Abstract

This study aims to explore the application of tactile methods in mathematics learning based on Pancasila values ??for blind students. This approach is based on the needs of blind students to get access to adequate and meaningful education, especially in mathematics subjects which are often considered difficult because of their abstract and visual nature. The tactile method is a method that uses the help of physical objects and prioritizes the ability to touch. This method is implemented by integrating Pancasila values. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach in Special Schools (SLB). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of students and teachers involved in the learning process. The results of the study indicate that the application of tactile methods can improve the understanding of mathematical concepts for blind students. In addition, the integration of Pancasila values ??in learning has a positive impact on the development of student character, such as increasing a sense of togetherness and mutual respect. This study concludes that the tactile method based on Pancasila values ??is effective in improving the accessibility and quality of mathematics learning for blind students, as well as contributing to the development of their moral and social values. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan metode taktil dalam pembelajaran matematika yang berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila pada siswa tunanetra. Pendekatan ini didasari oleh kebutuhan siswa tunanetra untuk mendapatkan akses pendidikan yang memadai dan bermakna, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran matematika yang sering kali dianggap sulit karena sifatnya yang abstrak dan visual. Metode taktil merupakan metode yang menggunakan bantuan benda-benda fisik dan mengutamakan kemampuan perabaan. Metode ini diimplementasikan dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap siswa dan guru yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode taktil dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika bagi siswa tunanetra. Selain itu, integrasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembelajaran memberikan dampak positif pada perkembangan karakter siswa, seperti peningkatan rasa kebersamaan dan sikap saling menghargai. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode taktil berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila efektif dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan kualitas pembelajaran matematika bagi siswa tunanetra, serta memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan nilai-nilai moral dan sosial mereka.

Abstract

The principles of good governance must guide the Village Government's and the Village Consultative Body's implementation of Village Government. The village consultative frame's activities include directing and accommodating the village network's goals, reviewing the proposed community rule with the village head, and keeping tabs on the village head's overall performance. The research method used is empirical juridical, sociological juridical approach, primary data collection method using interviews and observation, secondary data collection method through literature study and data analysis using sociological juridical analysis through stages of data presentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The research results show that the application of participatory principles in implementing the functions of the Village Consultative Body has gone well. However, there are still shortcomings, namely the lack of quality human resources from members of the Village Consultative Body and the Village community. There is still a lack of facilities and infrastructure from the Village Consultative Board for publishing programs and activities

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tinjauan hukum bisnis syariah terhadap penggunaan OVO PayLater, sebuah layanan pembayaran cicilan yang semakin populer di Indonesia. Dengan pertumbuhan pesat teknologi finansial, penting untuk menganalisis kesesuaian OVO PayLater dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, termasuk larangan riba, kejelasan transaksi (gharar), dan tujuan yang halal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, yang meliputi analisis dokumen, wawancara dengan ahli fiqh, serta observasi praktik penggunaannya di masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OVO PayLater memiliki potensi untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna, namun juga mengandung risiko yang perlu diperhatikan, seperti keterlambatan pembayaran yang dapat menimbulkan biaya tambahan. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi penyedia layanan untuk menerapkan prinsip transparansi dan edukasi kepada pengguna. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi pengguna dan penyedia layanan dalam memahami implikasi hukum syariah dari penggunaan OVO PayLater.

Abstract

Micro business actors frequently use standard clauses in consumer transactions without fully understanding their legal implications under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. This low level of legal awareness may lead to the inclusion of unfair standard clauses that violate consumer rights and expose micro enterprises to potential legal risks. This community service activity aimed to enhance the legal awareness of micro business actors regarding consumer protection, particularly in relation to the lawful use of standard clauses in business contracts. The activity was implemented through legal counseling methods, including lectures, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The materials covered consumer rights and obligations, prohibited standard clauses under consumer protection law, and the importance of balanced contractual relationships. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and awareness, with approximately 70% of participants demonstrating increased knowledge of lawful standard clauses based on pre- and post-activity evaluations. This program is expected to encourage micro business actors to apply fair and legally compliant standard clauses, thereby supporting sustainable and equitable business practices.

Abstract

Standard form contracts are widely used in business activities due to their efficiency and practicality. However, their unilateral nature often places one party, particularly consumers, in a weaker bargaining position. This condition raises concerns regarding the application of the principle of balance between the parties as a fundamental principle in civil law. This study aims to analyze the application of the principle of balance in standard form contracts under civil law and to examine the extent to which existing legal regulations provide protection for the weaker party. This research employs a normative juridical method by analyzing statutory regulations, legal doctrines, and relevant legal principles, particularly those contained in the Civil Code and consumer protection laws. The results of the study indicate that although the principle of balance is recognized in civil law, its implementation in standard form contracts has not been fully realized, as many contractual clauses tend to favor business actors. Therefore, stronger legal safeguards and stricter supervision are required to ensure fairness and balance between the parties in standard form contracts.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan menganalisis pelaksanaan dan hasil kegiatan pendampingan implementasi Asas-Asas Umum Pemerintahan yang Baik (AUPB) dalam pengambilan keputusan administratif di Desa Ngunut, Kabupaten Tulungagung, sebagai upaya penguatan kapasitas aparatur desa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Januari–Februari 2026 dengan metode partisipatif berbasis masalah melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, workshop konseptual, klinik telaah dokumen keputusan administratif, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test, post-test, dan analisis kualitas dokumen. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman aparatur desa yang ditandai dengan kenaikan nilai rata-rata dari 62 menjadi 84, serta perbaikan sistematika dan dasar hukum dalam Surat Keputusan Kepala Desa. Selain itu, dihasilkan format baku keputusan administratif dan instrumen telaah internal berbasis indikator AUPB yang mendukung penguatan prosedur kelembagaan. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendampingan implementatif yang mengintegrasikan pemahaman normatif dan praktik langsung efektif meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan administratif serta mendorong terbentuknya tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang lebih akuntabel dan sesuai prinsip hukum administrasi negara.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of contextual learning based on current legal and political issues in strengthening law students’ understanding of Constitutional Law at law faculties in Malang City. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving lecturers and students enrolled in Constitutional Law courses. The findings reveal that contextual learning enhances students’ ability to comprehend fundamental constitutional concepts and connect them with real-life legal and political phenomena such as elections, legislative amendments, and government policies. Students became more active and critical in formulating constitutional arguments, while lecturers acted as facilitators guiding discussions around contemporary legal issues. In addition to improving conceptual understanding and constitutional awareness, the study identifies several challenges, including limited instructional time and students’ varying levels of digital literacy in evaluating the credibility of online legal sources. These findings confirm that contextual learning based on current issues is an effective pedagogical strategy to bridge the gap between legal theory and practice, fostering reflective competence among law students in the digital transformation era.
