Abstract

ABSTRACT  The objectives of this research are to investigate whether or not there is a significant effects of: (1) the administration of reinforcement on the learning achievement in the subject matter of Conducting the Administration Procedures; (2) the independent learning on the learning achievement in the subject matter of Conducting the Administration Procedures; and (3) the administration reinforcement and the independent learning simultaneously on the learning achievement in the subject matter of Conducting the Administration Procedures. This research used the descriptive quantitative method. The population of the research was all of the students as many as 86 in Grade X of the Office Administration Skill Program of Vocational High School Batik 2 of Surakarta in Academic Year 2012/2013. The samples of the research were 60% of the population or 51 students, and were taken by using the proportional random sampling technique. The data of the research were gathered through questionnaire and documentation. They were then analyzed by using the statistical test with the correlation and multiple regression technique of analysis. The results of the research are as follows: (1) there is a significant effect of the administration of reinforcement on the learning achievement in the subject matter of Conducting the Administration Procedures of the students in Grade X of the Office Administration Skill Program of Vocational High School Batik 2 of Surakarta in Academic Year 2012/2013 as indicated by the value of rcount = 0.468 > rtable = 0.276 at the significance level of 5%; (2) there is a significant effect of the independent learning on the learning achievement in the subject matter of Conducting the Administration Procedures of the students in Grade X of the Office Administration Skill Program of Vocational High School Batik 2 of Surakarta in Academic Year 2012/2013 as shown by the value of rcount = 0.525 > rtable = 0.276 at the significance level of 5%; and (3) there is a simultaneously significant effect of the administration reinforcement and the independent learning on the learning achievement in the subject matter of Conducting the Administration Procedures of the students in Grade X of the Office Administration Skill Program of Vocational High School Batik 2 of Surakarta in Academic Year 2012/2013 as pointed out by the value of Fcount = 20.195 > rtable = 3.191 at the significance level of 5%. In Addition, the other finding of the research is ? = 27.581 + 0.322 X1 + 0.489 X2, meaning that on average the learning achievement in the subject matter of Conducting the Administration Procedures will increase or decrease as much as 0.489 for each unit of increase or decrease in the independent learning. The relative contribution of the administration of reinforcement toward the learning achievement is as much as 43.82%, and that of the independent learning toward the learning achievement is as much as 56.18%. In addition, the effective contribution of the administration of reinforcement toward the learning achievement is as much as 20.02%, and that of the independent learning toward the learning achievement is much as 25.68%. Keywords: The administration of reinforcement, independent learning, and learning achievement.

Abstract

Introduction: The condition of covid infects all walks of life, not worrying for children. The role of the family is needed to maintain the resilience of children in preventing the transmission of covid 19 Objectives: This research aims to review the importance of Family Center Care to Increase child resilience during the covid 19 pandemic. Methods: This research applied a literature study. Literature was searched from 4 databases, namely Google Scholar, PubMed (NCBI). Results: Family Center Care is an approach applied for children during the COVID-19 pandemic condition. Its implementation requires parents to do their roles to provide various matters to improve the knowledge, skills, capabilities, health, understanding, and prevention of COVID-19. On the other hand, it has a procedural challenge that could be solved by parents by applying an excellent coping strategy. Conclusions:  Family Center Care is an excellent approach for children in this COVID-19 pandemic. The research focus was to observe the parents that were the closest people to children. Their existences could facilitate the psychological needs for security and quality of health. The family center cares actively involve parents and identifies or facilitates the most appropriate need for children in minimizing the children's anxiety.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis pada siswa sehingga mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Dalam hal ini, solusi yang dapat diberikan adalah dengan menerapkan model project based learning kepada siswa agar dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir.Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan unntuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dengan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (projectbased learning). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI 9 SMA Negeri 21 Surabaya semester dua tahunpelajaran2023/2024 dengan jumlah siswa 35 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian inimenggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan tes untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar wawancara, lembar observasi serta soal tes tertulis. Teknik analisis data yang menggunakan cara kuantitatif deskrptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa selama dilakukan penelitian yang ditunjukan dengan data kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada siklus I dan siklus II. Data hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada siklus I sebesar 37,15% (13 siswa) tuntasdan mengalami peningkatan hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada siklus II sebesar  85,71% (30 siswa) tuntas.Sehingga kesimpulannya, keterampilan berpikir siswa kelas XI 9 SMA Negeri 21 Surabayameningkat setelah dilakukan dengan penerapan model project based learning.

Abstract

Layanan paliatif merupakan pendekatan holistik dalam peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien dan keluarga. Pemahaman yang baik dari tenaga kesehatan sangat penting dalam implementasi layanan paliatif pada pasien yang dirawat dirumah sakit maupun dirumah. Meskipun layanan paliatif berdampak positif bagi kualitas hidup pasien, namun situasi saat ini layanan paliatif belum dapat dirasakan oleh pasien yang membutuhkan layanan paliatif. Akibatnya sebagian besar pasien menjalani hidup tanpa layanan paliatif dirumah.. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan konsep analysis perawatan paliatif dirumah. Tinjauan Pustaka, menetapkan peneliti. Kriteria inklusi dalam penelitian ini yaitu, artikel ilmiah berbahasa Inggris yang dipublikasikan pada basis data terpilih dalam rentang waktu publikasi 2015 hingga 2024, dapat diakses secara penuh, dengan populasi target adalah pasien Palliative Care. Kriteria eksklusinya adalah artikel ilmiah dalam bentuk buku, hasil seminar, tesis, maupun abstrak konferensi. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada Januari 2024 menggunakan enam basis data elektronik yaitu BioMed Central, Clinical Key, EBSCOhost, Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Sage Journals dengan memasukkan kata kunci (Palliative Patient OR Outpatient) AND (Home-Based AND Palliative Care OR Palliative Treatment OR Palliative Therapy OR Hospice Care) AND (Concept OR Concept Analysis) AND (Nursing) AND (Asia OR Asian). Hasil penelusuran pada basis data tahun 2015-2024, didapatkan sebanyak sebanyak 3.215 artikel dan hasil akhir skrining isi didapatkan 7 artikel yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian.  Selain itu peneliti mendeskripsikan anteseden, atribut, konsekuensi dalam layanan perawatan paliatif dirumah. Konsep Home-Based Palliative Care (HBPC) dikaitkan dengan kriteria pasien yang menerima pelayanan, tim pemberi pelayanan, dan layanan-layanan yang diberikan.Kata Kunci: Asia, analisis konseptual, perawatan di rumah, perawatan paliatif

Abstract

Introduction: One of the aspects that causes the high MMR in Indonesia and in several regions is that the coverage of assistance by health workers is still low. The reason why people decide to give birth to non-health workers (quacks) is because of the low level of education in society, culture, and the economy. Factors that influence the choice of birth attendants include areas where coverage is still not close to health facilities, ownership of health insurance, and family support, which is still the predominant reason mothers do not choose birth attendants by professionals in health facilities. Objective: The general aim of this research is to understand the relationship between accessibility and ownership. Health insurance and family support with the behavior of TMT III pregnant women in choosing birth attendants. Methods: This research method is quantitative research with a cross-sectional design.Result: The chi-square test results show a relationship between accessibility, ownership of health insurance, family support, and the behavior of TMT III pregnant women in choosing birth attendants. Result: The chi-square test results show a relationship between accessibility, ownership of health insurance, family support, and the behavior of TMT III pregnant women in choosing birth attendants. Conclusion: It is hoped that this can increase the role of the community in helping all mothers who are about to give birth to choose professional health workers to assist them in giving birth so that it is hoped that all mothers in labor can be assisted in giving birth through a safe delivery process so that the mother and baby are healthy and safe.
