Abstract

In recovering conditions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, through the President's direction that Indonesia must immediately carry out herd immunity or group immunity. For this reason, the Covid-19 vaccination was carried out so that the government mobilized the TNI and Polri and involved the regional government as the organizer of the Covid-19 vaccination. The Cirebon Regency Government is making efforts to achieve good Covid-19 vaccination. Plered and Depok are the sub-districts that have been one of the successes of the Covid-19 vaccination in Cirebon Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination policy in Plered and Depok Districts, Cirebon Regency. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used primary data and secondary data. The informant selection technique in this study used purposive sampling and snowball techniques. The results of the research are First, the communication carried out by the organizers of the Covid-19 vaccination is carried out systematically and massively, whether it is transmission communication, consistent communication. However, in clear communication, there are a few obstacles, namely the change in the schedule for the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination, which makes Covid-19 vaccination participants confused. Second, the resources for the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination are adequate, sufficient and of good quality. Third, Disposition in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination is carried out according to established regulations. The Cirebon District Health Office did not recruit a team of volunteers to carry out the Covid-19 vaccination. Fourth, the bureaucratic structure in the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination uses the structure of the Cirebon District Health Office.Dalam pemulihan kondisi akibat pandemi Covid-19 melalui arahan Presiden bahwa Indonesia harus segera melakukan herd immunity atau kekebalan kelompok. Untuk itu, dilakukan vaksinasi Covid-19 sehingga pemerintah mengerahkan TNI dan Polri serta melibatkan pemerintah daerah sebagai peyelenggara vaksinasi Covid-19. Pemerintah Kabupaten Cirebon melakukan upaya guna capaian vaksinasi Covid-19 baik. Kecamatan Plered dan Kecamatan Depok merupakan kecamatan yang menjadi salah satu keberhasilan vaksinasi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Cirebon. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan vaksinasi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Plered dan Kecamatan Depok Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskripsi kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pemilihan informan dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan teknik snowball. Hasil penelitian yaitu Pertama, Komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh penyelenggara vaksinasi Covid-19 dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan massive  baik itu komunikasi transmisi, komunikasi konsisten. Namun, dalam komunikasi kejelasan sedikit ada kendala yaitu terdapatnya perubahan jadwal pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 membuat binggung peserta vaksinasi Covid-19. Kedua, Sumber daya dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 memadai, mencukupi dan berkualitas baik. Ketiga, Disposisi dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 dijalankan sesuai peraturan yang telah ditetapkan. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Cirebon tidak merecruit tim relawan untuk pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19. Keempat, Struktur birokrasi dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi Covid-19 menggunakan struktur dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Cirebon.

Abstract

In the midst of decentralization and regional autonomy issues, almost all sectors of the central government’s authority granted to local governments, including family planning programs (family planning). Similarly, the implementation of family planning programs in Tegal regency government. Based on qualitative research method, the family planning program is not running optimally due to changes in institutional planning and lack of political commitment from the local government Tegal regency. Family planning programs have not been considered as a matter of urgency. Lack of political commitment to produce policies that do not support the implementation of family planning programs and the impact on the lack of budgetary allocations, lack of human resources support, overlapping regional regulations, and institutions that have not been independent for family planning programs.

Abstract

This study aims to sense the excesses of the classification of guidance on the capabilities of workers in Kesambi District, Cirebon City. Coordination is not one particle slack fault in the worker's performance, but added classification is one particle fault that strengthens the worker's capability. The results of the examination show that the average classification of guidance is 4.36, which indicates that the close leadership coordination in Kesambi District, Cirebon City is good. Based on a factual experiment that explores the effect of guiding classification on the ability of workers to reach the estimated effect of Adjusted R square, the coefficient of linear effect plus perspective on life is .055 containing the causes of Leadership Coordination to put excesses on Employee Performance in Kesambi District, Cirebon City. The contribution of the influence is 55%. While the remaining 45% was caused by other causes that were not studied. The t-estimated outlook on life is 1,708 plus Sig's outlook is .094. This sura aims that the outlook t is more likely to be close to the 2009 sequence t and the outlook of Sig is more designed to be near 0.05.

Abstract

Rumah sakit sebagai suatu organisasi pelayanan kesehatan agar dapat tetap “survive” harus memiliki system manajemen pelayanan yang terbaik sesuai dengan tuntutan/kebutuhan dari masyarakat. Semua aktivitas rumah sakit berlangsung dengan baik apabila mendapat dukungan dari seluruh anggota organisasi. Motivasi kerja dari anggota organisasi merupakan aspek penting bagi setiap orang yang berkepentingan dengan keberhasilan organisasi (Zainun, 1994). RSUI Harapan Anda Tegal baru melaksanakan akreditasi KARS 2012 dan baru dioperasionalkannya gedung baru dimana masih banyak perawat yang direkrut rumah sakit. Rumah sakit juga baru merintis jenjang karir bagi perawat sehingga memungkinkan timbul ketidak pastian dalam mencapai motivasi kerja yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis faktor motivasi intrinsik (prestasi, pengakuan orang lain, tanggungjawab, peluang untuk kemajuan, kepuasan kerja) terhadap kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat sejumlah 36 perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUI HA Tegal. Analisis data menggunakan uji pearson product moment menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0.004 < α (0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan motivasi intrinsik perawat terhadap kinerja hasilnya cukup signifikan.
