Abstract

Improving and developing the quality of services carried out by the human resources in the hospital is the key to achieving the goals desired by the hospital as a health service provider. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge, commitment, discipline and workload on service performance with stress and burnout as mediation and achievement motivation as moderation of medical practitioners in Grobogan and Kudus Regencies, Central Java. This research was quantitative research used 133 respondents from type B Hospital medical staff in Grobogan and Kudus Regencies, Central Java. Data analysis using SMART PLS. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that for medical staff at Hospitals in Kudus and Grobogan Regencies, Central Java, knowledge has no significant effect on stress levels or performance, but has a significant effect on burnout. Commitment has no significant effect on stress or performance but has a significant effect on Burnout. Discipline has no significant effect on stress or burnout but has a significant effect on service performance. Workload has no significant effect on stress or burnout, but has a significant effect on service performance. Burnout has no significant effect on service performance. Achievement motivation is not able to significantly moderate the effect of stress on service performance and is unable to significantly moderate the effect of burnout on service performance in medical personnel in Hospitals in Kudus and Grobogan Regencies. The suggestions that need to be considered for future researchers can be applied to research objects that are not services, and future researchers are expected to use the same research model but use a different theoretical perspective.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, work motivation and compensation on the performance of employees of the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Sidoarjo Regency. The data in this study used quantitative research methods. In this study, data obtained in the t test (partial) showed that the competency variable had a partial influence on employee performance with a competency regression coefficient (X1) value of 2.823 and a work motivation regression coefficient (X2) value of 3.656 while compensation (X3) had a regression coefficient value of 3.092. The data from Test F obtained f count > f table which is 173.059 > 2.80 so that it can be concluded that the variables competence (X1), work motivation (X2), and compensation (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on variables tied to employee performance (Y). It is hoped that this research can be used as a guideline material in decision making for the leadership of the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Sidoarjo Regency and the government related to variables of competence (X1), work motivation (X2), compensation (X3) and employee performance (Y). This research is also expected to be able to provide insight, knowledge, and information about competence (X1), work motivation (X2), compensation (X3), and employee performance (Y) at the Regional Civil Service Agency of Sidoarjo Regency, for students, the community, and also BKD employees themselves.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan UMKM ukiran kayu di Kota Pasuruan melalui inovasi bisnis dan peningkatan literasi ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), dengan melibatkan pengrajin secara aktif dalam identifikasi masalah, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan difokuskan pada penguatan branding, pemasaran digital, manajemen keuangan, dan penggunaan teknologi sederhana. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan kewirausahaan, perubahan pola pikir usaha, serta perluasan akses pasar. Sebagian peserta juga mengalami peningkatan omzet. Program ini turut mendorong kolaborasi dengan komunitas kreatif, memperkuat ekosistem ekonomi lokal yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

PT. Ruang Raya Indonesia (Ruangguru) is the largest technology company in Indonesia that focuses on education-based services. Ruangguru develops various technology-based learning services, including virtual classroom services, online platform tests, subscription learning videos, private tutoring marketplaces, and other educational content that can be accessed through the Ruangguru website and application. Ruangguru has a mission to provide and expand access to quality education through technology for all students, anytime and anywhere, and also aims to improve the quality of teachers by creating jobs and additional income for teachers in Indonesia. Ruangguru believes that by improving the quality of teachers, the quality of education in Indonesia will also improve, and is determined to continue to develop our services and collaborate with various parties to achieve the desired goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work flexibility, and workloadon employee performance with innovative work behavior as an intervening variable at PT. Ruang Raya Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative method with primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires. The research population is employees of PT. Ruang Raya Indonesia. The selection of respondents was carried out using the saturated non-probability sampling method with a total of 93 respondents. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results of the study indicate that the variables of organizational commitment, work flexibility, and workloadaffect employee performance with innovative work behavior as an intervening variable at PT. Ruang Raya Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the role of learning satisfaction in mediating the influence of interpersonal communication, self-efficacy, and motivation on work readiness among students of the Faculty of Economics, Bhayangkara University Surabaya. The research addresses the challenge of how higher education institutions can better prepare graduates for the labor market by identifying the psychological and behavioral factors that shape employability. A quantitative research design was applied using a survey method. Data were collected from 210 students through a structured questionnaire, and the analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the hypothesized relationships. The results indicate that interpersonal communication, self-efficacy, and motivation positively influence learning satisfaction and work readiness. However, learning satisfaction does not significantly mediate the relationship between these predictors and work readiness. These findings suggest that while satisfaction with learning contributes to employability outcomes, it is not the sole mechanism through which personal and interpersonal factors affect work readiness. Additional experiential and contextual factors, such as internships, soft skills development, and practical exposure, may play a stronger role.This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence from the Indonesian higher education context, highlighting the limited mediating role of learning satisfaction. Practically, the findings underscore the importance for universities to enhance not only the quality of learning experiences but also to integrate work-based learning and career development programs to strengthen students' readiness for the workplace.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana budaya organisasi di Indonesia dapat mendorong inovasi kerja. Tujuan spesifiknya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor budaya yang mendukung inovasi, mengevaluasi dampak budaya tersebut terhadap kinerja inovatif karyawan, dan mengembangkan rekomendasi untuk menciptakan budaya organisasi yang inovatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur (library research). Pendekatan kualitatif dipilih karena sesuai untuk mengungkapkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai konsep budaya organisasi yang mendorong inovasi kerja. Budaya organisasi yang mendukung inovasi terbukti memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kemampuan organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan pasar dan mengembangkan produk serta layanan baru yang inovatif. Hal ini diperkuat oleh temuan-temuan dari berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas, adaptabilitas, serta dukungan terhadap kreativitas adalah komponen kunci dalam membangun budaya yang inovatif. Selain itu, kepemimpinan yang inklusif dan mendukung pengambilan risiko juga merupakan faktor penting yang memungkinkan terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang memfasilitasi inovasi. Dengan demikian, organisasi yang ingin meningkatkan inovasi kerja harus memperhatikan dan membangun budaya organisasi yang mengintegrasikan elemen-elemen ini.

Abstract

Komponen terpenting perusahaan adalah tenaga kerjanya karena mereka bertanggung jawab atas ekspansi dan keberhasilannya. Peran dan fungsi tidak dapat diserap oleh sumber daya lain. Pengambilan keputusan karyawan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya mungkin kepemimpinan dan lingkungan tempat kerja. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling acak. Pada tahun 2022, ada 1957 karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan G. Dengan menggunakan rumus slovin tingkat toleransi 5%, 332 karyawan diberikan kuesioner untuk diisi guna mendapatkan data. Regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam analisis data untuk mengetahui hubungan atau hubungan antar variabel. Faktor independen penelitian meliputi lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Variabel terikatnya adalah loyalitas kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jika terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dengan loyalitas karyawan, maka terdapat pula hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan loyalitas karyawan, dan kedua faktor tersebut berkorelasi positif satu sama lain. Perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan implikasi penelitian ini sebagai panduan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan.
