Abstract

 This study aims to examine the factors that influence the number of tourists who visit Tanjung Pasir Beach, the economic value of tourism, and the impact of tourism on Tangerang Regency's economy. A survey was used in this study, with 77 visitors, 15 businessmen, and a tourism manager responding to the survey. The Tanjung Pasir Beach was selected intentionally as the location for the research. The collection of data was conducted in January - February 2023. This study employed the travel cost, multiple linear regression, and Keynesian multiplier effect as data analysis techniques. The findings revealed that visitors spent IDR102,493.51 per individual per visit on transportation. Distance, age, income, travel costs, facilities, and infrastructure are all factors that influence the number of tourist visits. The result of the calculation of travel cost using TCM on Tanjung Pasir Beach has a yearly economic value of IDR 44,801,325,052. The multiplier effect is used to estimate the economic impact of Tanjung Pasir Beach tourism, which has a direct impact of IDR 193,031,663.83 per month, an indirect impact of IDR 116,505,417.50 per month, and a secondary impact of IDR 80,166,666.67 per month. Tanjung Pasir Beach tourism still has a low impact on the economy because the Keynesian income multiplier value is 0.04. Key words: economic impact, economic value, tourism, travel cost

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cost of production, added value, internal and external factors and operational strategies of Lampung SR Coffee Agroindustry. This research is a case study involving respondents  of agroindustry owners, employees, and consumers and addition to lecturers of agribusiness and employees at the Department of Industry and Trade of Lampung Province. The data was  analyzed quantitative descriptively by cost of goods manufactured and added value and qualitative descriptively by SWOT analysis .  The result showed that the production cost of  Lampung SR Coffee Agroindustry was IDR45,938/kg to IDR106,856/kg.  The added value generated was IDR17,241.75/kg – IDR103,385.89/kg. After knowing the total value of internal factors and externals factor, it was known that the agroindustry was in quadrant I (growth).  The strategy that might be implemented was to expand  the marketing areas, increase production and carry out by online marketing using promotion and business development by utilizing its strengths. Key words : added value, agroindustry, operational strategy, production cost

Abstract

This study aims to analyze delivery time, the percentage of logistics costs to product prices, and inventory management. This research is a case study at PD Semangat Jaya of Pesawaran District, Lampung Province. Data for this research was collected from November to December 2022.  Objectives 1 was analyzed using OTIF (On time in Full) method.  Objective was analyzed using data tabulation.  While objective 3 was analyzed using FIFO (First in First Out) approach.   Respondents in this study consisted of 1 owner, 1 field supervisors, and 1 administrative staff. The study suggests that the delivery time for tapioca flour from June to November started from 77.77% to 100%, so that the average delivery time for tapioca flour delivery to a trading company (PD.  Semangat Jaya) was 85.88%, which was consider to be good. for the delivery of a product.  The percentage of logistics costs for sending tapioca starch varies in each region, ranging from 33.26% to 33.46%, so that the average logistics cost is 33.33% of the selling price of tapioca flour.  The value of the final inventory of tapioca flour for one year in this company is Rp. 24,979,500,000.00.
