Abstract

Information technology is a technology used to manage data, including processing, acquiring, organizing, storing, and manipulating data in various ways to produce high-quality information—namely, information that is relevant, accurate, and timely. This information is used for personal, business, and governmental purposes, serving as strategic information in decision-making. To anticipate changes in weather conditions, particularly rainfall, a valid and accurate report is needed that can be useful for the public. So far, the correlation or relationship between the factors influencing weather conditions—especially rainfall—has not been precisely determined, making it mathematically difficult to create a model that can describe the correlation among all these factors. This is where Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) come into play: to create such models and map out the existing problems purely based on the input data provided. One of the capabilities of neural networks is to make predictions based on previously learned data using the backpropagation method.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi dibutuhkan oleh semua instansi pemerintahan atau pun swasta. Sistem Informasi sangat membantu dalam penyediaan informasi sehingga memudahkan manajemaen dalam pengambilan keputusan, mengendalikan dan melaporkan informasi sehingga instansi dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. SAMSAT Provinsi Sumatera Barat, membutuhkan sistem informasi untuk mengurangi kepadatan wajib pajak pada kantor SAMSAT serta meningkatkan minat dan kesadaran wajib pajak untuk membayarkan pajak kendaraan bermotor yang mereka miliki. Berdasarkan observasi yang telah dilakukan, wajib pajak menginginkan sistem pembayaran pajak yang cepat dan tempat pembayaran pajak yang nyaman dan mudah didatangi.Sistem Informasi dibangun dengan menggunakan konsep System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Konsep ini menghasilkan sistem informasi yang berkualitas sehingga aplikasi Gerai e-SAMSAT memberikan nilai manfaat bagi Kantor SAMSAT Provinsi Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

Kota Padang merupakan kota budaya dan terletak pada lintasan geografis yang sangat strategis. Potensi wisata Kota Padang yang begitu besar belum dapat dioptimalkan dengan baik karena minimnya media promosi yang digunakan oleh pemerintah. Pariwisata sebagai salah satu kegiatan yang komprehensif, memerlukan suatu sistem yang dapat menyajikan informasi mengenai lokasi wisata dan informasi penunjang kepariwisataan seperti infomasi peta lokasi dan rute menuju lokasi objek wisata tersebut. Aplikasi WebGis dipilih karena penyajian informasinya lebih menarik dan sangat menggambarkan kondisi sebenarnya yang ditampilkan dalam peta, baik peta garis maupun model permukaan digital. Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis Pariwisata Kota Padang yang dikembangkan dengan kerangka website HTML, dengan bahasa pemograman (JavaScript dan PHP), MySql sebagai basis data dan Google Maps Api. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya aplikasi WebGis yang dapat menyajikan informasi pariwisata kota padang yang terintegrasi, terinci dan dapat di akses dengan mudah.

Abstract

In introducing one-to-one correspondence using media in group B at PAUD Al Bunyamur Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, the aim is to understand the concept of numbers and children feel learning while playing. The time of observational research was carried out in December 2020 to May 2021. This type of research was classroom action research which was carried out in two cycles. The subjects in the study were students in group B at PAUD Al Bunyamur Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, totaling 15 children. The data obtained were taken from observation sheets and documentation. Analysis of research data used qualitative and quantitative approaches which were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the use of "shake and take" media in explaining one-to-one correspondence could understand the concept of numbers. After taking action shows a change for the better. In the first cycle, it increased to 33.33% with the category developing as expected. And in the second cycle there was a significant increase to 83.33% with a very well developed category. It can be concluded that through the use of "shake and take" media in explaining one-to-one correspondence, one can understand the concept of numbers.

Abstract

This article focuses on the study of the relationship between verbal violence and self-esteem for children aged 5-6 years at Lundar Panti in West Sumatra Province. The study was a quantitative research with the type of correlation research. The sample in the study involved 52 parents who have children aged 5-6 years at Lundar Panti in Pasaman of West Sumatra Province. The data collection technique was used through a questionnaire for the parents. Research analysis used the correlation test of Pearson product-moment assisted by IMB SPSS version 23. In conducting the study, the variable of verbal violence was categorized as high with the range of 66%-79%. Whilst the variable of self-esteem for children aged 5-6 years at Lundar Panti in West Sumatra Province was categorized as low with the range of 40%-55%. Based on the results, the Pearson product-moment value was 0.405 with a probability of 0.003. The correlation coefficient value was 0.405 in the range of 0.40-0.599, which meant that there was a relationship that was categorized as moderate between verbal violence and self-esteem directed to negative because the r-value was negative, which meant that the higher verbal violence was, the higher rvalue was, the lower children’s self-esteem was.

Abstract

Small scale horticultural farmers encounter significant challenges in marketing their products, including limited market access, price volatility, and financial constraints. This study examines effective marketing strategies to improve farmers’ income and product competitiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, using in-depth interviews with 30 horticultural farmers in District Bireuen. The results reveal that effective strategies include strengthening partnerships with local traders, adopting digital marketing platforms, diversifying products, and implementing direct marketing systems through farm-gate sales and modern markets. Overall, the integration of traditional and modern marketing strategies enhances market access and contributes to improved welfare among small-scale farmers.

Abstract

Abstract: Accurate bone age estimation is essential for monitoring pediatric growth, diagnosing endocrine disorders, and supporting clinical decision-making. Although deep learning has improved prediction accuracy, limited studies have systematically examined how increasing model depth affects performance and reliability. This study evaluates the effectiveness of progressively deeper convolutional neural networks, specifically EfficientNet variants B0 to B5, for bone age estimation from hand radiographs. Experiments were conducted using 12,611 hand X-ray images from the RSNA Pediatric Bone Age Challenge dataset on Kaggle. To ensure fair comparison, all models were trained using a unified and consistent training pipeline. Model performance was evaluated using Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Concordance Correlation Coefficient (CCC), and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results show a consistent improvement in prediction accuracy as model depth increases. Among the evaluated models, EfficientNet-B5 achieved the best performance, with an MAE of 21.5 months, MAPE of 6.23%, CCC of 0.9148, and Pearson’s r of 0.9203. These findings confirm that model scaling plays a critical role in enhancing prediction robustness and clinical reliability. Future work should emphasize external validation across diverse populations and incorporate interpretability techniques, such as Grad-CAM, to improve clinical transparency and trust. Keywords: bone age prediction; deep learning; model evaluation; clinical validation Abstrak: Estimasi usia tulang yang akurat sangat penting untuk memantau pertumbuhan anak, mendiagnosis gangguan endokrin, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan klinis. Meskipun pembelajaran mendalam telah meningkatkan akurasi prediksi, studi yang secara sistematis meneliti bagaimana peningkatan kedalaman model memengaruhi kinerja dan keandalan masih terbatas. Studi ini mengevaluasi efektivitas jaringan saraf konvolusional yang semakin dalam, khususnya varian EfficientNet B0 hingga B5, untuk estimasi usia tulang dari radiografi tangan. Eksperimen dilakukan menggunakan 12.611 gambar sinar-X tangan dari dataset RSNA Pediatric Bone Age Challenge di Kaggle. Untuk memastikan perbandingan yang adil, semua model dilatih menggunakan alur pelatihan yang terpadu dan konsisten. Kinerja model dievaluasi menggunakan Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Concordance Correlation Coefficient (CCC), dan koefisien korelasi Pearson. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan yang konsisten dalam akurasi prediksi seiring dengan peningkatan kedalaman model. Di antara model yang dievaluasi, EfficientNet-B5 mencapai kinerja terbaik, dengan MAE sebesar 21,5 bulan, MAPE sebesar 6,23%, CCC sebesar 0,9148, dan Pearson’s r sebesar 0,9203. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penskalaan model memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan optimasi prediksi dan keandalan klinis. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menekankan validasi eksternal di berbagai populasi dan menggabungkan teknik interpretasi, seperti Grad-CAM, untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan kepercayaan klinis.
