In this study, a community marketing approach was carried out in the development of the Greater Cirebon Metropolitan (MCR) to anticipate environmental impacts. Metropolitan is defined as a stand-alone area or a core urban area with surrounding urban areas having functional linkages connected to an integrated regional infrastructure network system with a total population of at least one million people. The development of MCR has the concept of developing Cirebon's historical culture with the leading sectors of tourism, trade, industry and crafts. Cirebon's leading tourism sector is based on cultural, religious and culinary tourism. Featured in the industrial and handicraft sector at MCR include: Seafood processing industry, agro industry, rattan furniture, food and beverage home industry, batik, earthenware carving, shell craft, natural stone. The development of the MCR is accelerated by the ease of accessibility of transportation modes. The development of MCR leads to filling the space that has been built by the transportation network to its satellite cities. Among the activities to fill the space are the potential for superior economic business in the form of hotel services, culinary businesses, trade, industry and crafts. Community marketing can be used as an instrument to control the negative environmental impacts of the presence of buildings or economic activities that can harm the community, such as floods in the rainy season and lack of clean water during the dry season, increased waste and traffic over crowded. Alternative instruments outside the regulation are in the form of building collective awareness of various parties to prevent the impact of environmental damage from the development of Metropolitan Cirebon Raya (MCR).

Pemerintah Indonesia mencanangkan Kebijakan berupa Program Pemberdayaan Usaha Garam Rakyat (PUGAR) bertujuan memberdayakan petani garam untuk kesejahteraan dengan mengoptimalkan produksi garam dari sisi kualitas maupun kuantitas di tingkat lokal dan nasional. Masuknnya garam import yang berkualitas lebih baik menjadi ancaman bagi masyarakat pesisir pantai yang menggantungkan hidup dari produksi garam. Sebagai upaya menanggulangi dampak krisis garam yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir pantai maka menjadi penting untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kesejahteraan petani garam program PUGAR di Pesisir Pantai Utara Kabupaten Cirebon yang dikaji melalui Implementasi pada model Kebijakan Grindle yang terdiri dari isi kebijakan(contents of Policy) danpelaksanaan kebijakan(contexts of policy). PUGAR merupakan program pemberdayaan yang difokuskan pada peningkatan kesejahteraan bagi petani garam, serta peningkatan produksi dan kualitas produk garam. Isi Kebijakan(contents of Policy)PUGAR yang telah ditetapkan melalui Peraturan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan nomor 41 tahun 2011 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Mandiri Kelautan dan Perikanan yang dilakukan oleh petani garam pesisir Kab Cirebon. Pada Pelaksanaan kebijakan (Context of Policy) PUGAR,yang telah dilakukan oleh kelompok di lokasi lahan tambak garam wilayah pesisir pantai Kabupaten Cirebon ternyata produk garam yang dihasilkan Program PUGAR belum dapat mensejahterakan masyarakat disebabkan belum meratanya program PUGAR diterima oleh petani garam sehingga garam yang diproduksi belum memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan industri. Hasil penelitian Dampak Kebijakan Program PUGAR terhadap kesejahteraan petani garam di pesisir pantai kabupaten Cirebon dengan metode penelitian deskiptif analisis dan analisis data dengan statistik menunjukan pengaruh positip yang signifikan yaitu koofesien korelasi 0,845 dan koofesien determinasi 71,40 % yang artinya besarnya pengaruh implementasi kebijakan PUGAR terhadap kesejahteraan adalah 71,40 sedangkan 28,6 dipengaruhi faktor lain selain kebijakan PUGAR, dan hipotesis terbukti yaitu hasil t hitung 15,558 ˃ dari t tabel 1,661.

Penelitian dilaksanakan sebagai kajian terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan di Puskesmas Panguragan Kabupaten Cirebon yang melaksanakan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Kartu Indonesia Sehat (JKN KIS).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Implementasi Kebijakan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Kartu Indonesia Sehat (JKN KIS) dan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menghambat dan upaya mengatasi hambatan dalam Implementasi Kebijakan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Kartu Indonesia Sehat Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan masyarakat miskin. Metode penelitian didasarkan Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, Angket/Kuesioner dan Wawancara.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sempel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Simple Random Sampling, analisis data dengan menggunakan Skala Likert ke dalam kriteria penilaian presentase dan nilai jenjang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, Implementasi Kebijakan Program JKN KIS sebagai Variabel (X) berada pada katagori Baik dengan Skor 4473 dan Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan sebagai Variabel (Y) berada pada katagori Baik dengan Skor 5100. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Kebijakan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Kartu Indonesia Sehat (JKN KIS) berperan terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Kesehatan karena kedua Variabel tersebut dinyatakan Baik.

Pelayanan Pembuatan Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan Online merupakan suatu kebutuhan bagi masyarakat saat ini sebagai upaya meningkatkan investasi, maka dari itu Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Cirebon (DPMPTSP) berupaya memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan yang akan memberikan kepuasan kepada masyarakat. Pembuatan SIUP secara online belum optimal, disebabkan ada permasalahan krusial terutama ketersediaan internet sebagai media utama, sering mengalami gangguan jaringan. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi terkait prosedur pembuatan Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan online masih minim, khususnya cara mengakses maupun modul dan vitur yang ada laman tersebut tidak dipahami, dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia masih kurang memadai, mengakibatkan pelayanan tidak efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif analisis, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan pembuatan SIUP Online terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat pada DPMPTSP Kabupaten Cirebon sudah menerapkan dimensi kualitas pelayanan dengan baik walaupun belum sepenuhnya, disebabkan kurangnya sosialisasi terutama tentang modul dan vitur yang ada di laman tersebut sehingga masyarakat kesulitan dalam mengakses pelayanan SIUP secara online karena banyak yang menggunakan laman tersebut, sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan belum sesuai harapan masyarakat. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan mengatasi permasalahan adalah mengadakan sosialisasi dan mengedukasi kepada masyarakat bagaimana mengatasi kesulitan akses dan modul serta vitur pada laman tersebut. Demi meningkatkan pelayanan SIUP online disarankan menyediakan tempat bimbingan dan konsultasi agar masyarakat tidak kesulitan dalam mengakses data pada laman tersebut, meningkatkan kapasitas internet yang ada, melakukan evaluasi bulanan terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan, membuat kotak saran, dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada masyarakat pengguna jasa untuk mengetahui kepuasan masyarakat pengguna jasa.

The waters of the Java Sea are the most important capture fisheries activity areas in the coastal areas of Java in terms of the number of fishing fleets, the number of fishermen, the number of fishing industries as well as market potential and infrastructure. This study aims to describe the implementation of the policy on the availability of raw materials to meet the fish supply, especially the processing industry. This research method uses cluster analysis. The data taken include secondary and primary data. The results obtained that the policy of fulfilling the availability of fish raw materials can be done by grouping fishing ports based on operational and distribution aspects in the coastal areas of Java. Geographically, the grouping of fishing ports in the coastal areas of Java can be divided into 3 parts, namely the western, central and eastern parts. The grouping is based on the similarity level of fishing port activities. The implementation of the fisheries port connectivity system policy essentially has implications for the fisheries logistics system. The establishment of an integrated fishery logistics system is expected to overcome the problems of shortage of raw materials for the fishing industry, oversupply and decline in the quality of catches.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana dampak implementasi program Keluarga Berencana terhadap partisipasi masyarakat di Kecamatan Dukuh Puntang Kabupaten Cirebon. Ada beberapa pfaktor yang mempengaruhi ketidaksertaan masyarakat mengikui program KB seperti faktor agama, budaya, kurangnya wawasan dari masyarakat tentang mengatur jarak kekahiran, dan kurangnya penyuluhan dari penyelengara program. Berdasarkan permasalahna tersebut dapat dirumuskan masalah seberapa besar dampak Implementasi Kebijakan program Keluarga Berencana terhadap partisipasi masyarakat di kecamatan Dukuh Puntang Kabupaten Cirebon. Hipotesis yang diajukan Implementasi kebijakan Program Keluarga Berencana berpengaruh terhadap Partisipasi Masyarakat di Kecamatan Dukupuntang Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif dengan analisis data dalam penelitian dengan program SPSS for window 16,0 dan analisis kuantitatif dengan rumus korelasi pearson. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Implementasi kebijakan mempunyaai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengitu program keluarga berencana di Kecamatan Dukuhpuntang Kabupaten Cirebon. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan koofesien korelasai sebesar 0,760. Sedangkan besarnya pengaruh implementasi kebijakan terhadap partisipasi masyarakat dalam mengikuti program keluarga berencana adalah 57,8% dan sisanya sebesar 42,2 % dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

In the digital era, social media has revolutionized the way we communicate and interact, having a significant impact on intellectual property (IP) law. Social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok have blurred the lines between private and public spaces, creating new challenges in implementing and enforcing IP laws. This research aims to explore various legal strategies the importance of legal awareness education among social media users, and the role of technology in supporting intellectual property law enforcement. The research method used is a normative research method to investigate the impact of social media on intellectual property law. The results of the analysis show that social media influences the perception and application of IP law, including issues of privacy and the management of personal and social boundaries. A deep understanding of the dynamics of social media and IP law is critical to ensuring copyright and intellectual property protection in an increasingly connected world. The importance of intellectual property law in the digital era lies not only in the protection of copyrights and patents but also in the adaptation and evolution of the law to address new challenges arising from technological developments. Intellectual property law in today's digital era cannot be ignored. Hybrid working models have become an increasing phenomenon, triggered by developments in information technology and the changing needs of organisations. The concept combines in-office and remote working, offering flexibility that is expected to improve employee well-being and productivity. While there is a wealth of research on hybrid working models, there is a lack of understanding about the experiences of Human Resources (HR) in this context, particularly in relation to the impact on their behaviour and performance. This is important to study given the challenges and opportunities that arise in this transition. This research offers a new perspective by focusing on the direct experiences of employees in a hybrid working model, providing deep insights into how this approach affects their daily behaviour and performance. This research aims to explore and analyse HR experiences in hybrid working models and their impact on employee behaviour and performance across different industry sectors. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and focus group techniques. Data was collected from 30 participants from various industry backgrounds and analysed using thematic analysis techniques. Results show that hybrid working models provide significant benefits in improving work-life balance, but also present challenges in terms of communication and collaboration. Employees who adapted well to this model showed improvements in individual performance and job satisfaction. The findings of this study have important implications for HR management and organisational policy development.

This study aims to analyze the influence of supervision on employee work discipline at the Cirebon Regency Housing, Residential Areas, and Land Agency. Supervision is understood as an organizational control mechanism that includes direct and indirect supervision, while work discipline includes preventive and corrective discipline. The study used a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique with all 79 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. The results showed that supervision was in the "good" category with an average value of 3.70, while work discipline showed an average value of 3.85. The path analysis showed that supervision had a positive and significant influence on employee work discipline. These results confirm that strengthening supervision—both direct and indirect—plays an important role in improving employee work discipline. These findings contribute to the development of internal supervision policies in regional apparatus organizations.
