Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Pada Tabungan Masayarakat Daerah (TAMASDA) PD. BPR Klangenan Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 35 orang responden, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur (anggota) populasi untuk dipilih sebagai anggota sampel. Variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah variable Keefektifan dan Jaminan (X1), Akses (X2), Harga (X3), Keterwujudan (X4), PortofolioJasa (X5), Kehandalan (X6) sebagai variabel bebas, dan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa studi pustaka dan penelitian lapangan seperti observasi dan daftar pertanyaan. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode persamaan regresi, koefisien korelasi, uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis Uji T dengan menggunakan software SPSS (statistic product service solution). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, didapat hasil yang menunjukan bahwa secara parsial yang memliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah hanya portopolio jasa. Sementara secara simultan variable Keefektifan dan Jaminan (X1), Akses (X2), Harga (X3), Keterwujudan (X4), Portofolio Jasa (X5), Kehandalan (X6) memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah sebesar 62,3 %. Kata Kunci : Keefektifan dan Jaminan, Akses, Harga, Keterwujudan, Portofolio Jasa, Kehandalan dan Kepuasan Nasabah

Abstract

Problems regarding performance are problems that will always be faced by the management of the company, therefore management needs to know the factors that affect employee performance. Factors that can affect employee performance are training programs. This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of training programs that include training needs, training design and training evaluation on the performance of the Islamic banking sector in Cirebon Region. The method used in this research is field research to test hypothesis testing about the effect of training programs on performance in the Syarah breeding service sector in Cirebon. The unit of analysis in this study were individuals, namely Islamic bank employees in Cirebon, which numbered 50 employees. The analysis technique used is Path analysis. The results of this study indicate a training program on the dimensions of training design, on the job training and the type of training influencing employee performance in the Islamic banking services sector

Abstract

The aim of this study was to obtain empirical evidence and clarity about the influence of the phenomenon of personality, motivation to career success, either partially or simultaneously based on self-leadership theory. In addition, to determine whether there is differences in personality, motivation to career success between men and women. The unit of analysis is a lecturer in the area of Cirebon region. The total samples are 120 people. The method used is descriptive and verification method. To test the model and hypotheses used regression analysis. The results showed that personality and motivation affects the career success. The Influential of personality and motivation of success is together toward career success. There was no difference in personality, motivation to career success among male and female in the college.

Abstract

This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires for data collection. This questionnaire was distributed to Management Study Program Students of the University of Muhammadiyah Cirebon who used the shopee application. And obtained a sample of 40 students who had filled out the questionnaire. This research uses quantitative methods because the data obtained is statistical to test certain hypotheses. Based on the theoretical foundation and frame of mind above, this study hypothesizes that E-Service Quality affects Customer Satisfaction. The result of this experiment is E-Service Quality is included in the good category. This means that the e-service quality owned in the shopee application is in good condition. Customer Satisfaction in the shopee application is good. Based on the results of data processing, it has been concluded that e-service quality affects customer satisfaction in the shopee application. This shows that the better the e-service quality of the shopee application, the higher the customer satisfaction will also be in the shopee application.

Abstract

An important issue contributing to the low completion rate of the Audit Results Report is the auditor's need for internal competence and understanding of the agency's accounting information system. This study aims to assess the internal performance of Financial Accounting Auditors at the Cimanuk Cisanggarung Cirebon Center. The study employs a quantitative descriptive approach to examine the impact of auditors' internal competence and accounting information systems on their internal performance. The study findings demonstrate that accounting information systems play a significant role and substantially impact knowledge. The statistical test F indicates that the auditor's internal competence and grasp of the accounting information system have a simultaneous and considerable impact on the auditor's internal performance. The findings of this study are consistent with the findings of a survey conducted by Anggraini (2008), which demonstrated that the internal competence of auditors has a tangible impact on both internal control and corporate performance. The internal performance of the auditor at the Cimanuk Cisanggarung Cirebon Center improves in direct proportion to the level of expertise and understanding they possess regarding the accounting information system.

Abstract

This study analyzes literature on halal transportation and occupational health and safety (OHS) using a bibliometric approach. A bibliometric analysis was chosen because it systematically maps research trends, identifies key contributors, and highlights thematic linkages, providing a comprehensive overview of the field. Halal transportation integrates Islamic principles into transportation operations, while OHS ensures the health and safety of workers and users. The study retrieves data from Google Scholar, Dimensions, and ScienceDirect using Publish or Perish and VOSviewer to evaluate trends, geographical distribution, and topic linkages. The results indicate that halal transportation research primarily focuses on halal logistics, whereas studies on the operational aspects of non-food goods transportation remain limited. Research on OHS within halal transportation is also scarce, particularly in integrating halal standards with OHS regulations. Malaysia and Indonesia have been the main contributors to this field, with an increasing publication trend since 2010. The main research clusters include "halal logistics," "occupational health and safety," and "sustainability.". This study emphasizes the importance of developing operational standards for halal transportation that incorporate process halalness, worker health and safety, and resource efficiency. It recommends using modern technology, such as IoT, to enhance halal tracking and risk mitigation. By bridging the gap between halal transportation and OHS, this research provides valuable insights for policymakers, industry practitioners, and academics to develop more comprehensive and effective standards. The findings serve as a foundation for future studies on the intersection of transportation operations and OHS.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) frequently encounter numerous challenges, including the incorporation of nutrition fact labels and product packaging—this community service aimed to facilitate the creation of nutrition fact labels and new packaging for MSME products. The partner of this program was CV Eka Pratama Sejahtera in Cirebon Regency, focusing on cassava chip products. This program included observation, problem identification, activity implementation, and evaluation. Observations and problem identification indicated a necessity for new flavor varieties, nutritional fact labels, and updated packaging for cassava chip products. The results showed that CV Eka Pratama Sejahtera provided positive feedback during this assistance program. This program successfully generated a nutrition facts table for a new flavor variant of cassava chips using the BPOM format. Additionally, this program developed a new packaging design for the product. The result of this program was the redesigned packaging, which included nutritional information for the latest flavor variants of cassava chip products at CV Eka Pratama Sejahtera.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan antara beban kerja dan komunikasi terhadap turnover intention, serta untuk mengetahui peran stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. Seyang Activewear Cirebon. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian bersifat studi kasus dan pengumpulan datanya dengan menyebar kuesioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah para pegawai di PT. Seyang Activewear Cirebon yang berjumlah 1109 karyawan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan parsial antara beban kerja dan komunikasi terhadap turnover intention, serta stres kerja terbukti berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara beban kerja dan komunikasi terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Seyang Activewear Cirebon.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan berkomunikasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Cirebon. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berkomunikasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,701 menunjukkan bahwa 70,1% kesiapan kerja mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Diharapkan mahasiswa dapat terus mengembangkan soft skills, dan pihak kampus menyediakan dukungan berupa pelatihan dan pembinaan karier untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja lulusan.
