Abstract

The aim of this Community Service (PPM) activity is to prevent loss and damage to records at the sub-district office in Ketawang Village, Grabag District, Magelang Regency and to improve the ability of village administrators to manage computer-based records. To achieve this goal, the method used in this activity was training for Ketawang Village officials. Ketawang Village was chosen as the target of this training activity, considering that this village is an economically/socially unproductive village, but provides basic public services needed by village communities which can result in very high levels of damage and loss of archives. The training was held at the office in Ketawang Village on 17-18 July 2023. The result was that PPM participants' understanding had increased regarding the differences between manual and electronic archives, digital archives, electronic archive management practices, creation and practice of electronic archive systems after the PPM was held.

Abstract

Tahap kedua, pelaksanaan pendampingan.

Abstract

Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya e-Trust dalam membangun e-WOM yang pada akhirnya mendorong Online Repurchase Intention melalui mekanisme mediasi e-WOM.Kata Kunci: e-Commerce; e-Trust; e-WOM; Online Repurchase IntentionAbstract: E-Trust and Repurchase Intention: An Interaction Study with E-WOM in the E-Commerce Ecosystem. The development of digital technology has driven the increasing use of e-Commerce platforms as the primary medium for trade transactions. This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of e-Trust on e-WOM; 2) the effect of e-WOM on Online Repurchase Intention; 3) the effect of e-Trust on Online Repurchase Intention; and 4) the effect of e-Trust on Online Repurchase Intention mediated by e-WOM. A quantitative approach with path analysis was employed. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to e-Commerce consumers with repurchase experience. Statistical analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 confirmed the validity and reliability of the model while supporting the hypotheses. Results indicate that e-Trust positively and significantly affects e-WOM, e-WOM positively and significantly impacts Online Repurchase Intention, e-Trust does not directly influence Online Repurchase Intention, and e-WOM serves as a significant mediator between e-Trust and Online Repurchase Intention. These findings emphasize the importance of e-Trust in fostering e-WOM to drive Online Repurchase Intention through mediation. Keywords: e-Commerce; e-Trust; e-WOM; Online Repurchase Intention

Abstract

Every year, up to 1.3 trillion tons of global food produced for human use are lost or wasted. Consumer behavior is a major cause of food waste. In Indonesia, households generate approximately 38% of total food waste. The goal of this study is to evaluate at how attitudes toward behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and intention to reduce food waste affect food waste behavior in households. The theory of planned behavior (TPB) was used to conduct the survey, which included 160 independent oil palm farmer homes. The collected data was then examined using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the AMOS 24 program. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness of the TPB model in forecasting household food waste behavior. Attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and goal to reduce food waste are the factors that influence household food waste behaviors. The study's findings show that perceived behavioral control is the most important predictor of food waste behavior. Furthermore, the findings demonstrate that attitudes and subjective norms can predict the intention to reduce household food waste. Meanwhile, the desire to eliminate food waste appears to be a strong predictor of one's attitude on the amount of food waste produced. Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the urgency of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) practicum and to develop the HRIS application as a human resource management learning innovation within the Vocational Faculty, Yogyakarta State University. Methods: This research is a Research and Development study designed to be a multi-year study using the ADDIE model approach. The ADDIE model is an abbreviation for the five stages of the development process, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. In the previous year, the researchers had completed the design of an HRIS to be used as a learning media. Design and construction focus on needs analysis and system design formulation (Analysis and Design). In the second year or the study, researchers begin to develop designs into product prototypes and trials (Development and Implementation). In the third year, the researchers focus on evaluation. Evaluation needs to be carried out to improve the system by processing data obtained from previous phases that have been carried out. So, this research uses the Research and Development method with ADDIE model over a multi-year basis. Result: The result of the study is the development and implementation of web-based HRIS for learning practices in human resource management courses for students. Novelty: The novelty of this research is to develop HRIS as an interesting and interactive learning media for all students to learn human resource management as a preparation for work later. The target output of this research is articles published in reputable international journals or proceedings as well as IPR for the HRIS products being developed.
