Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the national economy but are often hampered by weak financial management systems. In the Pesanggrahan area, some MSME actors still mix personal and business funds and do not understand the preparation of standardized financial reports. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to provide solutions to these problems through business financial management training and 'scale-up' strategies towards a competitive business. The method used is interactive socialization and mentoring (workshop) attended by 18 MSME actors out of 30 invitees. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the importance of financial separation, recording based on Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM), and utilizing financing access such as People's Business Credit (KUR). It is hoped that this activity can encourage Pesanggrahan MSMEs to scale up and become more bankable.

Abstract

Scientific publication productivity is a crucial indicator in measuring lecturer performance and university reputation, especially in facing LAMEMBA accreditation. However, many lecturers face technical obstacles in converting research results into journal manuscripts ready for publication. This internal Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the competence of STIE Bhakti Pembangunan lecturers in compiling scientific articles based on the IMRAD structure and reference management. The implementation method uses an andragogical approach through interactive lectures, manuscript clinics, and hands-on practice attended by 28 permanent lecturers. Material management is centralized using cloud computing technology to prevent data loss. The results of the activity indicate an increase in participants' understanding and practical skills in mapping research gaps, compiling article frameworks, and using reference software automatically. This activity produced participant article drafts and e-certificates as fulfillment of administrative workloads (SIBKD). It is hoped that this program will continue with the formation of a Publication Clinic to assist the submission process to the acceptance stage in reputable journals.

Abstract

Through the introduction of Financial Decision Intelligence, the study provides an integrative theoretical perspective explaining how Artificial Intelligence transforms financial decision-making into a continuous process of strategic intelligence creation. In doing so, it offers a conceptual foundation for future empirical research and advances the understanding of how organizations can leverage AI to strengthen strategic decision capability in the digital economy. Using an Integrative Literature Review (ILR), the study synthesizes multidisciplinary literature spanning strategic management, finance, business analytics, information systems, and artificial intelligence to develop an integrated theoretical framework. This study contributes to the strategic management literature by reconceptualizing financial modelling as a dynamic organizational capability, integrating previously fragmented theoretical perspectives, and establishing a conceptual foundation for future empirical research on AI-enabled financial decision capability. Beyond its theoretical contribution, the proposed framework also offers practical guidance for organizations seeking to strengthen evidence-based financial governance, strategic adaptability, and sustainable competitive advantage in increasingly data-intensive business environments.
