Abstract

The main problem responded by partners is Karang Taruna as a business effort in Warnasari, one of which has not yet formed a commitment to make partnerships in planning in its area, because of the lack of resources and capital owned.The purpose of this community service program is to educate business actors related to the potential of existing agrotourism with the resources needed to build partnerships through private-public partnerships needed to develop existing tourism potential.The methodology of implementation in community service is divided into 3 (three) The result of community service activities in the village of Warnasari, Pangalengan Sub-district, Bandung Regency, was to build a public private partnership so that forming an MOU also gained the ability to manage tourism in the village of Warnasari, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency.The impact of community service activities is the assistance of youth organizations as an aid to businesses and village apparatus in developing existing potential through private public partnerships developed by the MOU.The benefit of community service activities is the achievement of the welfare of the people of Warnasari Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency, with tourism support in the area.

Abstract

Abstrak Penulisan Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Toserba Griya Di Kabupaten Subang. penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah suatu jenis penelitian yang pada dasarnya menggunakan pendekatan deduktif-induktif. Pendekatan ini berangkat dari suatu kerangka teori, gagasan para ahli, maupun pemahaman peneliti berdasarkan pengalamannya, kemudian dikembangkan menjadi permasalahan- permasalahan beserta pemecahannya yang diajukan untuk memperoleh pembenaran (verifikasi) atau penilaian dalam bentuk dukungan data empiris di lapangan. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang diambil dari populasi harus betul-betul representatif (mewakili). Maka sampel yang dipilih adalah 85 orang, dengan dasar pertimbangan dapat mewakili terhadap subjek penelitian yang akan di teliti dengan alsan bahwa ke 85 orang konsumen ini adalah konsumen yang intens dalam sehari yang berkunjung ke Toserba Griya Kabupaten Subang. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dapat diartikan sebagai metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivasme (filsafat positisme memandnag realitas/gejala fenomena itu dapat di klasifikasikan, relative tetap, konkrit, teramati, terukur dan hubungan gejala bersifat sebab akibat) digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, teknik pengambilan sampel pada umumnya dilakukan secara random, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif/statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian yaitu : 1) Pada variabel kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan hasil jawaban responden maka dari itu berarti kualitas pelayanan memiliki keyakinan terhadap kualitas pelayanan tersebut, karena dengan kualitas pelayanan mampu memberikan dampak yang baik bagi loyalitas pelanggan yang maksimal kepada Toserba Griya. 2) Pada variabel loyalitas pelanggan, berdasarkan jawaban responden atas instrument penelitian dengan adanya loyalitas pelanggan terhadap Toserba Griya yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak usaha. Apabila dalam hal tersebut memperhatikan kualitas pelanggan yang baik.maka loyalitas pelangganpun akan jauh lebih baik dan menguntungkan Toserba Griya bila Kualitas Pelayanan dengan baik. 3) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan mempengaruhi variabel loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 72,1% dan sisanya sebesar 29,9% yang diperkirakan dipengaruhi faktor tersebut tidak diteliti oleh lebih lanjut oleh peneliti melainkan dapat diteliti oleh peneliti lain sebagai salah satu acuan untuk diteliti lebih lanjut lagi. Kata kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Loyalitas Pelanggan Abstract This thesis aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty of Toserba Griya in Subang Regency. This research is a quantitative research method. Quantitative research is a type of research that basically uses a deductive-inductive approach. This approach departs from a theoretical framework, the ideas of experts, as well as the understanding of researchers based on their experiences, then it is developed into problems and their solutions that are proposed to obtain justification (verification) or an assessment in the form of support for empirical data in the field. In this study, the sample taken from the population must be truly representative. So the selected sample is 85 people, on the basis of consideration that they can represent the research subjects to be examined with the reason that the 85 consumers are intense consumers in a day who visit Toserba Griya, Subang Regency. Quantitative research methods can be defined as a research method based on the philosophy of positivasm (philosophy of positism views the reality / symptoms of a phenomenon that can be classified, relatively fixed, concrete, observable, measurable and causal symptom relationships) are used to research on a particular population or sample, The sampling technique is generally carried out randomly, data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative / statistical in nature with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The results of the study are: 1) In the variable service quality based on the results of the respondent's answer, it means that the service quality has confidence in the quality of the service, because the quality of service is able to have a good impact on maximum customer loyalty to Toserba Griya. 2) On the customer loyalty variable, based on the respondent's answer to the research instrument with customer loyalty to borneo coffee that has been determined by the business. If you pay attention to good customer quality, then customer loyalty will be much better and benefit Toserba Griya if the service quality is good. 3) Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it shows that the variable service quality affects the customer loyalty variable by 72.1% and the remaining 29.9% which is estimated to be influenced by these factors is not investigated further by researchers but can be examined by other researchers as a reference. to be investigated further. Abstract

Based on the results of the situation analysis, there are several problems with Youth Karang Taruna, Cigadung Village, Cibeunying Kaler District, Bandung City, namely: Low knowledge and understanding of digital literacy and low Digital Literacy Ability to become Smart Vlogers in order to become a productive generation. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge, understanding and ability about the Importance of Digital Literacy through Creativity Development to become a Smart Vloger as well as strengthening community social institutions in preventing online violence and cyber crime in people's lives, creating independence and a productive generation. The methods used are socialization and counseling, training, mentoring, and technical guidance. As a result of PKM activities, it is hoped that the Youth Karang Taruna, Cigadung Village, Cibeunying Kaler District, Bandung City will know, understand digital literacy, and be able to use internet digital media literacy skills safely in updating writing on the platforms they created to become Smart Vlogers to strengthen institutions. society in preventing online violence and cyber crime in people's lives, creating independence and a productive generation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Antapani Kidul Kecamatan Antapani Kota Bandung yang meneliti tentang implementasi Kebijakan Walikota Bandung No. 76 tahun 2021 tentang Tata Cara Pendataan Sasaran Keluaraga Penerima Manfaat Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) yang dilaksanakan oleh Kelurahan Antapani Kidul kepada Masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan dalam pendataan yang tidak berdasarkan kepada petunjuk pelaksana dan tidak tepat sasarannya program bantuan ini, yang pada masa sebelum pandemi Covid-19 lebih diprioritaskan untuk warga yang miskin. Setelah pandemi Covid-19 diprioritaskan untuk warga miskin yang terdampak Covid-19. Penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui tugas dan fungsi serta hambatan dan bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan oleh Kelurahan Antapani Kidul dalam rangka penyelesaian permasalahan ketidaktepatan sasaran dari program Bantuan Sosial dilingkungan Kelurahan Antapani Kidul. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode ini dipilih karena untuk menentukan cara, mngumpulkan dan menganalisis data. Alat yang diukur dalam penelitian ini antara lain komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, struktur birokrasi terhadap Implementasi Kebijakan Walikota Bandung No. 76 tahun 2021 tentang Tata Cara Pendataan Sasaran Keluaraga Penerima Manfaat Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST). Dengan sumber data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dan kemudian dilakukan analisis data dan uji validitas dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pada umumnya telah terlaksana dengan cukup baik, namun masih ditemui beberapa permasalahan dalam pengimplementasiaannya diantaranya masih banyak warga yang belum terdata untuk mendapatkan program Bantuan Langsung Tunai ini. Lalu terkait dengan struktur birokrasi yang masih belum banyak mengetahui tentang petunjuk pelaksanaan tentang Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST).Kata Kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Bantuan Sosial Tunai, Komunikasi, Struktur Birokrasi, Implementasi Kebijakan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse the effect of organisational culture and learning organisation on organisational performance at Bandar Lampung Customs and Excise. The sample used in this study was 51 respondents from a total population of 145 employees of Bandar Lampung Customs and Excise. The data collection method was obtained directly using a questionnaire to Bandar Lampung Customs and Excise employees. The data in this study were processed using multiple linear regression analysis using the help of the SPSS v 22 programme. The results of this study indicate that: there is a positive and significant effect of organisational culture on organisational performance, there is a positive and significant effect of learning organisation on organisational performance, organisational culture and learning organisation together have a positive and significant effect on organisational performance at Bandar Lampung Customs and Excise. This means that if organisational culture and learning organisation are jointly improved, organisational performance will also improve.

Abstract

Research objectives to analyze the effectiveness of policy networks, strategies to face CSR problems in the city of Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the SWOT analysis method. The results of the study were the effectiveness of policy networks in CSR in Bandung, emphasizing strategy; S-O synchronization of the CSR program with the RPJMD (company program with ISO 26000: 2010 standard), strong regulations from the central, provincial and district/city levels; W-O strategy to strengthen coordination between stakeholders, academics and the community in CSR coordination meetings with related parties; S-T strategy of consolidation, integration, synchronization of company regulations and government programs, strengthening of the CSR Forum, enforcement of regulations on CSR, strengthening of regulations from head office to branch offices; The Regional Government's W-T strategy is to supervise, tighten CSR regulations, synergize communication between governments and companies, use internet technology, socialize and disseminate to related institutions, meetings and summons of CSR-related parties. The effectiveness of the Policy Network in CSR in Bandung City has the opportunity to develop by being obliged by law for companies to implement CSR that cares about environmental conservation, public awareness, regional autonomy, competent parties participate in participatory decision-making processes, democracyin realizing sustainable development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility CSR) in the perspective of academic, business, and government (government) cooperation by PT. Telkom, Indonesia Tbk in District Kiaracondong Bandung. The research used qualitative descriptive method. The informants were chosen purposively which included representatives of companies, recipient communities, and local government apparatus. Data collection techniques were conducted through a series of in-depth interviews, field observations and documentary studies. The study found that CSR implementation through the empowerment of women in the process involves elements of academia and local government, so that the implementation shows the success and impact on the benefits felt by the community as reflected in the empowerment index. Based on the results of the study recommended that the company establish cooperation also with the district level government.

Abstract

The problem of dirty water flooding in the Antapani Tengah Village environment is one of the environmental problems that often occurs in the city of Bandung. The dirty water flood that occurred in Antapani Tengah Village was due to dense housing, so that water absorption was decreasing because the catchment area was covered by buildings, the behavior of the community in disposing of garbage, and the lack of coordination between the community and related agencies regarding handling flood problems. The problem of flooding cannot be handled by one institution, therefore efforts should be made to find solutions to the problem through institutional collaboration. Village Community Institutions are government partners who have the duty to maintain and preserve the values ​​of life based on mutual cooperation and kinship, containing the obligations of citizens regarding harmony, security and environmental comfort. The Community Partnership Program implemented aims to help solve environmental problems, namely by providing competency improvement through collaboration programs for LKD, with the aim that LKD is able to transmit knowledge to the community so that the community has the same knowledge, knows program planning, and is able to manage collaborative governance on how to manage collaboration in dealing with environmental problems, especially in handling flood problems and waste management.

Abstract

The issuance of Regional Regulation No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Spatial Planning of the City of Bandung in 2011-2031, became a direction for the Bandung city government in carrying out spatial planning for the city of Bandung which is growing rapidly so that it has an impact on the emergence of various city problems that require solutions. BAPPELITBANG Bandung city as a regional apparatus is tasked with facilitating the development of infrastructure and regional areas which includes the planning, implementation and evaluation process of implementation. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of systematic evaluation of policies at BAPPELITBANG Bandung (study: Perda No.18 of 2011 concerning the RTRW of Bandung City in 2011-2031). The research method uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of this regional regulation is quite good, it can be seen from good planning and has been implemented, but there are also plans that have been implemented but still cannot solve the problems that exist in the city of Bandung, especially in infrastructure development and regional development so that revisions must be made in the city of Bandung. this regulation.
