Abstract

By carrying out Community Service (PKM) with the theme Implementation of Pancasila Values in Building Nation Unity in the Midst of Polemic Covide-19 at the Darul Furqon Ramadhan Foundation in Bogor, in addition to fulfilling the duties of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the service team also had the opportunity to provide material presentation on the implementation of the Darul Furqon Ramadhan Foundation in Bogor. Pancasil values to the management of foundations and students in the midst of the co-19 polemic while still obeying the rules set by the government. The importance of understanding and implementing Pancasila values for the foundation's management and students is needed to ensure that reducing physical contact and going out of the house is one of the things included in applying the value of the Pancasila of the Indonesian Unity. Pancasila as the basis of the state and also as a characteristic of the Indonesian nation cannot be separated from community activities in carrying out daily activities as well as in handling a problem. Therefore, a deeper understanding of the values of Pancasila is the most important thing in the pre-emptive effort so that the board administrators and students at the Darul Furqon Ramadhan Foundation. does not violate government regulations related to the settlement and handling of Covid-19 in Indonesia. At the end of the Community Service activity, it was closed with a photo with the head of the foundation, students, local residents and D3 lecturer at the University of Pamulang Secretariat. Hopefully what has been done together can bring blessings to all of us, it is never too late to fulfill our duties and responsibilities to move forward together to maintain a sense of unity and mutual ownership.Keywords: Pancasila Values, National Unity, and Covid-19 Polemic

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn educational institutions, both schools and educational foundations have formulated and implemented a code of ethics for students, a system of norms, values and written professional rules that explicitly state what is right and good and what is not good for professionals. and also the values of Pancasila. But in reality, there is still a lack of awareness of students to obey existing regulations. And parents also blame educational institutions for the moral decline of students. Therefore, efforts are needed to restore these conditions, by teaching and reminding students of the importance of learning the values of Pancasila in ethics to instill good morals, this cannot be separated from the participation of parents and teachers.The method of implementing Community Service activities is dialogue-participatory education by explaining the importance of learning the values of Pancasila in ethics at the Ruhama Pesantren and Orphanage,. In addition, this activity also involves Foundation educators who have been teaching ethics to students.The results of this activity the students were explained about the application of Pancasila values in ethics. Besides that, it also raises the awareness of students to apply ethics at the Ruhama Pesantren and Orphanage, because the value of Pancasila in ethics should be the main goal in the education system in Indonesia. So that students become moral and ethical. Keywords: ethics, Pancasila, students ABSTRAK Di lembaga pendidikan, baik di sekolah-sekolah maupun yayasan pendidikan telah merumuskan dan menerapkan kode etik peserta didik yaitu suatu sistem norma, nilai dan juga aturan profesional tertulis yang secara tegas menyatakan apa yang benar dan baik dan apa yang tidak benar dan tidak baik bagi profesional dan juga nilai-nilai Pancasila. Namun pada kenyataannya, masih kurangnya kesadaran para peserta didik untuk mentaati peraturan yang ada. Dan orang tua pun menyalahkan lembaga pendidikan akan penurunan moral peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk memulihkan kondisi tersebut, dengan mengajarkan dan mengingatkan kembali kepada peserta didik akan pentingnya mempelajari nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam beretika untuk menanamkan moral yang baik, hal ini tidak luput dari peran serta orang tua dan para pengajar.  Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat bersifat edukasi dialog-partisipatif dengan cara menerangkan mengenai pentingnya mempelajari nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam beretika di Yayasan Pesantren dan Rumah Yatim Ruhama. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga melibatkan pendidik Yayasan  yang selama ini telah mengajarkan etika kepada peserta didik.Hasil kegiatan ini para peserta didik dijelaskan mengenai penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam beretika. Disamping itu juga menumbuhkan kesadaran peserta didik untuk menerapkan etika di Yayasan Pesantren dan Rumah Yatim Ruhama, karena nilai Pancasila dalam beretika sudah seharusnya menjadi tujuan utama dalam sistem pendidikan di Indonesia. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has brought changes in teaching activities in the school environment, as well as teaching and learning activities (KBM) within the Jame Pekojan Islamic Education Foundation which are carried out online at their respective homes. At times like this, there needs to be more intense coordination between the head of the foundation and staff, staff and staff and staff and students. Coordination can run well if done with good communication. Good communication is communication that is carried out in two directions and conveys messages from the sender of the message to the recipient of the message, for example messages from the chairman of the foundation to staff, messages from staff to staff, or messages from staff to students. Although learning activities are carried out online, there are some staff who sometimes have to come to the Foundation to complete work that cannot be done at home, so the Health protocol must be implemented while outside the home. The COVID-19 prevention health protocols include the 5M, namely: wearing masks, washing hands with soap and running water, maintaining a minimum distance of 1 meter, staying away from crowds and limiting mobilization and interaction. The foundation must socialize the prevention by using a persuasive approach so that staff, educators, students and all parties within the Jame Pekojan Islamic Education Foundation can get used to and be disciplined in carrying out health protocols. Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic, Health Protocols, Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) ABSTRAK Kewirausahaan merupakan trend yang terus mengalami perubahan sesuai dengan kemajuan zaman dan kecanggihan teknologi sehingga menjadikan masyarakat Desa Sukarame Carita tidak hanya harus bisa menguasai ilmu kewirausahaan (hardskills), tetapi lebih dari itu juga harus menguasai kemampuan lunak (softskills) dalam hal berkomunikasi. Kemampuan softskills komunikasi memungkinkan seseorang untuk bersaing ketika memasuki dunia usaha. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini memberikan edukasi berupa pelatihan bertujuan untuk membangun konstruksi proposisi dalam menjelaskan tentang peningkatan kemampuan softskill komunikasi dalam berwirausaha. Wirausahawan atau entreprenership merupakan orang yang siap dan berani menerima risiko serta dapat mengambil peluang usaha di berbagai kesempatan. Wirausahawan selalu berpikir untuk mencari keuntungan dan selalu berkembang dengan cara mencari dan memanfaatkan peluang usaha yang ada. Pelatihan soft skill komunikasi untuk materi pengembangan jiwa kewirausahaan diperlukan oleh masyarakat agar mereka tetap semangat dalam melakukan kegiatan usahanya tanpa khawatir untuk terus melakukan pengembangan usahanya. Untuk mencapai tujuan kegiatan ini digunakan metode pelatihan dengan cara memberi penjelasan tentang materi kewirausahaan dan pengembangan jiwa kewirausaahaan dengan berbagai contoh serta berdiskusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam kegiatan usahanya. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilakukan dengan cara edukasi dalam memberikan pelatihan sehingga dapat mengolah informasi dari masyarakat dan dari beberapa hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) terkait dengan melatih kemampuan softskills berkomunikasi. Hasil yang didapat dalam edukasi pelatihan ini adalah akan adanya rasa tanggung jawab, komitmen, berani mengambil resiko, dan berorientasi pada tindakan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan softskill berkomunikasi dalam berwirausaha. Kata Kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Protokol Kesehatan, Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this Community Service activity is to see how the management of organic waste at the Clean Griya Asri Integrated Waste Disposal Site in Pamulang Subdistrict. Then also to understand about the benefits of the existing Waste Bank. The method used in this activity is the delivery of material and discussions with the local community. The conclusion of this service is that the Pamulang University academic community, which in this case is coordinated by the Secretarial Study Program lecturers by involving students and the community, can maximize their duties and responsibilities regarding how to educate the public and students about the importance of good and correct waste management through waste banks, so that provide great benefits for people's lives, especially benefits in the economic field. Keywords: Synergy, Waste Bank, Environment. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pengelolaan sampah organik di Tempat Pembuangan Sampah Terpadu Griya Bersih Asri di Kecmatan Pamulang ini. Kemudian juga untuk memahami mengenai manfaat dari Bank Sampah yang sudah ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian materi dan diskusi dengan masyarakat setempat. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah bahwa civitas akademika Universitas Pamulang yang dalam hal ini dikoordinir oleh dosen Program Studi Sekretari dengan melibatkan mahasiswa dan masyarakat dapat memaksimalkan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya mengenai bagaimana mengedukasi masyarakat dan juga mahasiswa tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang baik dan benar melalui bank sampah, sehingga memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi kehidupan masyarakat, khususnya manfaat dalam bidang ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Sinergi, Bank Sampah, Lingkungan Hidup.

Abstract

This research will analyze the increase in judges' salaries and its impact on fair decisions for justice seekers. Furthermore, it also aims to analyze what aspects need to be considered to achieve the ideal goal of the criminal justice process so that judges' decisions can fulfill a sense of justice. The method used in this study is the normative juridical writing method using secondary data obtained through literature study. The results of the study indicate that with an adequate salary increase, judges can focus more on their duties to provide fair decisions and are not tempted by external factors that can affect their independence. In addition, there are several aspects that need to be considered so that the criminal justice process can produce decisions that fulfill a sense of justice, including decisions must be based on the principle of substantive justice, namely justice that considers the material aspects of the case, not just formal procedures. Then there is also consistent application of the law, transparency and accountability. And no less important is respect for human rights. Thus, increasing judges' salaries can be one effort to improve the quality of law enforcement and justice in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan agar masyarakat khusunya pada SMA Bakti Mulya 400, Jakarta dapat menggunakan dan memahami pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam membangun literasi digital yang aman dan sehat melalui sosialisasi. Hak ini dikarekan pendidikan merupakan pondasi kemajuan suatu negara. Selain dilakukan secara manual, di era saat ini pendidikan dapat dilakukan melalui sarana digital. Literasi digital mencakup kemampuan berkomunikasi, belajar dan berpikir kritis sebagai inspirasi dalam berkompetisi secara digital. Dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, gerakan literasi tidak hanya dilakukan melalui buku saja, tetapi dapat juga menggunakan media yang berbeda dari media yang sudah ada. Etika dalam internet biasa disebut dengan etika siber yakni merupakan aturan tidak tertulis yang sudah dikenal luas dalam dunia IT. Seiring berjalannya waktu, jumlah pengguna internet, khususnya pengguna media sosial semakin meningkat, meskipun tidak semua orang mengetahui cara menggunakan internet dan memanfaatkannya dengan baik. Dalam situasi ini, etika siber sangat dibutuhkan untuk mewujudkan penggunaan internet yang sehat, khususnya di kalangan remaja. Sebagai penutup, guna membangun literasi digital yang aman dan sehat bagi siswa melalui sosialisasi Etika Siber guna membangun literasi digital yang aman dan sehat bagi siswa di sekolah.

Abstract

At this time, the existence of corporations is felt to be increasingly important and strategic, in addition to being able to help turn the wheels of the economy, corporations have also reached almost all spheres of life. Corporations do not only carry out activities that aim to achieve their goals based on the provisions of the laws and regulations that govern them but in certain cases, many corporations commit criminal acts of corruption. Corruption is developing in various sectors, including state-owned companies.  The purpose of this study is to determine the criminal liability of corporations in the crime of corruption. The research method used is normative juridical, where this research was conducted by examining library materials in the form of secondary data obtained from various legal materials. The research results show the law must be interpreted as a regulation that is real and applies to all humans without exception. All acts of corruption committed by corporations must be subject to sanctions if they are contrary to applicable legal regulations. So that the law will function in order to achieve the objectives of the law, namely certainty, justice and benefit.  That that corporations are responsible as legal subjects in criminal acts of corruption. Legal subjects are not only individuals or individuals but legal entities such as corporations that can be held accountable. The existence of an error is an absolute element that can result in a corporation being held criminally responsible.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze an act that can be categorized as a money laundering crime complete with all its elements. Then also understand and analyze the relationship between money laundering crimes and corruption crimes. The research method used is the normative legal research method through literature study with the data source, namely secondary data. The research results show that the crime of money laundering cannot be separated from the original act, namely the crime of corruption. In processing a money laundering crime, it is not necessary to prove the predicate crime first, because the object of the money laundering crime is the assets resulting from the predicate crime
