Abstract

Provinsi Riau memiliki 237 Puskesmas dari 12 Kabupaten yang telah ditetapkan sebagai puskesmas yang menerapkan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD), namun diantara 12 Kabupaten tersebut terdapat 4 Kabupaten yang belum menerapkan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD) salah satunya adalah Kabupaten Bengkalis. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkalis telah ditetapkan menjadi Puskemas yang sudah layak untuk menerapkan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah, tetapi sampai saat ini masih belum diterapkan di Puskesmas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hambatan dalam penerapan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD) Puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkalis. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dilakukan dengan telaah dokumen serta wawancara mendalam kepada 7 orang informan yang terdiri dari Kepala Dinas Kesehatan, Kepala Bidang Pelayanan Kesehatan, Kepala Puskesmas, Bendahara Penerimaan dan Bendahara Pengeluaran. Lokasi Penelitian yaitu di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bengkalis, Puskesmas Bengkalis dan Puskesmas Selat Baru. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari 22 Maret –20 April 2022. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hambatan dalam penerapan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD) Puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkalis dikarenakan tidak tersedianya sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan belum disahkan regulasi untuk membentuk SOP mengenai penerapan PPK-BLUD. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskesmas agar tetap aktif berkoordinasi dan mencari solusi untuk dapat segera menerapkan kebijakan tersebut..

Abstract

On chicken coops in Nagari Tigo Jangko Village, Tanah Datar Regency, there were 7 chicken coops. Among the 7 chicken coops, researchers found a chicken coop with a total of 8000 chickens, where the hygiene of the workers and the sanitation of the cage were problematic, causing a lot of flies and affecting the surrounding community.. The purpose of this study was to analyze hygiene and density levels of laying hens cage flies in Nagari Tigo Jangko, Tanah Datar Regency. The method used was qualitative with a case study approach this research was conducted in a layer chicken coop in Nagari Tigo Jangko in May 2022 with a total of 5 informants. Data collection tools using observation sheets and fly grill, as well as data processing using triangulation techniques. The results of the study showed that the personal hygiene of the coop workers did not use PPE at all, did not regularly wash their hands with soap due to not wearing protective clothing and the skin hygiene of the workers experienced itching and for sanitation, chicken manure was cleaned once a week, there was no special reservoir for manure. , the distance of the cage is too close, which is 15 meters from the house and the unavailability of a hand washing place at the location of the cage. The result of a very high fly density level is >20. It is recommended to cage owners to provide personal protective equipment and pay more attention to cage sanitation in terms of cleaning the cage such as a place to wash hands with soap and the availability of a holding tank so as not to cause flies and cage workers to care more about personal hygiene and use personal protective equipment when working in the field.

Abstract

Behavior is a very important thing to note in dental and oral health. The behavior that people do depends on the knowledge they have. Dental and oral health is very important because if the teeth and gums are damaged and not cared for it can cause pain, interference with mastication and can interfere with other health. Good oral hygiene can be realized through good and correct knowledge and behavior in maintaining dental and oral health. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between behavior and oral health care during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Rumbai Health Center in 2021. This type of research is a quantitative study with the help of a questionnaire and the design used is a Cross Sectional Design with Accidental Sampling Techniques. The population is 1034 patients and the research sample is 91 patients. The time of the research will be carried out in October - December 2021. The independent variables in this study are knowledge, attitudes, age, education, employment, economic status, government policies while the dependent variable is dental and oral health maintenance. The results of the study showed that there was no relationship between knowledge, attitudes, age, education, employment, economic status and government policies on dental and oral health maintenance. It is hoped that it can add motivational variables and use different designs or methods. Keywords: Behavior, Dental and Oral Health
