Abstract

Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan besarnya pengaruh dari kompetensi dan beban kerja terhadap produktivitas pegawai dengan komitmen afektif sebagai variabel mediasi divisi produksi Gedung B line B3 PT Glostar Indonesia Sukabumi. Proses pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan google form skala likert kepada pegawai divisi produksi Gedung B line B3 PT Glostar Indonesia dengan responden sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM berbasis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai (2) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai, (3) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai yang dimediasi komitmen afektif, (4) beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai yang dimediasi komitmen afektif, (5) komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the influence of work environment and work stress on job satisfaction. This study used 54 employees of PT Indomarco Prismatama and employees of Indomaret outlets in Pancoran, South Jakarta as samples. The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 test tool. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the T test with a significance level of 5% (0.05). The research results show (1) compensation have a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction; (2) the work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction; (3) work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; and (4) compensation, work environment and work stress have a significant effect simultaneously on employee job satisfaction

Abstract

Conflict in various dimensions is part of the dynamics of national and state life, but resolving conflicts peacefully, fairly and with legal certainty and respecting Human Rights (HAM) is a target that we want to achieve together. The Indonesian Police Mobile Brigade Corps, as the bearer of responsibility for domestic security, seeks to find the best solution to resolve conflicts in various regions in Indonesia, including utilizing the results of research, thought and analysis from academics. Therefore, the activity of inviting academics to the forum is one of the strategies of the Indonesian Police Mobile Brigade Corps to obtain data and information that has so far not been disseminated by academics. On the other hand, for academics, the exchange of ideas and thoughts is an event for Community Service (PKM) with the main partner of the Indonesian Police Mobile Brigade Corps. The method used in this PKM activity is Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which is attended by PN Veteran Jakarta academy, comes from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Public Health and the Indonesian Police Mobile Brigade Corps. The results of the PKM provide advice to the POLRI Mobile Brigade Corps to collaborate with the press, present a friendly and pro-community POLRI figure, and form a buzzer to educate the public and socialize the policies of the POLRI Mobile Brigade Corps in an effort to increase awareness and awareness of the negative impacts of conflict

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the impact of work motivation, career development, and flexible working hours on work dissipation at PT Karunia Mujur, Depok City. The population of this study were employees of PT Karunia Usaha Mujur, then the sample size was determined by 34 respondents using the saturated sample method and data collected using questionnaires via google form. The analytical technique applied is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis using the statistical test tool SMARTPLS 3.2.9. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test is t test and f test using a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of this study show (1) there is no positive and insignificant effect between work motivation and work discipline; (2) there is a positive and significant effect between career development on discipline; (3) there is a positive and significant effect between flexible working hours on discipline; (4) Work motivation, career development, and flexible working hours simultaneously affect work discipline.
