Abstract

The development of the digital era is growing rapidly until now. Digitalization has spread to various fields, especially in the business sector. Almost all companies, from small to large, use digitalization as their marketing policy and strategy. This study aims to analyze the influence of the digital era on company business policies and strategies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher conducted an analysis referring to the relevant data. Examines the theory with the influence between variables from data collected from journals and articles for the last five years. The results of this study indicate that the digital era has an influence on the company's business policies and strategies. Keywords: Business, Policy, Strategy, Avoskin.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and determine the effect of influencer marketing and product quality on the purchasing decision of Erigo Apparel products. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 100 people. The population in this study was respondents who had active social media accounts as well as followers of Erigo Apparel social media accounts and respondents had bought and used Erigo Apparel products. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 for Windows. This test uses two independent variables, namely influencer marketing, product quality and purchasing decisions as dependent variables. The results of this study are 1) Influencer marketing and product quality simultaneously affect the decision to purchase Erigo Apparel products. 2) Influencer marketing partially influences the decision to purchase Erigo Apparel products. 3) Product quality partially influences the decision to purchase Erigo Apparel products. Abstract

Abstract

The level of success in a country can be described by the rate of its economic growth which can be assessed from many aspects such as the value of export activities and import activities which have some influence on the trade balance in a country. Globalization and the era of free trade provide many opportunities for export companies to enter the world market as well as demand the readiness of a company to compete. Theories on international trade are proven to explain several personal business behaviors that are closely related to international trade activities. With good economic growth it will increase national income, people will be more prosperous in terms of the economy. In the last decade, there have been many studies stating that export activities can boost the growth of an economy because they can generate foreign exchange that can be used to finance internal sector development. This problem can arise when the relationship in the economy of a country with other countries both bilaterally and multilaterally so that it can cause several problems that can interfere with the course of international trade so that it can run smoothly, so to overcome some problems it is necessary to find a solution immediately, this is to improve the quality of life of the community. Abstract

A business policy strategy is an important element that must be carefully formulated and studied by a company so that it does not cause multiple interpretations and is in accordance with the objectives of establishing a business or company. Reviewing this statement, the authors compiled a study using descriptive qualitative research methods with PT Ananda Sukses Mandiri as the unit of analysis within a certain period of time (cross action). The goal is that the reader can understand in more detail about the business policy strategy, and PT Ananda Sukses Mandiri can get to know the business policy strategy it has and understand what impact it will have from implementing the business policy strategy so that the company can have options whether to maintain a business policy strategy that is owned or renovate and add new business policy strategies. As for the results of his research, there are several business policy strategies that should be maintained and there are also business policies that require improvement at the implementation and formulation stages. Abstract

Dalam mengambil keputusan strategis, identifikasi dan pengukuran manfaat adalah krusial dalam segala bidang bisnis. Hal ini memberikan dasar stabil untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proyek atau kegiatan bisnis. Tujuannya adalah memastikan keputusan yang efektif, mengurangi risiko, dan mencapai tujuan strategis. Studi kelayakan menilai keberlanjutan bisnis, mengidentifikasi risiko, mengevaluasi pasar, dan kebutuhan modal. Objectives and Key Results (OKR) adalah pendekatan kolaboratif untuk menetapkan tujuan yang menantang dan dapat diukur, memantau kemajuan, menciptakan keselarasan, dan meningkatkan komitmen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis literatur untuk mengeksplorasi tujuan bisnis dan pengukuran manfaatnya melalui pendekatan Objectives and Key Results (OKR). Pemilihan jurnal dilakukan dengan cermat untuk memastikan relevansi dengan topik penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dari jurnal-jurnal yang terpilih, kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam dengan mencari pola dan tren serta membandingkan hasil penelitian. Hasil analisis digunakan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana tujuan bisnis dapat ditentukan dan diukur melalui pendekatan OKR, dengan interpretasi hasil yang mengaitkannya kembali ke kerangka konseptual yang telah disusun sebelumnya. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya tujuan bisnis dan pengukuran manfaatnya melalui pendekatan OKR.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi perencanaan bisnis melalui media analisis SWOT dan business  model canvas. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa itu strategi perencanaan bisnis yang dilakukan melalui media SWOT dan BMC. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode studi literatur. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan metode naratif. metode naratif dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan opini-opini dan pengertian dari penelitian terdahulu kemudian disimpulkan menjadi gagasan yang baru. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa suatu bisnis harus memperhatikan  SWOT dalam pemroduksian produk dan pemasarannya. dengan SWOT yang baik maka segala prakiraan akan dapat dikendalikan. penerapan SWOT yang di dasari dengan business model canvas akan memberikan keuntungan sendiri bagi suatu bisnis hal ini dikarenakan business model canvas adalah acuan berjalannya sebuah usaha. sehingga dalam pengembangan bisnis akan dapat dilakukan secara lebih teratur dan terkoordinir. SWOT dan Business model canvas menjadi kunci keberhasilan sebuah bisnis, oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebuah kunci membuka bisnis yang baik untuk pemula.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work commitment on employee performance CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi. The method used in this research is a quantitative type method. This study used a population of 47 employees of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi and the sample of this study amounted to 47 employees of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi. Based on the processed data, it was found that the sig value on the leadership variable (X1) is 0.000 < 0.05. The calculated t value is 4.943 > t table 2.015. Then, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that the leadership variable partially affects the performance of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi employees. The sig value on the work commitment variable (X2) is 0.000 < 0.05. The t value is -4.032 < t table 2.015. Then, H2 is accepted, meaning that the work commitment variable has a partially negative effect on the performance of CV. Sentral Teknik Abadi employees.

Abstract

Honey is a sweet liquid produced by honey bees from the nectar of flowers. Honey is a herbal product that has been used for centuries for health and culinary benefits. It has been believed by Indonesian people since ancient times for its usefulness because it is made of natural ingredients and has no side effects. One of these herbal companies is UMKM Madu Yasa 22 Madiun. Honey is also considered a good sugar substitute that can be consumed for your culinary needs. The emergence of similar industries has created tight competition which has resulted in sharp turnover fluctuations. Therefore, UMKM Hadu Yasa 22 needs a new strategy to formulate the right business model as well as develop and address these challenges. This research aims to analyze the UMKM Honey Yasa 22 model using a business model canvas approach and evaluate it based on SWOT analysis to produce recommendations for improvement of the business model block element. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using Business Model Canvas (BMC) data analysis techniques and SWOT analysis that includes the use of IFAS and EFAS. Data collection methods are interviews with selected informants and document research. The research informants consisted of the owners, employees, and customers of UMKM Madu Yasa 22 randomly selected, a total of 11 people who have made repeated purchases. The findings indicate that SWOT analysis diagrams lead to diversification strategies (product/market) that serve as input for business improvement of canvas models. From its implementation, it recommended improvements to nine elements of Canvas Business Model, as well as strategies that enable the development of UMKM Madhu Yasa 22 business.

Abstract

Kredivo is one of the pay later service applications in Indonesia and one of the reasons people use pay later is because of its easy terms, but this will result in waste and debt accumulation which will affect credit reputation due to not being able to manage finances (financial management behavior). The purpose of this study is to anticipate the attitude of waste and accumulation of individual debt by analyzing the attitude of individuals in managing and deciding their finances (financial attitude) and also seen from the ability of individuals to control themselves against spending (self control). This type of research uses associative and quantitative approaches. The sample used amounted to 160 respondents obtained through filling out a questionnaire using Google form with non probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method. The study used a data processing tool technique, namely IBM SPSS Statistics 26 with tests consisting of a Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Hypothesis Test (F Test and t Test). The results showed that the financial attitude and self-control variables had a simultaneous (joint) effect on financial management behavior. Then the financial attitude variable and the self control variable partially (independently) affect financial management behavior.
