhan. Remaja cenderung memilih makanan yang praktis dan enak dengan tidak mempertimbangkan nilai gizi sehingga mudah terpapar dengan pola hidup yang tidak sehat dan memunculkan masalah gizi. Ultra processed food merupakan salah satu produk pangan yang menjadi salah satu produk pangan yang digemari oleh remaja saat ini. Produk ini diproduksi menggunakan penambahan beberapa bahan seperti gula, garam, perasa, dan lain-lain. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang jenis produk olahan pada remaja sehingga dapat lebih membatasi dan selektif dalam mengonsumsi produk olahan UPF. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pemberian edukasi dengan penyuluhan pada siswa SMA sejumlah 29 orang di Kota Pekalongan. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan diperoleh bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan siswa SMA terkait ultra processed food yang ditunjukan dengan nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05). Terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan siswa tentang Ultra Processed Food sebelum dan sesudah edukasi. Terdapat peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan siswa tentang Ultra Processed Food sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa Kata Kunci: Ultra Processed Food, Remaja, Edukasi, Pangan Olahan  ABSTRACT Adolescents are a group that needs attention because it is the peak period of development and growth. They are tend to choose practical and delicious food without considering its nutritional value, so they are easily exposed to unhealthy lifestyles and cause nutritional problems. Ultra-processed food is one of the food products that is popular with adolescents today. This product is produced by add several ingredients such as sugar, salt, flavorings, etc. This activity aims to increase knowledge about the types of processed products among adolescents, so that they can be more selective in consuming Ultra Processed Food products. This activity was carried out in the form of providing counseling education to 29 high school students throughout Pekalongan City. Based on the results of the activity evaluation, it was found that there was an increase in high school students' knowledge regarding ultra-processed food as indicated by a value of p=0.000 (p<0.05). There is a difference in students' knowledge about Ultra Processed Foods before and after being given education. There is an increase in the average student knowledge about Ultra Processed Food so it can be concluded that this community service activity is effective in increasing student knowledge. Keywords: Ultra Processed Foos, Adolescents, Education, Food Processed

Unbalanced nutrition triggers health problems for toddlers and can even cause death. The low knowledge and awareness of mothers towards the fulfillment of balanced nutrition results in the emergence of negative behavior in mothers and families.Purpose: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using booklet media on changes in mothers knowledge about balanced nutrition and family functions.Methods: A quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest group involved 20 mothers as respondents who were divided into two groups. This study was conducted in Truko Village using a questionnaire on knowledge of balanced nutrition and family functional roles. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate where paired sample t-test was used to measure the mean difference in knowledge related to family functional role. Furthermore, the Wicoxon test was used to analyze differences in mean knowledge of mothers about balanced nutrition.Results: Based on the results of the analysis, there was a significant difference in both mothers' knowledge about the functional role of the family and about the functional role of the family before and after being given education using booklet media. This means that the use of booklets as educational media is proven effective.Conclusion: The better the knowledge, the more positive the mother's behavior related to the fulfillment of nutrition and the implementation of family functions. Therefore, health promotion efforts need to be a shared responsibility so that the level of public health, especially toddlers, can reach an optimal level.
