Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the level of the family economy on the consumptive behavior of the people of  Daruba Village. The variables in this study are the family economy as the independent variable and the consumptive behavior of the community as the dependent variable. Data collection was obtained by literature study and documentation. Data were analyzed by calculating simple linear regression, partial test, and determinant coefficient. The result showed partially that the level of the family economy had a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of the Daruba Village community. The level of the family economy affects the consumer’s behavior by 51%, while 45% are factors that influence variable Y from other factors not examined by the researcher

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perubahan tingkat kesadaran sosial masyarakat miskin dalam memanfaatkan BLT-Dana desa bagi peningkatan kesejahteraannya, melalui pemberian BLT-Dana desa selama pandemi Covid-19 oleh pemerintah desa, serta berupaya untuk mengetahui dampak ekonomi dan sosialnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terhadap informan penelitian baik informan kunci (key informant) maupun informan pendukung terkait dengan data yang ingin diperoleh dalam penelitian sesuai dengan permasalahan penelitian. Teknisnya dengan melakukan penelusuran literatur yang dilanjutkan dengan interview informan/ wawancara. Kemudian diinterpretasi dalam bentuk deskripsi kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah Pertama, terdapat peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat miskin penerima BLT-Dana desa utamanya dalam penggunaan dana desa yakni sudah mulai berpikir bahwa dana yang diterima diperioritaskan penggunaannya dalam berwirausaha. Kedua, selama pandemi Covid-19, pemerintah memberikan bantuan dana kepada kelompok masyarakat yang paling terdampak oleh pandemi Covid-19 utamanya keluarga petani miskin, janda tua dan orang jompo yang tidak mampu secara ekonomi. Ketiga, penawaran BLT-Dana desa dirancang untuk membantu kelompok masyarakat miskin pedesaan sebagai pelaku usaha di desa dengan orientasi untuk tetap menjalankan usaha dari segi ekonomi agar tidak sampai menutup usahanya.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk lebih memahami keberadaan industri kreatif sebagai talenta baru yang diproyeksikan memicu daya saing daerah Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Pengangguran, kemiskinan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan masalah klasik yang masih membutuhkan solusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa ekonomi kreatif merupakan gagasan yang diharapkan dapat menambah nilai ekonomi. Ekonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu alternatif solusi permasalahan ekonomi. Namun realisasi tersebut seringkali menemui kendala. Pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah didorong untuk membangun komitmen sekarang, memperbaiki regulasi dan memberdayakan ekonomi kreatif. Hal ini memungkinkan adanya ekonomi kreatif untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan meningkatkan daya saing daerah dan nasional.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate how the readiness of employees to adapt to changing circumstances influences the performance of their employers through proactive behavior. Being prepared to deal with change can result in aggressive behavior during implementing the company's Financial Budget System (SIGAKU), which will significantly influence the workforce's performance. Saturated samples use as the method of sampling, and a total of 80 people served as research samples. These individuals comprise lecturers and employees at Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin State Islamic University, responsible for implementing SIGAKU. Method of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square approach. According to the findings, being ready to deal with change directly impacts performance; being prepared to deal with change also positively affects proactive behavior, and aggressive behavior positively impacts performance. However, proactive behavior does not mediate the relationship between performance and readiness to deal with change

Abstract

There is a scarcity of credible Islamic human resources who are not only professionals in banking operations but also understand, animate, and implement Islamic teachings in a comprehensive way. The purpose of this research is to show whether the Islamic work ethic is universal and to analyze whether the Islamic work ethic influences organizational commitment. The research method uses descriptive analysis and simple linear regression using SPSS. The results of his research are that the Islamic work ethics of bank employees show a high value scale (good) and that Islamic work ethics have a significantly positive effect on the organizational commitment of conventional banks and Islamic banks

Abstract

Along with the development of technology and business trends that are constantly changing, an entrepreneur must keep moving and be able to adapt quickly to remain competitive and survive in an increasingly competitive market. Creativity and innovation are important keys to making the most of information technology in business. Utilization of information technology and social media can help entrepreneurs improve business efficiency and effectiveness, expand market reach, increase consumer involvement, and speed up the transaction process. Therefore, entrepreneurs need to learn and understand how to use information technology and social media properly and effectively in their business. Community service activities that focus on product marketing training through social media are very important activities to help entrepreneurs increase sales of their products. In today's digital era, marketing through social media is becoming increasingly important because many consumers actively use social media as a means to find and buy products. Through this training activity, participants are expected to be able to understand the concept of entrepreneurship and digital marketing in depth, and be able to optimize the use of social media to increase sales of their products.
