Abstract

ABSTRACT Liny Jecklien Novita Rasu. Competitiveness of Commodity Rambutan in South Minahasa District (under guidance of Grace AJ Rumagit as chairman, Charles R. Ngangi and Yolanda P. Rori as members).  The objective to analyze the competitiveness of the commodity in the South Minahasa District. This research was conducted over two months from February to March 2015 in the Ongkaw Satu Village Sinonsayang Sub District, South Minahasa Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection was done by using a list of questions prepared in the form of a questionnaire, while the secondary data was taken from relevant institutions in this study such as the Department of Agriculture, Statistics, and BP3K. Sampling was simple random sampling. Samples were taken for one week of 15 people. The method of analysis used is Descriptive Analysis and Policy Analysis Matrix. The results of the research showed that the commodity rambutan in South Minahasa Regency competitiveness based on comparative advantage and competitive advantage with private profits calculation of 22,813,749 and 70,959,417 for the calculation of social benefits. Of the two indicators for competitiveness Private Cost Ratios indicate that commodity rambutan increasingly competitive with PCR <1 and Domestic Resource Cost Ratio indicates that commodity rambutan has a comparative advantage with DRCR <1.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Giving credit program with the intermediary of bank aims to add capital farmers so that they can expand their business. Farmers need more capital obtained through loans, in order to develop farming, so that the results of farming can increase. Problems faced by farmers in Rurukan that farmers have not been able to optimize its production because of capital constraints that hindered farmer’s income could not increase.  Based on the description above, the problem in this research is how the role of agricultural credit from BRI Bank to the income of carrot’s farmers in Rurukan villages. The objective of this research is to analyze the role of agricultural credit from BRI Bank to the income of carrot farmers in Rurukan villages. The method used is descriptive based on survey research area.   The research result showed that loans received by farmers from banks is used for the addition of the factors of production used by farmers as increasing the number of labor, increase the use of fertilizers, seeds and tools, so that production of farmer could increase. The increase in production has resulted in increasing farmer's income as well. So it can be seen that there is a difference between the income of carrot’s farmer before receiving credit and after receiving credit. In other words, credit borrowed from banks have a positive impact on carrot’s farming activities.  Keywords : Giving Credit Program And Farmer’s Income

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study conducted to determine noodles customer satisfaction the generally seen from the aspect of the product, price, place and service. Research carried out for two months the January 2015 to March 2015 from preparation to making the report. Research was conducted in Pinasungkulan market Manado Karombasan in this case Mie Steven factory, which is focus of consumers who directly buy noodles. Data collected by using the primary data and  secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly through direct interviews with consumers who buy noodles by using  a list of questions / questionnaire that has been prepared, while the secondary data obtained from  related companies of this study, the data analyted using quantitative analysis. Data were measured using a customer satisfaction index (Customer Satisfaction Index). The results showed that the Consumers Statisfaction Index Average of Product, Price, Place and service is satisfied with customer satisfaction index of 72.95 percent. It means that the product, price, service has to meet consumer expectations, while the place has not keep the expectations of consumrs because respondents mean provide an assessment quite satisfied.

Pakasi, SP., MSi, Melissa Tarore, SP., MSi as members.  This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the program Urban PNPM development in the Paudean Village,South Lembeh Bitung District, basedon Context, Input, Process and Product. The method used in this research is purposive sampling method.  Data collection has been done for 3months since February toApril2015.The data used inthis studyare primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained using a list of questions to respondents. Secondary data were obtained fromt he board PNPM Urban and agencies associated with this research,which is Paudean village office.  The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation of development activities rebate road, drainage and revolving fund are running according with thep lanof development that wouldimpact on boththe environmentandsociety. Abstract

ABSTRACT  Magdalena Elisabeth Angeline. Relationship Green Marketing with consument choice ( Case study on the body shop manado ) under the guidance of  Charles R. Ngangi,  as Chairman , Esry H. Laoh and, Mex L Sondakh,MSi as Members.  The study aims to determine the relationship of green marketing with consumers choice in the Body Shop Manado. Data collection is done for 4 months from September 2014 until January 2015. The data that used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained by distributing questionairs to consumers The Body Shop Manado as well as interviews with the parties Manado The Body Shop. Secondary data obtained from the literature related to green marketing. The results of  this study indicate that there is a relationship between green marketing with consumer choice. Where by pursuing a strategy of  green marketing on the business activities carried out by The Bod y Shop Manado like her doing things green product, green promotion, green price, and green place can give effect to the increase. Of the increase in positive perception of costumers on the importance of using green products lead to changes in their behaviour. It can be proved on the second enhacement indicator that as many as 79,25% of  respondents are willing to build more for environmentally friendly green products in terms of promotions, The Body Shop Manado already well positioned company, as evidenced by the increased of the 15th  that as many as 86,25% respondents believe that they liked the promotion of  The Body Shop Manado who use public relations program because it is considered more exclusive that the other brands. The main implications is The Body Shop Manado should pay attention to the quality aspect to offset the high prices and women  as it‟s main market. Keyword : green marketing, and consumers choice

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to measure the level of customer satisfaction by using an index of consumer satisfaction/ Customer (IKP). Data obtained by distributing a questionnaire of 30 respondents were measured using a Likert scale. In addition, the questionnaire in a test using data validity test and reliability of data. The research results showed that of the four aspects: the average value of the product customer satisfaction index of more than 0.753 that was satisfied. Aspects of the average value price index of consumer satisfaction more than 0.731 that was satisfied. Aspect that is where the value of the average customer satisfaction index of more than 0.7333 that was satisfied. Aspects of the service of the average value of consumer satisfaction index over 0.80 that was satisfied. Abstract

ABSTRACT Agribusiness as the overall activity of the means of production and distribution of farm production, farming activities, as well as storage, processing, distribution of farm commodities, and other activities that make up the product. Agribusiness is a system consisting of sub-systems are interlinked with each other. The subsystem is agroinput, agroproduction, agro-industry, Agroniaga and argroservice. This study aims to determine the performance of agribusiness in farmer groups in Sub Rurukan quinine and farmer groups in the Village agape Rurukan One. The research was conducted from june to August 2014 and data using survey methods. Data collected consist of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from interviews with respondents based on a list of questions (questioner), while secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies Rurukan sub-district Office and District Office Rurukan One. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and to determine the performance of the system using a ranking scale agribusiness. The results showed that the performance of agribusiness is between 60-80 value, so it gets the final value 72 thus value indicates that the relatively high performance of agribusiness  Key words: Agribusiness performance, farmer group, Rurukan

Abstract

ABSTRACT Formulation of the problem in this research is how the level of customer satisfaction with the attributes of organic vegetables viewed from pricing and product availability, freshness and packing. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with the attributes of organic vegetables viewed from pricing and product availability, freshness and packing. The benefit is to provide information to the company regarding the attributes that need to be considered in improving customer satisfaction with the sales of organic vegetables. Research conducted at Hypermart Manado, where the consumer purchaser of organic vegetables the focus of research, during October 2014 - March 2015. Data collected consist of primary data through direct interviews with consumers and secondary data from information obtained from the company Hyperrmart. 2  Sampling method accidental sampling with 40 respondents / consumer as a sample. The data analysis was conducted by the description in the form of a list of tables and figures. The results showed that in terms of price and availability of products, freshness and packaging reached a total score of collecting data in 2022 where the figure measuring consumer satisfaction index amounted to 67.4% and classified satisfied. This shows that consumers of organic vegetables has had a high awareness of the advantages of organic vegetable products. Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to describe a survival strategy Peasants in theVillage of North Tombatu Two District North Tombatu. The research was conducted during the five months from January to May 2015 in the Village of North Tombatu Two District North Tombatu. The data used in- clude the primary and secondary data. Primary data collection using a list of questions prepared in the form of the questionnaire, while secondary data taken from the agencies - agencies in- volved in this research that North Tombatu Two Village Office. Sampling that all members of the population of Peasants. Samples were taken for one week a total of 32 heads of families. The analytical method used is Descriptive Analysis.The results showed that with low income farm workers they can still survive. By working odd jobs to supplement their income farm workers even though only enough to meet basic needs. The most dominant strategies used by farm work- ers is Controlling Food Consumption and spending that is by utilizing all available resources to suppress expenditure. Farm workers often received help from neighbors or nearby relatives, be- sides the majority of farm workers received help from the government, so it helps in meeting dai- ly needs - today and for membiyayai child's school. The participation of farmers in gathering al- so help farmers to cope with a sudden need and to build a house.  Keyword : Life Survival, hodge, life necessities

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the income of fishermen in the village Buhias well as the extent of inequality of income distribution fisherman research area. This study uses primary data in the form of data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. Sampling method performed by the method of proportional allocation ( Proportional Allocation Method) . The analytical method used is the analysis of income, an indicator of the level of inequality based on the Gini Ratio fitted with Lorenz curve and the World Bank criteria . The results showed that the income of fishermen in the village sample Buhias bervareasi enough and tend to be different . The level of income inequality based on the Gini Ratio fishermen for 0.531 were in the high category , while according to the World Bank are in the medium category .
