Abstract

The emergence of new trends in the culinary world has slightly displaced traditional culinary businesses. This is due to the influx of food business products from abroad, which are widely distributed in the city of Denpasar and tend to be popular among the millennial generation. The entry of various foreign food products forces traditional culinary establishments to maintain their existence. Therefore, government policies aimed at promoting traditional culinary businesses are expected to continue optimizing the community's efforts to increase the use of local products, enabling traditional culinary businesses to compete. The study used the accidental sampling method with a total of 100 respondents. The tests employed included validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, F-tests, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination test. The study concluded that lifestyle, food quality, and product availability partially have a positive and significant impact on the existence of traditional culinary businesses in Bali

Abstract

Generasi z yang dikenal dengan digital natives dimana mereka tumbuh dalam lingkungan yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh teknologi. Mereka merupakan kaum yang mudah menerima, mengadopsi dan memakai teknologi baru dibandingkan dengan generasi sebelumnya. generasi z menciptakan perilaku keuangan yang konsumtif seperti salah satunya bertransaksi membeli makanan dan minuman pesan antar secara online dengan persentase 35 persen, serta transaksi keuangan lainnya juga didominasi menunjukkan perilaku konsumtif cashless. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, dan pengalaman terhadap minat penggunaan ulang transaksi menggunaka cashless dengan sampel generasi z di Kota Denpasar. Hasilnya diperoleh bahwa faktor perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, dan pengalaman secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat menggunakan cashless dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan.

Abstract

Di Indonesia salah satu penggerak utama perekonomian pada dasarnya adalah sektor UMKM. UMKM sangat penting karna dapat menciptakan pasar-pasar, memperluas perdagangan,mengelola sumber alam ,membuka lapangan pekerjaan, mengurangi kemiskinan dan banyak lainnya. UMKM juga menjadi salah satu sumber dari pertumbuhan usaha besar. Tren saat ini pada sektor perdagangan sub kuliner adalah usaha Babi Guling, generasi muda sangat antusias dengan kuliner Babi Guling. Fenomena yang di hadapi di tengah pelaku UMKM adalah mengenai kinerja keuangan pada masing-masing pelaku UMKM. Untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal, pendidikan dan perkembangan teknologi memainkan peran besar dalam menentukan arah dan kemajuan suatu usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh demografi, financial technology, literasi keuangan, dan kinerja keuangan pada usaha mikro kecil menengah khususnya warung babi guling. Jumlah responden sebanyak 44 orang menggunakan metode total sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian dilakukan dua tahap. uji hipotesis mengunakan uji t dan dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa demografi berpengaruh positif dan signfiikan terhadap literasi keuangan, financial technology berpengaruh positif dan signfiikan terhadap literasi keuangan, demografi berpengaruh positif dan signfiikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, financial technology berpengaruh positif dan signfiikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signfiikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

The development of the business world is inseparable from the role of a micro business, namely micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs are one type of micro business that plays a very important role in improving and growing the community's economy. The role of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) helps increase economic growth rates and is able to absorb the number of workers and the distribution of development results can increase so that it can be felt by the community. This research aims to analyze the influence of technology support and online marketing strategy simultaneously on increasing income from the Gilimanuk specialty betutu chicken culinary business. The number of samples used was 30 people, data collection used a questionnaire. The research object uses two independent variables, namely technology support and online marketing strategy, and one dependent variable, namely increasing income. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that the technology support variable has a t count of 13.697 and a t table of 1.7, a significance value of 0.000. The online marketing strategy variable (X2) has a calculated t of 22.713, a t table value of 1.7, a significance value of 0.000. Meanwhile, technology support and online marketing strategy have an F-count of 468.899 with a sig of 0.000, this means that there is a significant influence simultaneously (simultaneously) from the influence of technology support and online marketing strategy simultaneously on increasing income.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menilai pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia, profesionalisme kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Wijaya Putra Mahottama. Dengan sampel 41 karyawan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Analisis data mencakup uji instrument, asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji simultan (F-test), dan uji parsial (t-test). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kualitas SDM, profesionalisme kerja, dan motivasi kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Saran yang diberikan adalah penyesuaian posisi kerja, pematuhan SOP, dan pemberian reward untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the influence between the variables studied in this study. The effects tested include the effect between price, product quality and promotion on customer satisfaction of Telkomsel users in Badung Regency. The type of research used in this research is a survey with a data measurement tool, namely a questionnaire using a quantitative approach. The sample size in this study was 105 Telkomsel users who live in Badung Regency. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The measurement scale used in this study is a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive statistical analysis, multiple liner regression, and hypothesis testing. The data in this study were processed using SPSS 27.0 for Windows. Based on the t test results, the Price variable (X1) has a significance value of 0.047 which means <0.05. It can be concluded that partially the price (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) Telkomsel. Product quality (X2) has a significance value of 0.044 which means <0.05. It can be concluded that partially product quality (X2) has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) Telkomsel, the Promotion variable (X3) has a significance value of 0.041 which means <0.05. It can be concluded that partially promotion (X3) has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y) Telkomsel. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that the F-count value is obtained at 3,965 with a significance level of 0.039. This means that there is a positive and significant influence together between promotion (X1), product quality (X2) and price (X3) work on customer satisfaction (Y) Telkomsel.
