Abstract - The purpose of this study is to develop the software using both Delphi 7 and ArcView GIS 3.3 programming language which is able to apply Prim's algorithm in obtaining the time complexity used to calculate the cability of computer in executing the command. This study not only compares two pieces of software built by the authors but also compares the cability of two computers that each have different specifications. It has been proven that the software generated in this study can be utilized to get the complexity of time by using Prim’s algorithm which is used to calculate the ability of computer in executing the command. The software can also accurately display the minimum spanning tree as a result of applying the Prim's algorithm. The capability of computer is examined in terms of the accuracy and speed in executing the commands. The examination result shows that the capability of the first computer specifications is higher than the capability of the second computer specifications in applying the Prim's algorithm. The other result found in this study shows that the computation time software built in Delphi 7 is faster than the computation time software built in ArcView GIS 3.3. This result indicates that in terms of applying the Prim's algorithm, the software built in Delphi 7 is more efficient than the software built in ArcView GIS 3.3.  Keywords: Time Complexity, Prim’s Algorithm, The Ability of Computer

Supplier selection is multicriteria problem, since for selecting the supplier who will become partner, decision maker must consider many criteria to measure supplier performance. One of the models that is used to measure supplier performance is Supplier Performance Rating used in Kingston-Warren Corporation. The key aspects related to that model are Quality, Cost and Delivery. One of tools that used by decision maker to select supplier is making a computer system that can interact with decision maker. The system is called Decision Support System (DSS) for supplier selection. The process of supplier selection uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model. AHP model conduct supplier selection by making paired matrix comparison from defined criterion. Result of AHP model calculation is in the form of priority value, so that the highest priority value produced by the model is used by decision maker to choose the best candidate supplier. In electrical engineering technology, especially information technology today can be applied to all areas of life. In this rapid technological developments, information technology can be utilized as a means of information for the primary electrical distribution channels in the form of a geographic information system making it easier for users of the system to determine the condition of the electrical distribution channel. This study uses a program that comes with ArcView avenue script programming to implement a geographic information system primary electrical distribution channels in the city of Palu using digital maps. Geographic information system designed and fabricated in this study proved capable of displaying all the information on the primary electrical distribution channels in which the data taken from the PT. This study design controls a robotic arm is a robotic transfer of goods which have five degrees of freedom by using a system of point-to-point programming, the robot is quite necessary in the industrial world today, because it can be programmed back so that makes the robot to be flexible in working out various things. The design of this arm robot control system using the computer as a data processor with PPI-8255 interface and parallel port (LPT1). Robot software system designed to control the robot to do a certain task is instructed via keybord. Control of motor rotation in the robot is done through software on personal computers and the robot is designed to be controlled manually or automatically using the program Delphi 7.0.  Keyword : Robot, Computer, Delphi 7.0.

Sigi is one of the youngest district in Central Sulawesi province was divided in 2008. Of the 152 villages, 10 villages are experiencing conflicts between residents. Bora Village and Village Vatunonju which is approximately 20 km from the city of Palu is 2 villages among the 10 villages that are often in conflict. Sources of conflict in general stems from a fight between youth. Increasing the number of teenagers who drop out of school temporarily limited employment is one of the problems that often lead to fights among youth. The low work skills possessed by the youth of this area is an issue that must look for solutions so that they can open up and explore job opportunities. This training aims to provide job skills for young people who are still out of school age. With a working capital given the skills they are expected to open and fill vacancies in areas Sigi continues to build. The training activities carried out for 8 months and was attended by 20 people. After the activity the participants are able to operate Microsoft Word and Excel. Although not all of the material provided can be controlled but this training provides many benefits. Especially for trainee electrical installations are already some people who often help people when there are problems in their electrical istalasi, there's even working at the company electrical installer. In this study, the algorithm used is Prim’s algorithm—an algorithm in graph theory to seek a minimum spanning tree for a weighted connected graph. The program used is a program created with Delphi 7 programming language used for searching the minimum spanning tree of a graph model with the weight of each form of distance/length connecting the points/vertices. Then display the information search process sequence of minimum spanning tree, the total number of minimum length and the resulting computing time to determine the efficiency of Prim’s algorithm. Based on the results of research, Prim's algorithm computation time in finding the minimum spanning tree of a weighted graph will grow up along with increasing the number of points/vertices and the number of sides of the weighted graph.  Keywords:Prim’s Algorithm, Graph model, Minimum Spanning Tree
