Abstract

Abstrak. Anak berkebutuhan khusus merupakan anak spesial yang memerlukan bantuan dalam tumbuhkembangnya. Bantuan yang sangat diandalkan adalah dari orangtua, namun kadangkala orangtua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus seringkali mengalami stress dan depresi dan ada perasaan tidak menerima bahwa orangtua memiliki anak yang demikian, oleh sebab itu orangtua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus memerlukan bantuan dari orang lain khususnya konselor dalam meningkatkan efikasi diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan Literatur Sistematic Review (LSR) dengan teknik PRISMA. Di awal peneliti mencari jurnal dari sumber terpercaya, yakni SAGE, Science Direct, dan Proqust dengan jumlah awal 392 artikel setelah melalui proses melalui metode PRISMA hasil akhir dari artikel yang diperoleh berdasarkan kualifikasi yang telah ditentukan, yang berkaitan dengan layanan konseling bagi orangtua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus yang berkaitan dengan efikasi diri didaptkan 9 artikel yang dapat dikaji dan berkaitan dengan variabel yang akan dibahas. Dari kajian jurnal yang ada, maka didapatkan bahwa layanan konseling individual dapat membantu orangtua yang memiliki anak berkebutuhan khusus untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri orangtua. Abstract. Children with special needs are special children who need help in their growth and development. Very reliable help is from parents, but sometimes parents who have children with special needs often experience stress and depression and there is a feeling of not accepting that parents have such children, therefore parents who have children with special needs need help from other people, especially counselors in increase self-efficacy. This study uses a Literature Systematic Review (LSR) with the PRISMA technique. At the beginning the researchers looked for journals from reliable sources, namely SAGE, Science Direct, and Proqust with an initial number of 392 articles after going through the process through the PRISMA method. with special needs related to self-efficacy, there were 9 articles that could be studied and related to the variables to be discussed. From a review of existing journals, it was found that individual counseling services can help parents who have children with special needs to improve parental self-efficacy.

Abstract

Every santri (student in an Islamic boarding school) has the same rights in achieving education, attention, and affection. All pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) ideally encourage santri to develop spiritual well-being. However, not all pesantren provide psycho-Sufistic counseling. This descriptive qualitative study aims to describe the implementation of psycho-Sufistic Islamic counseling at pesantren Qudsiyah Kudus. The data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction and categorization, data display, and conclusion. This study found that implementing Islamic counseling with a psycho-Sufistic approach at pesantren Qudsiyah Kudus could strengthen four domains of spiritual well-being santri, namely personal, communal, environmental, and transcendental. In the personal domain, santri showed sensitivity to self-identity, self-awareness, happiness in life, inner peace mentally and spiritually, and making sense of life. While in the communal domain, santri developed in terms of loving someone, forgiving others, believing in others, respecting others, and doing good to others. In addition, from the environmental domain, santri transformed the characters of uniting with nature, be amazed by God's creatures, blend with the natural environment, feel a sense of wonder with the environment, and harmony with the environment. Lastly, from the transcendental domain, santri improved spirituality such as worship God, pray to God, have faith in God, always being grateful, and praying for God's pleasure.

Abstract

In the field of education, all aspects of education should align with the goals of national education. Education has a significant impact on human development, especially in the era of globalization, to develop academic skills, students' personalities, and mastery of knowledge and technology in accordance with the needs and developments of the working world. Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Semarang is a vocational state university in the maritime field that implements a one-year full-time internship program for bachelor's and Diploma-IV degrees. This internship program, also known as sea practice, is carried out by cadets on board ships to apply the lessons they have learned during their maritime studies. During the sea practice, the institution continuously monitors the progress of the cadets from a distance to assess their performance during the internship period. In this era of globalization and digitization, information systems are rapidly developing. The integration of information can be implemented in sea practice to prevent and address the educational and maritime testing issues that often arise at the central, regional, and cadet levels. PIP Semarang provides remote monitoring facilities through an application-based system. The observations have shown that this monitoring method can enhance competence, communication, and problem-solving skills. In further development, the application will be aligned with the digitalization-based education management.
